Brandon pulled back and nuzzled him gently as he tilit3d his head with a rouge grin. He gently touched his cheek and purred long and deep. He shifted so he was more on top of the other so he was looking down at him. His fingers ran gently through his hair mimicking the stroaking the other did to him. After a few minutes he sat up pulling the other with him still staying close.

Kenneth blink to slightly as he felt the other shift on to him as he looked up feeling his face go even more read. He found himself leaning into the touch without a second thought before he was snapped back into reality. He saw up with him as he took several deep breaths to clear his head not sure what was going on with him.

He said his speech getting better the more he practiced. It was one thjng to talk to his othet half. But talking thjs way required mkre effort for him to think and make work. He pushed the jerky towards him insistantaly.

Kenneth blinked watching the kther for a moment then let out a long sigh happy that he was eating. Even slowly reached out taking the other half of the jerky that was being pushed towards him as he started to nibble on it. He was in a huge fan of jerky but he knew that eating it would make the other happy so he went ahead and chewed on it

Brandon smiled real warmly at the other when he took the jerky and ate it with him. His ears twitched a little as the other mentioned the check-up and chuffed, the constant purr dimming a little at the sound. He hated his check-ups, they were annoying and usually involved him getting poked and prodded everywhere. It also meant that he would not be with the other while he was checked up. That thought alone was enough to make him scowl.

Brandon pouted some still clearly not happy. But he guessed he had to do it, besides, it was starting to be a strain to stay out so long, and he knew soon he would have to give the other the control back. Hopefully, his other half wouldn't screw anything up that he could not fix in three days.

Kenneth let out a long deep breath knowing at that it was much better then what he anticipated he slowly got up or rather shifted enough away from the other to grab up the bindings that had scattered away from him. He slowly hooked to the other up before giving him a quick head pat

He said as he then proceeded to lead the other one out of the outdoor enclosure and down towards the exam rooms

Brandon allowed himself to be docile led back inside, not even batting an eyelash as they met back up with their guard on the inside of the door. Even the exam clerks muttered as he came in not his normal pissy self and allowed himself to be hooked onto the exam table. He only made a noise when they tried to remove the other, in which they quickly decided to let him stay. The whole check-up took about forty-five minutes as they used his calm behavior to do more than normal. By then his eyes had turned back into their normal brown.

Brandon glared at the food as the other left. As soon as he was gone he got up and began pacing back and forth back and forth back and forth. His tail lashed and his eyes flashed as the two parts of him were at war with each other in ways that they have never been before.

he yelled at his other half. Snarling angrily at the whole situation that he found himself in, he kicked the wall only to yelp and bounce on one foot as his toes throbbed and ached. His eyes flashed again as the green slowly began to take back over.

The green resurfaced fully as he pushed the other back down and took control again. He had more confidence in his abilities, and besides, he had needs as well. He longed for a mate the way his stubborn other half did as well. They craved and needed that touch, and he had gone without long enough. He would just have to make his other half see, and his mate understand.
