This time the boom drop was successful and Abyss rolls away from Kingston a couple feet and favors where he was hit, still down on the mat!

Kingston would successfully hit the Boom Drop this time and roll back up to his feet. He wouldn't go for the cover just yet, however, backing up to the furthest corner from Absys. He'd begin slapping his hands in a rhythmic fashion as the crowd chanted behind him.

Abyss would grab onto a rope and use it to get up and he stumbles toward the center of the ring!

Holy s**t! Kofi has knocked down the TV Champion, The Monster, Abyss! If Kofi can put him away right here, he earns a shot at the title at Breaking Point! Kofi would crawl over the body of Abyss and cover him, looking to pull off the major upset!

Abyss was pinned for the 3 count, after taking control of the match, but he couldnt stop Kofi Kingston at the end and thus a new number 1 contender was determined as Abyss will defend against Kofi at Breaking Point! The Monster rolls out of the ring disgusted with himself as Kofi has his moment to celebrate.

"1......2........3!" The referee would slap the canvas three times as Kofi successfully pinned the champion. The crowd burst into cheers and the referee signaled for the bells to ring, why they would. Kofi got to his feet happy as this was a turning point for him in CWF, back on the winning side now. This wasn't just a normal win either but it was for a chance at gold, and now he has it. The referee would raise Kofi's hand and point to him, officially declaring him the winner of this match.
