RVD's own momentum from taking the strong knee to his face sent him backwards enough to when Matt covered him, he could reach and almost instinctively grabbed the rope behind his head, and the referee noticed just before the 3 count and broke the pin!

Sitting up in surprise, and the crowd now on the edge of their seats, the camera would zoom out to get a good glimpse of the audience clapping in admiration of the resiliency for the current CWF Champion. Matt Gennison would slowly begin to crawl to the ropes to pick himself up.

Matt would grab one rope at a time to lift himself tiredly. He would dazily walk to a far part of the ring where RVD rolled out in the corner of his eye, as he would wait for him to get up...!

Matt would look to run through the ropes and connect a suicide dive onto RVD!

When Matt turned to hit the opposite ropes first, RVD slid in the ring and attempts to cut him off when he returned running towards the center with a spinning wheel kick!

WHAM! BAMBOOZLED!!!! Matt would be stopped in his tracks by the spinning wheel kick, underestimating the speed and quickness of the hardcore veteran! Matt Gennison goes down! BAH GAWD!

The crowd was electrified and on their feet now that this match was at high gear between two greats! Matt would get up to one knee and eventually to his feet, looking to pick RVD up to his!
