His vision clearing up, Edge would notice The Monster climbing for the gold! Not wanting to let him get away with his title, Edge would get under the ladder and with all his might, attempted to tip it over!

The ladder was tipped over and causing a big a** thud when Abyss landed on the canvas! He was down.

After pushing real hard due to the fact that Abyss is no lightweight, Edge would sit down and breathe heavily after tipping over the ladder. He would look up at his championship, relieved that it was still up there and not in Abyss' monstrous grasp!

Abyss rolls over onto his back as the Monster was down near the ropes.

Edge would approach the ladder that he had just tipped over and put it back in its place. Once that was done, he'd go back outside to retrieve the second ladder he had put into the equation.

Edge would slide in the second ladder and followed it in. Once he was in the ring again, he'd pick up the ladder and set it up near a corner, perpendicular to the ladder in the center of the ring, this way, the rungs of the ladder he had just set up were facing the side of the ladder in front of him.

Abyss gets on all fours near the ropes, and then reaches his feet, unaware of what was going on.

Edge would grab the trash can he had just been hit with. Now, looking at Abyss, he'd wait for him to get up.

Edge would seek some payback, trying to bash Abyss over the head with the steel trash can!

Abyss was hit in the head with the trash can... and just stares at Edge before punching the trash can into his face!

Abyss favors his fist after punching the trash can into Edge's face and knocking him down, as punching the steel object like that did hurt his hand a bit.
