Marching casually along toward the gate Seika was rather pleased to have been assigned as the medic for this mission, maybe Sadayo had put in a good work for her but that was an assumption. She was listening to music as she marches, wearing medical robes because she’d been hounded to wear proper combat attire, besides her casual or sports clothes she was reduced to medical robes which she had tailored a little to fit her weapon play. She wasn’t wearing her glasses at this moment as they were unneeded, simply dangling from her collar, hands in her pockets. Just then something in the sky caught her eye, bird? No... a plane then?... Those don’t exist so no. In the end it was simply Kotori plummeting to the earth like a stone...it must have been intentional so she must have had a method to slowing herself down at the last second right? This assumption was promptly dismissed as Kotori broke the ground with her face and the rest of her body causing Seika to wince as Kotori bore her outline into the ground and vanished into the reverse sculpture.
Approaching the hole Seika put forth a hand and performed a handsign and said “You alive?” As she began to produce a large quantity of water(the basic water release technique) in the air in the shape of a ball and guided it above the hole. She stepped back and ended the handseal, allowing thirty or so litres of water To follow Kotori in her impressive demonstration of how gravity works on solid objects....but instead demonstrate that liquids also don’t win the battle against gravity without the aid of chakra, hoping to jolt the girl up and out of the hole. She pointed at Roku whilst stepping swiftly away form the hole she’d just aimed to flood stating whilst taking her headphones off ”You’re Roku right? I have been sent to assist with new Verales as medical support for you guys as well as for those who need it there!” She stated offering a smile in way of a polite greeting before positioning herself beside him to observe Kotoris reaction, being as the girl basically imprinted the ground with herself, if she was unconscious which Seika would expect from most people she would float to the top... if she weren’t unconscious she would probably tear her way out of the hole and might be mad, hence Seika did not actually cease pointing at Roku, hoping he might take any blame that was to be handed out.

tabAs Mina barreled down the streets of Konoha, just barely avoiding the random street goers, she had to wonder where it had all gone wrong. She knew she had a mission today, and she’d even woken up early to get ready and be on time. So what chain of events lead to her being late?! As she tried to remember, the red head jumped over some fallen cabbages and landed on the wall of a building, using her chakra to stick for a moment. Mina kicked off and up from the wall and decided to make the rest of the track by way of the roof tops. One of the books she’d picked up from the library about Jashin had been sitting on her table and had been tempting her all morning. Surely Mina thought since she’d woken up early she’d be able to at least read a little bit before she needed to leave. Well, a little bit turned into hours and before the genin had known, it was time to meet at the gate!
It’s not her fault the girl ended up finishing the book!
Mina swore under her breath and grit her teeth as she pushed as much speed from her legs as she possibly could. Of course the dang gate they were meeting at was on the other side of Konoha. Fifteen minutes after everyone had already gathered Mina jumped down to join the ground. The girl was obviously winded, her form hunkered over with her hands resting on her knees. “Hi..-gasp-… there.. I’m -gasp- sorry I’m late…” Mina took in a larger breath and stood up straight, held it for a second with her cheeks puffed, then let out a slow exhale. “So are we- Hi Kotori~!” Mina beamed and gave her friend a tight bear hug.
__ Water began to set into her cartoonish hole at the behest of Seika's offered aid. The reply from within to the question about Kotori's wellness sounded something like, Blub blub. Blub." Suddenly Kotori sprung up out of the pool with a strained gasp, "BWAH! KOTORI IS O-KAY!" The water splashed around as she pulled herself halfway out of the hole. She was soaking in the cool water, rather enjoying the refreshment on such a warm early afternoon. Really beat away the morning's training too. She looked around for a moment and saw who was around so far. There was the guy she warned to look out below but thankfully didn't crash into. The pink-haired girl mentioned acting as medical support for their team, so that cleared up a little too. Kotori blinked twice then dipped back down into the water for a moment. Bubbles wandered up to the pool's surface for a few seconds and this time Kotori completely emerged with a big splash. She had jumped up and landed beside her hole, completely damp but smiling a big goofy grin. She shook herself off a little, splashing even more water around at anyone nearby. Then she took a moment to pat down her hair, and wring out her long ponytail, but her bangs still sprang up and about to their natural bedheaded look.
After all that she'd look to the other two again and introduce herself, "HELLO!" Her voice boomed, easily carrying for a couple blocks away from the gates. Just then, Mina caught up and was quite winded. Kotori's introduction was interrupted, but that was okay since Mina saved the trouble. There was even a hug to boot! "Hiya Mina!" Kotori gave the redhead a bear hug of her own, but her clothes were still quite soaked. Mina was nearly as strong and durable as she was, so at least neither would get hurt from the hugging session. Afterward she separated from Mina then yet again looked to Roku and Seika, "Kotori's the name and hitting stuff is the game! You can rely on Kotori's taijutsu for sure!" She pounded her chest over her heart, a soft sloshing noise going with the confident gesture. Kotori's bright smile also accentuated the pride in her strength. Despite the fall, she looked quite fine. Then again, she was Masato Umechika's prized pupil so those that knew that probably wouldn't be as surprised.

Roku's position against the pole shifted as he heard someone from above warning him. The teen's eyes directed themselves towards the person making the noise. Unfortunately, Roku wasn't quick enough to prevent the girl from slamming directly into the ground. However, he was able to sense that she had tried to prevent her fall with some sort of technique or perhaps it was to prevent her from damaging herself? Roku really didn't get that much time to look as it all happened so fast.
His eyes moved into the direction of Seika as she approached the hole and dropped a ball of water into the hole. The mischievous act would cause Roku to chuckle slightly. As Seika made her way over to him, he pulled out a pack of cigarettes and placed one gently between his lips. Roku raised his finger tip to the cigarette and a small bulb of fire would light it. "Wrong element for me to have done that but, I am Roku. Nice to meet you." The teen would say, realizing she was trying to push the blame of the waterfall onto him.
The 'blub' noise that was coming from the hole drew Roku's attention back to it. 'Is she drowning?' His immediate thoughts were until the girl came to the top to confirm that she was in fact not dead, even though Roku could sense she wasn't dead. Roku was honestly a little surprised that she didn't immediately die from impact. However it did leave a question for Roku, do dead bodies still some chakra if they had just died? Roku pondered for a brief moment but, before he could put too much thought into it he was splashed by some water then some more water by the girl shaking the water off. Not too soon after did another female approach the group, apparently having already knew the girl that fell into the hole. At this point Roku had 'it's gonna be this type of mission huh?' written all over his face. "I'm Roku." The teen would say once more so that the entire group could hear instead of just Seika.

Seika almost snorted with a giggle as she realized her plot of pointing at Roku went up in smoke, literally. Secondly Kotoris reaction was perfect to cause her light giggle to shift into actual laughed, Seika finding the fact the girl was completely unharmed by the looks of things, what the heck was she made of? It was then Mina arrived like a javelin, landing a panting and winded mess like she’d only gotten up fifteen minutes ago. Seika watched her that a moment for a big breathe to train and replace her breathing with a long slow exhale before greeting the Kotori who had removed herself from the her shaped puddle, Seika contemplated that some poor person might fall into this but decided she wouldn’t bring this up for the sake of being mischievous. Seika basically winced watching the two crush each other in greeting, convinced a snapping sound had come from them at one point but she she had to be wrong as no one helped in pain.
Kotori now had taken the moment to introduce herself, pounding her chest like as if to assault her body even more, they hadn’t even started the mission yet and Seika had basically witnessed two events that would basically take her out happen almost like in a comic, making it clear that her voicing her confidence in her physical abilities would basically be like a kid challenging their parent to an arm wrestle, a loosing battle and foolish decision so she decided to introduce herself with a slightly different approach than she had originally intended. Looking to the teen male, leaning there smoking, she felt he looked super cool and introducing himself, The smoking looked cool, the smell she found not so much, snapping a fan out of her sleeve and opening it due to the wind changing and directing the smoke right into her face, wafting the odorous smoke out of her face as she began to introduce herself to those she had not ”I’m Seika, medic as you can, I have other support oriented techniques and am capable enough to not slow you guys down nor will you need to worry about me, it’ll be my job to worry about you guys.” She said stretching her arms out, the sleeve falling over the hand she held her fan with and her other was already covered as she gave a simple shake as the rather muffled sound out weapon clatter would come from either arm and were obviously stuffed with more than fans. She hoped this made her seem suitably competent to the two ogresses and Mr too cool.

Her heart stopped. Her friend! She needed to help her! Took a step forward, someone already has beaten her to the punch. She announced that she was a medic, twice. She must be so important. Maybe they didn't need her. Mina appeared as Inohachi smiled towards them. Two she knew, two she never met. Her camera rose as she took some pictures of Mina and Kotori hugging. She would be sure to send them the final copy later.
Slowly and silently as the Yamanaka can be, she hid back behind her tree. They didn't need her. They already had a medic, an important one too. This was it. She could go to the Hokage and explain that they already left without her or that she arrived too late. Maybe the latter would work so she would get punished and not them. Her hands rested on the bark as she started to pray that they had not noticed her.

tabThe red head laughed heartily as she was squeezed by her friend, seemingly oblivious to the girl’s overwhelming strength. Mina was excited that she’d be able to go on a mission with her friends, so much so that she completely ignored her now sopping wet clothes. Because of this, it took a second for Mina to notice everyone else. First, a rather edgy young man was covered in tattoos and sulking off to the side. He was smoking a cigarette and just orbiting around the group and said his name was Roku. He seemed like a mystery but Mina gathered at least two things: he could use fire and he was awkward. Next was a rather cute girl with pink hair that, when the red head saw her, Mina’s heart stopped for a second at how pretty she was. Mina was barely listening as Seika talked about her specialties in medical jutsu and weapons, the redhead just staring with a dumbstruck look and a mild blush on her cheeks and just nodding absently. Which is why, when it eventually came to her turn to share, Mina was silently nodding still. “Oh!” The Genin shook her head and seemingly went back to normal. “My name’s Minashiba Takatsuki, but everyone calls me Mina!” She beamed. “I also train a lot in Taijutsu, but I’m pretttttty varied! Just no Genjutsu! I love sports, like basketball and volleyball, and my favorite food is fried rice with beef! Nice to meet you all!” The Genin gave a quick bow and, on her way back up, noticed something. Or someone. Hiding behind the trees. The girl tilted her head and walked over suddenly, curious. As she got closer, she recognized the figure and felt herself smiling again.
“Hey Inohachi,” she said just loud enough to hear once she was just close enough. “I thought we were missing someone.” Instead of rushing her down for a hug this time, Mina gently extended a hand to the timid girl. “C’mon and say hi! We’re about to leave and we can’t do this Mission withou ya!”
__ Roku. He was a pretty strange guy. Obviously not strange as in weird, but maybe a little out of place? He didn't seem much older than Kotori was, but something about him seemed almost mysterious. It was probably just the lacking dialogue, though. Her eyes moved over to Seika who had been trying oh so hard not to laugh at her, and failing. What a nice medic. 'But not as nice as- oh!' Kotori's eyes had wandered away from Seika to her surroundings only to pick out the dark-skinned Yamanaka peeking around a tree at them. She looked over to her side when Mina snapped out of a daze of her own to also get introduced. "No genjutsu for Kotori either, sorry! Thank you!" Then she looked back over in the direction Inohachi was at, noting that Mina had also noticed their friend. The girl probably would've felt a wrench in her gut when her hopes of not being detected were dashed. Fwiissshh!! Kotori approached Inohachi at full speed, probably blurring or even completely vanishing from some of the others' sight. A soft tap on the back of the hiding girl's left shoulder would be the only indication that this was gonna happen one way or another. Well, there was that and a deep inhaling before Kotori practically shouted from behind while Mina was trying to be so much more gentle about it all, "HIYA INOHACHI! WHAT'CHA DOIN' OVER HERE?!" Kotori chuckled, or probably laughed a little, upon scaring the other girl. "The mission said five... so how 'bout you come help us help other people and stuff?!" Of course, there wasn't much room to argue before Kotori snagged Inohachi's wrist and merrily led her over to the others. "C'mon Mina, it's party time!" In case any of the others somehow didn't hear, Kotori reiterated, "I found a friend! Inohachi is a super nice medical kunoichi too! We can fix more people and stuff with her skills!" Surely, the introverted lass would be beyond embarrassed for the spotlight. Kotori thought the praise was well worth it, though. Once with the rest she let Inohachi go and looked up at the sky. The sun was getting past early afternoon, so they were probably running out of time to get to their assignment. "How 'bout we clear out now?" Kotori tossed her ponytail back behind her shoulder as she quickly pivoted then started the march out of the village. A quick flash of their mission scroll to the guards was enough to verify for departure, but they were probably listening in on all of their shenanigans whether they wanted to or not anyway.

Fwoosh. A sudden burst of wind made Inohachi stiffen up like a wooden flat board. Sweat beads were appearing on her face as the dread shadow started to cover the upper half of her face. And then-
HIYA INOHACHI! WHAT'CHA DOIN' OVER HERE?!
Inohachi leaned over with her one of her hand covered her ear, and the other one couldn't cause she was still holding the camera. Without any chance to recover, her wrist that was on the ear was grabbed as Inohachi was legit being dragged by this petite woman. Stumbling and almost tripping over her own feet, she struggled to get her camera back into her camera bag but managed to do it.
I found a friend! Inohachi is a super nice medical kunoichi too!
Surprised at the flattery and the spotlight, Inohachi stood there, dumbfounded. Her pointer pointed at herself, then at the other medic and mouthed softly, 'medic?' Mostly she was just talking to herself and trying to recover to what just happened. They already had a medic.
They didn't need another one.
Why was she here? Kotori then, thankfully took the spotlight away as she demanded that they should clear out now and started to march out of the village. Inohachi blinked as she was going to stay but she knew that she didn't have a choice. The Yamanaka had a feeling that Kotori would carry her if she had to, kickin' and screamin'. Timidly and quietly, Inohachi followed Kotori like a defeated kicked stray dog.

She is wearing standard medical ninja garb with long sleeves hiding her hands, she has a secondary robe over top of it of similar design and color, it’s sleeves also oversized, the combination of both making it hard to notice the weapons weighing on her sleeves. Wearing a backpack gloves and a Katana Ninjato on her waist. (Basically equipment listed in profile.)

Seika lowered her arms and produced her hand and fan from her sleeve again to maintain lightly fanning herself. As she had been addressing everyone as looking amongst them all with whilst she talk she was at the end of her sentence before of noticing the green eyes belonging to the girl who had just arrived running. Picking up of the slight flush in her cheeks and almost transfixed look she was getting only just before Mina reanimated and began to speak, introducing her name and giving a swift summary of herself. She was more personable than Seika in her introducation, darn why did Seika speak only of her work capabilities, she too was a huge sports fan, her mind now more focused on this and chalking Minas gaze and flush to be a result of still being a bit winded and tired. Having ruined the chance to make a more personable introduction, she silently decided she would make up for said blunder during the mission when they had time! Kotori affirmed also having a lack of gen-jutsu which Seika would not express her the fact she had already faithfully assumed as much, not wanting said comment to come off the wrong way and instead just smiled and nodded but was probably not seen doing so as Mina had noticed something at at the end of her introduction started to head towards whatever or whoever it was. The pink hair girl didn’t turn to look at what this was as that’s when Kotori had spoke, then also noticing something and shot off like a cannon, fast to face for how close she was because Seikas hair blasted about and she had to rise her empty hand to secure her glasses in place.
She made a close mouthed noise of minor displeasure as she let go of her fan so it could simply dangle from her wrist on its string as she quickly brushed her fingers through her hair to sort the mess that was made of it, her short hair making it only take a few seconds as she turned to looked at bellowed words of Kotori to her friend. These words were almost unrecognizable as the Hyuuga yelled just that loudly, the noise distorted itself immensely between its beginning and end point so as only some of it was translatable. The sight that may her eyes was the nigh gleeful Kotori dragging another genin with her quite clearly against their will leading to a quizzical look to cross her face as she looked at Kotoris victim and she tried to identify them from memory. The camera, that was the giveaway, Seika had seen this girl around the hospital on occasion, specifically just as she finished her last shift covering for one of the medics on staff at the hospital, this one was outside taking pictures of the place. Kotori introduced her as Inohachi and that she was a medical ninja too, that was some good information to hear as Seika might have confidence in her medical abilities, she was still but one medic, shadow clones or not and if they were dealing with riots there may be a lot of injured as Kotori had said so this was good. Seika waved at the other medic ”Hiya Inohachi, good to be working alongside you! All of you!” She added are the end to make up for being a little less polite.
As Kotori had suggested they leave and began to basically drag the darker and timid girl along without the use of her hands, the less than thrilled girl following after defeatedly. Seika deciding not to crowd the defeated lass as she and Kotori were the first to set of, Seika deciding she’d properly introduce and chat with her when she wasn’t under the “oppressive grip” that her friend had on her. So instead she decided to join Mina and chat with her on the trip specifically, signalling at Roku to come along as well. ”Hey Mina, I’ll run alongside you if that’s ok? I’m a big sports fan too, my favourite is football(soccer) although I enjoy basketball even if I’m a little short! Would you perhaps consider we play some basketball when we get back from this mission?” She asked as she signalled to the guards she was with Kotori and Inohachi without even looking as she was looking towards Mina to create eye contact as she was speaking directly to her, a casual smile of a person who was normally in a positive mood and this had a resting face that showed as much, this being done absentmindedly and ignorant of the fact it might trigger a near similar reaction from Mina as earlier. Seika was digging into a bag as she spoke and produced a bottled sports drink and an energy bar and offered them to Mina saying “You ran pretty hard, this’ll hydrate you on a warm day like this, and I wouldn’t want you getting hurt because you’re not hydrated.” Her words were genuine as the possibility of making a friend with some similar interests to her own would be nice as she was generally quite to her self. The offered drink would be cool to the touch and blue raspberry flavoured due to Seikas personal bias, the energy bar was strawberry flavoured, Seika would smile a little more with the offer, her eyes closing as sunlight reflected off of her lenses and into her eyes momentarily.
Roku smiled a bit as Seika laughed from her attempt at framing him hadn't gone off as she had expected. Moments later he noticed his smoke seemed to bother her so, without a word he used some wind chakra to keep a constant stream of air pushing the smoke towards the air. The other's in the group had noticed another girl that was supposed to be part of the mission. As Mina and Kotori went over to retrieve her, he decided it was a good opportunity to see what kind of group he was actually paired with. Roku didn't move from his position as he formed a single handseal with his right hand and activated his sensor abilities. The teen looked over each individual member of the group checking their bloodlines, chakra capacities and stamina. 'Hmmm. Only Mina is even close to my chakra levels.' Roku was honestly surprised to see what he had and wondered if a S rank mission was appropriate for anyone, including himself, to even going on. However, it wasn't his business to question the decisions of the Hokage. The teen was seemingly zoned out as he analyzed each one until Seika motioned him to come along with the group. Roku nodded softly to the girl, tossing his cigarette on the ground and putting it out before following along the group. This was going to be interesting.

He hoped that the gate guard would be able to recognize it considering the rarity of visitors from his homeland to the shinobi world.

Akihiko looked disinterested as he stood beside Akaran, who had taken it upon himself to speak to the guards. It wasn't, probably, the best decision, but then they had both just agreed that Akaran wasn't much of a planner. He took in the sight of Konoha's gates, having been here sometime in the past but probably for a brief vacation, or an odd job. He was mildly surprised Akaran had an I.D. but he dropped the questions he wanted to ask before they could bubble up.

Saburo glanced upwards at the two visitors who had come to his door. The Jounin gAve a simple nod to them before returning back to his leisure reading. "Of course, welcome to Konoha. You should find Masato quite easily, he lives on atop the only mountain here. Please, enjoy your stay here, and do not cause any trouble. You'll find the entirety of the village monitored."

Akihiko lifted his head briefly in acknowledgement of the guard's welcome. He couldn't fight the smirk that found its way on his face as he said, "I don't mind an audience." He glanced at Akaran to make sure the Oni was following before entering the village, ready to climb a mountain and entertain the samurai's dream. Maybe Masato would even be as interesting as the rumors suggested.
