 Karthin entered the palace in a nice dark green tuxedo. He had on a light blue button up shirt underneath the coat with an orange ascot around his neck that was tucked into the coat. It was not his first choice of attire for the night, but it seemed to be a better option than the old elvish monk robes that he still had. He still had his katana on his belt in case he needed it. He walked up behind the queens throne so that nobody could see him. "Good evening my liege. Is there anything you need me to take care of before the party starts?" He asked her. The queen moved her head in the most unperceptive way possible. "No my dear boy. Tonight is partly to honor you so please mingle, and stop worrying so much. Everything will be fine don't you worry about it too much. Now go before you make that poor girl Angela worry about you." She told him with a smile.

Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie.... Managed to walk along with her brethren as they took on the assembly of what the elves were doing they watched in fascination and curiosity as the elves began to dance for them as her Aunt and mother seemed pleased and amused at the girls fascination. Angela was more than still off put about being called a child she turned toward the two girls as she asked,"What do you think of me?", she asked the girls as they began to praised her,"You are a great leader!" "You are strong and independent!" "You lead our people in greatness". Angela sighed knowing they only saw her tributes and would never think outside the box,"You are sure about these things", the girls nodded vigorously,"Yes we are!", they told her passionately as she shrugged and turned back to inspect the dances. The girls finally spotted out Karthin and began to swarm him,"Its the great hero! He has come to see our leader", they began to ask,"You dance with me?" "No he dances with me", then the two girls began to get in an argument who dances with whom; Angela finally found her eyes wondering as she watched the scene sighing she turned and walked off leaving the party as she headed deep into the queen's gardens.

Karthin walked up to Angela when he spotted her, but was stopped by two of the four girls that were swarming him earlier. He laughed at the argument they were having about him until he noticed Angela walk off. He excused himself from the two girls before rushing after her. When he spotted her in the garden he slowly walked over to her and looked into the sky. "Something is bothering you." He said not looking at her. "I was always told it's not good to keep things bottled up. It makes you start doubting things too much." He added as he now took the time to look over at her. 'To whatever god or goddess is listening right now. I'm gonna need some guidance here.' He thought to himself.

Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie.... Angela spoke softly but very clearly,"I was always taught if you are pondering on your thoughts think them through if they are upsetting you", she told him,"Sometimes you can figure it out on your own and if not there is always someone there to help", she turned to him,"I am sure I can figure this out but it is more frustrating than anything", she explained to him. She raised her brow at his strange dress of clothes,"No elvish ,robes?",she asked seeing as if was more common for them to were that then what he was wearing at the moment.

Karthin looked down at his clothes. "The only robes I have are ancient time monk robes, and it just didn't seem like the proper attire for an event such as this." He told her. He turned to face her and leaned on one arm against the railing. "But I do believe you're trying to avoid the issue here Angela. I may be able to help if you can tell me what's wrong." He said as he tried to persuade her to open up to him. "I was told once that for every star in the sky there is somebody that is lighting the path for another. That there are as many, and maybe even more words of wisdom spoken every day to somebody that needs to hear them. I think a lot of people wait for the day that it's their turn to pass on those words of wisdom." He explained to her. "We elves believe that any words spoken around nature will be blessed and returned to you with an important lesson attached to it that only the one receiving it can understand."

Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie.... Angela nodded slowly at his words of knowledge before speaking once more,"It seems you have already succeeded in passing on words on knowledge to me though as for opening up with matters of my heart", she shook her head,"I can't so easily do that with just anyone Its always been my responsibility to acquire about my own emotions first before I turn them about and speak them onto the world", she observed, she turned to look down upon the stream that followed through her as he was leaning on the railing of the bridge,"It seems so different does it not?", she leaned forward and ran her hand across the water feeling the cool surface as she inhaled the scent,"Water here is fresh usually so quiet and not full of such life at home on our island the water surrounding it is dark, sometimes dirty, but such full of life.. the ocean and its power comes in with every tide as she crashes across the rocks in a display of authority and power", she stood up,"Weren't you suppose to be showing me somethings earlier?", she inquired.

Karthin smiled at her. "Indeed my dear Angela you are right, but are you ready for the adventure of a lifetime?" He asked her theatrically. "Most importantly I have a simple question for you. Do you trust me Angela?" He asked her as he hopped up on the rails and presented his hand to her.

Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie.... Angela crossed her arms across her chest with a smile,"I suppose I really have no choice and seeing as you have already saved my life once I don't see why I can't continue to trust you", she took his hand and then ascended onto the railing herself balancing on it rather perfectly,"Where is these strange spots in which we are going then hmm?", she asked mysteriously..

Karthin smiled as he kept holding her hand. "Now that would be spoiling the surprise. I just want you to keep up." He told her with a smile. "The sights I'll show you tonight will be breathtaking. Just you wait and see." He added before he hopped into a tree. He looked down and waved her up. He then took off through the trees with a smile on his face.

Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie.... Angela shook her head,"You find me foolish If I can't",she smirked as she pulled herself up into the tree watching as he began to take off tree hopping... Now Angela had never done this and after hoping a few of the trees she began to feel the rhythm for it though it was very difficult in the dress. She found that she wasn't sure if the sights would be breathtaking but she would have to take his word for it and soon enough she managed to only be a tree lengths behind him until she was hopping them right next to him keeping her distance on the branch as they did so he wouldn't fall off,"Interesting concept of moving around", she told him as they continued to tree hop.

Karthin looked over at her. He smiled at her before he dropped out of the trees. He landed with a roll and took off running again. He laughed a little before he jumped over a ledge and landed near a river. He sat down and started catching his breath. When Angela caught up to him he looked over at her. "This river is the only one that runs on the side of the mountain.
It reflects the light of the moon and the stars perfectly on cloudless nights like this. This my dear is only one of the seven places I will show you tonight." He added.

Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie.... Angela followed close behind as he hoped down over a small cliff which was actually a ledge and dropped onto the banks of a river. She listened to him explaining what the river did on a clear night and she turned to inspect its contents.. The river was long but not very wide but it had a perfect display of the constellations in which ever vivid detail was available to see it was as if you reached out and touched the water you were touchy the milky-way... She dropped to her knees crouching as she gazed reaching out as her hands touched the water only to see a ripple affect, and it crossed the water and caused the stars and moon to blur in image she turned her attention to Karthin bowing her head respectfully,"Most impressive... It is very beautiful", she stood up and dusted herself off with a good shake,"7 wonders so there is many more?".

Karthin smiled at her. He stood up and dusted his clothes off. He walked over to the water and collected some of it in his hands. He drank it before he turned back to the cliff. "Angela my dear, the night is still young and there are still so many things for you to explore and most importantly see. You just have to come with me." He told her as he reached his hand out to her once more.

Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie.... Angela smirked at his theatrical approach,"Right but you do realize that we can get there faster by me hmm?", she said finally allowing her wings to spread,"Alright lead the way I will have no problem keeping up with you now", she told him.

Karthin grinned impishly. "How about we put that theory to the test." He told her. He jumped straight up to the top of the cliff and looked down at Angela. "Keep up with me if you can." He told her as he waited for her to get up to the top of the cliff with him.
