Fortune & Favor:
General - What does "good luck" entail? Just how lucky are they - are they guaranteed to go to a casino and win, find a bunch of valuable things, be a lottery winner, etc, or is it more subtle things, like maybe finding a five dollar bill (well, bits, you know, the equivalent) in an old coat or getting an interview for a job? I know luck is very hard to quantify but we need some sense of how strong this luck effect is. The same for bad luck on Favor.
Fortune:
Good Trait: What counts as an 'aspect'? Give some examples, please.
Good Time: what is the max amount of ponies he can bless? How long does it work - give me a time range, max/min.
Good Life: What constitutes a "blessed" life?
Favor:
All the same questions as Fortune, but for their bad luck version. Also, powers should not be able to cancel out their domain - the domain of Bad Luck shouldn't be able to cancel out his own. You could possibly add a sixth power to allow him to transfer bad luck from one pony (ie himself) to another but domains aren't going to be approved with opposite capabilities anymore.

Blindness: This domain (blindness) doesn't work for these powers. It would be more appropriate as Sight, yes. She can be blind if you want, nothing wrong with that, but domains are no longer going to be approved with "opposite" effects/feels. :3
Divine Sight: How far beyond (ie, twice as far, three times as far, etc)

Blood:
Cleanser: How often can he do this? How much blood can he purify at one time? I'm a bit iffy on this power in general as more or less
every toxin "affects" the blood - it's carried in the blood stream! Is this applicable for ANY toxin or is it only toxins / impurities which directly affect the blood itself (ie, something that destroys red blood cells he could cleanse, but not something that just got carried and attacked only muscle tissue)? If it is the former it definitely needs limits as you could pose essentially any bodily problem as a blood "ailment" (drowning? lack of oxygen is the ailment. bleeding to death? lack of blood is the ailment. upset? too many chemicals in the blood is the ailment. x'D)
Daymare: You say "once," is that once EVER or once per day or ...?
General: I don't think Daydreams is a fitting domain for some of these powers / the feel you've set out. Daydreams are explicitly things that are had while awake - ie, staring out the window and imagining things, being distracted from the present, but not actually going to sleep. I think Day Trip would need to be adjusted to entering a daydream or possibly make a daydream seem more real (like a true dream or hallucination), and instead of "waking up" perhaps when they're disturbed and break the daydream for any reason? Likewise, power 4 wouldn't make sense, perhaps more simply the power to lull them into a deep, distracted relaxation? They MIGHT fall asleep, but they might not. :3 Daymares also would not be full dreams, they'd be ... vivid distractions or hallucinations rather than actually being asleep.
Fear:
Ominous: How afraid do they become? If someone is standing right next to him, are they terrified out of their wits? How far does this power extend around him?
Gnawing: How long does the fear effect last?
Devouring: This seems a little iffy because it creates a feedback loop where he spooks someone, his powers grow, his aura grows, he could make more ponies afraid, etc, and continues until the whole world is terrified. What is the maximum power level - ie, fully "fed" how far away can his powers reach and how many ponies can he affect at maximum?
Shape: how long can he shapeshift and how often can he do it? Does he gain the actual physical abilities of the creature/pony or is it only an illusion?
All the fear: Again what is the maximum range this starts to work?
Pyromania:
Fire: how often, how large a fire can he start, etc. gimme some limits. Can he light things on fire that normally don't burn?
Let it burn: How long can he keep something burning, or can he keep it until all fuel is consumed? Does this require his concentration? How long can he keep a fire going (like a house burning down, a big fire) despite outside efforts?
Madness: You say "at least," how many can he influence max per day.
Impossible: :v how long at max, how big of things
It's getting: how hot is it next to him, how far out does the heat extend
(basically we need limits and a lil more in depth thought of how powerful powers are now xD)
Piracy:
Set Sail: Does this power give those ponies knowledge of how to sail? Assuming yes, how long does the knowledge stay once they leave the radius? A few hours? Rest of the day? :3
Treasure: How far away (ie, 1, 5, 10 miles etc) can he detect treasure?
