The beast known as Taylor was slammed into the ground by the vampiric Masato. It fell into the cracked crater the angry Uchiha made when he blocked the S+ strength attack with his own S ranked technique. The force Masato used shattered the already flimsy ground of the roof which caused the two to start to free fall into the building. In that free fall with the raining beating on them Taylorβs body reacted on his own as a place of bone covered his back. The flesh would be peeled off by Masatoβs Force, but it would not break through his bone. As the punches were fired off Taylorβs tail coiled around Masato and grabbed him at his waist. The monsterβs wings flapped horrifically as in the same motion as he hovered with his wings to stop his falling, the tail, assuming that it caught Masato, would toss him with extreme prejudice into the side of the building. Finally, as Zhi moved to gather her nature chakra, an ally appeared. The golden thunderbird Horus descended from the clouds and landed beside his friend. The bird did not stop for pets and crackers like he usually demanded. He instead kept his focus on those who wished Zhi harm.

tab Ferrah continued her casting completely uninterrupted thanks to the new bat monstrosity that was keeping Masato busy. Using the first rainstorm as cover Ferrah created a second one meant to be hidden the first. Although this second rainstorm was much more devious in it's machination, not only could it affect the same senses as the first but with the added functionality of fooling one's chakra sensing into believing it was real rain. This would allow it to go undetected to normal eyes until it was too late, while leading doujutsu and other genjutsu sensing effects into a false trail of thinking the first genjutsu is the one that needs to be kai'd while the second is only rain. If those on the field did not kai soon they would rendered unconscious. Nehan Shouja no Jutsu [ Temple of Nirvana Technique ]
The moment she finished the casting of her jutsu Ferrah grinned and surveyed the current battlefield when her eyes caught sight of her little Lahlil. It took a split second for her brain to even register what she was looking at before she remembered that she was the reason she was even in this alley to begin with. It was also in this split second that heart sunk right in her chest and the bloodlust completely drained from her face as she watched in horror as a vampire leaped at her from behind. Oh it was hard to make out details from here of course but the motions behind the feral lunge said all that needed to be said. Time seemed to slow down all around her as the scene played out. The vampire lunge at her back ready to strike, Lahlil just beginning to turn around to see her attacker, and Ferrah crying out and leaping from the rooftop with movements that could never make it there in time.

As Masato's man beast bat best friend coiled his tail around his waist in an attempt to throw him, Masato's eyes would shift widen as he was flung through the air. Just as he landed on the wall he would plant his feet, creating craters around them in the siding, cracking the entirety of the wall. Just as soon as he had landed on the wall, he exploded from it. He had landed close to Ferrah, his concern for combat was everyone within range of himself. She drew the short straw once more as she had leapt into the air to save Lahlil.
Masato, mid flightly jump towards the woman had exploded into a swirling vortex of chakra and luminous green energy. The deep vibrant green energy that clung tightly to his masculine, toned body offset the black chakra that swirled rampantly around him, inverting the color of anything seen through it. This caused the deep greens to appear red through the chakra filter. The lightning that crackled around him a glimmer of his prowess. In that instance he had not only released his first gate, the Kaimon, but the second and third gates.
The sequential energy spend in order to release such power would hinder him but for a moment as his berserk nature would allow him to push the envelope as he pursued a deadly final blow. His one shot, one kill attack. The physically enhanced vampiric Masato would be positioned just above Ferrah, putting him facing the ground. Exactly where he intended to plant her. In one explosively powerful punch he would launch his fist in the direction of the back of her head, releasing a small fist shaped orb of chakra . The force, should it connect would instantly send her plummeting to the earth off of the immediate path of the orb and more than likely rendering her unconscious and unable to maintain the dual cast genjutsu.
The orb itself would be launched directly into the earth below, piercing it and causing a crater to be created nearly the size of the orb, releasing a concussive blast that would knock everyone near its landing zone backwards. Seconds later, the earth would crumble, around it creating a deeper crater measuring several meters deep and even wider. From the crater several cracks in the earth would begin to crumble outward, splitting and canvasing the entire housing district. The broken earth would begin to cause damage to the buildings, causing them to begin to crumble at the base of each structure and rapidly plummet to the earth. The impact of each building crashing into the ground would cause debris to fragment and scatter like wildfire over the entire area, sending comets of rubble and concrete flying at all persons in the vicinity. As the debris flew the cavern housing would begin to loosen boulders from it's ceiling, adding additional damage to whatever may lay in remains of the once prosperous housing.
Masato would land upon a chunk of earth that had been uprooted, the plumes of debris around the topic would shroud everyone from sight, leaving the feral vampire to his senses, sniffing at the air as he would search for survivors. His teeth gnashed against each other for mere moments as he snarled, readied for another round of destruction.

__ The real Zhi continued to observe the chaotic situation in the alleyway from the safety of the distant apartment she'd occupied. She was, of course, thankful for Horus' presence and planned to gladly reward the thunderbird for his aid in her time of need when all else was said and done. "This is really getting out of hand..." She mumbled to herself as she kept meditating and gathering natural energy.
Meanwhile, back at the scene itself, the three shadow clones left behind to aid in gathering natural energy and maintaining presence started to feel the effects of the Ferrah's genjutsu. Before the drowsiness could further develop they acted on the outside observations of their real self. Two clones stopped meditating to grab the third clone's hand on each side while using their free hands to maintain single-handed seals. "KAI!" They chanted in unison to free the last clone of not just the surface but also the underlying illusory effects. Given how quickly the scrap between Masato and Taylor was escalating, that clone might be all that could save everyone here from things getting much more drastically out of balance.
The third shadow clone took but a moment to instill a mentally prepare herself for Masato's predictable feral behavior. As he positioned himself to attack Ferrah with horrifically excessive force, the shadow clone assumed enacted the Suppressing Fire combo attack while activating the Will to Fight Skill. The strength of the other two clones was shared with herself as she fell into the very stance that Masato had taught her all those years ago. She was determined to keep her sempai from doing something he might regret when he regained his sanity. The clone's fist lashed out to fire off her own One Shot, One Kill punch enhanced by her Designated Shooter training too. The punch was further enhanced by her perfected stance's Magnum and Upgraded Caliber training which further bolstered her punch's speed and power. To ensure minimal collateral damage compared to what her sempai would have wreaked, the chakra bullet launched from her fist was enhanced by her Storm Release chakra with the chakra covering her hands through the Mercury Round technique. Her projectile's trajectory was aimed to intercept Masato's attack at such an angle that it wouldn't put anyone else's lives at risk, and the super-heated plasma would just melt away other obstacles instead of causing a devastating blast. Since her attack was about twice as strong as and significantly faster Masato's it was unlikely that anyone else would actually realize how much she'd done to save everyone's lives from the total collapse of the residential area, and perhaps beyond.

The beast saw Masato leap up and went to pursue when a force overwhelmed him. Despite the blood moon pumping him full of corrupted natural chakra, it did nothing to provide Taylor with the mentality needed to counteract the genjutsu. His wings halted midair as the urge to sleep overwhelmed him. The eight foot bat monster fell toward the ground as the collision of the two fist strikes passed by it unaware. When it landed on the ground the force of the impact was not strong enough as a source of pain to relieve the abomination of the genjutsu. Horus, meanwhile, swooped down and moved to protect his tamer. Despite Horus' protection, however, it was clear that Ferrah had bested him.

"Niko?! I asked you a question... What's going on? You're acting weird." Hisashi was wrapping the wound on her hand from the bite. They had made it home, however the housing district was a mess. Something crazy must have happened there before they got back. Niko, sitting at the table, was thinking back. "Why can't I remember anything...?" Hisashi took a deep breath. He finished up and sat down next to her. "I didn't want to say anything, but I smelled the blood this morning... I can't really tell but there's something wrong with the moon right? It's not normally red right?" Niko shook her head. "No. It's not..." Hisashi crossed his arms and began to think. Niko sat there in thought as well. This was very strange indeed. Suddenly...
As Masato's attack would be taken away at blinding speeds his eyes widened as he sneered, releasing a snarl in aggrivation. His body would begin to glow even more brilliantly as he powered up yet again. If his current state could be outmatched then he would continue to ascend higher and higher. "Graaahhhh" he roared, releasing the fourth...fifth...then sixth gate! As he entered this state he held a horse stance. From his location the earth beneath him began to tremble and rubble started to float away in fear of his power. The aura of energy around Masato swirled in a double helix type pattern of dark green and black chakra.
He would move toward Zhi, ready to lash out at the one who averted him from his prey. His body would seemingly vanish as he stood looming over Zhi, glowing red eyes hungry for combat. Masato's hand was raised into the air, preparing to strike down at the female with a claw like strike. Before he would move the voice echoed in his head. It was the Uzukage. Masato was frozen. It would most likely register to Zhi why he had stopped as everyone heard the announcement. The Uchiha stepped backwards, grabbing his head in both hands.Stumbling. " I...Id...Idiot." He growled, showing a glimmer of humanity. The act of a voice speaking inside his head had penetrated the mental stability of the change. His raging chakra simmered down slightly, reducing to a feint outline of green as his sweat evaporated due to his body heat. His blank eyes flickered about. " Zhi..." he spoke forcefully. "S...sorry." It was at that second the genjutsu that he had been so enraged when fighting he had not noticed it would take it's effect. Masato would drop to his knees. The power of the gates depleting. His eyes grew heavy as he wobbled back and forth as his muscular control became less and less. " I...just...really...wanted...a...fight." with those slurred words, Masato would strike his face on the ground, falling into a deep sleep.
Perhaps Zhi would understand. Her Sempai, driven by the thrill of combat would be enthralled easily by a power that enhanced that desire to attack others. Still. How had someone with his kekkei genkai been subjected to a method of such a manner? So many other answers remained. What happened next was in her hands.

tab The second Lahlil made her clones is when hell really started heating up. Maybe it was because she wasn't excepting it or maybe he was really just that fast, but either way it seems Lahlil would come to regret being so trusting as a pair of fangs torn into her neck. The pain was sharp and paralyzing like a snake injecting poison into it's victim. Her vision doubled and the fear of losing consciousness settled in as the blood poured freely away from her brain and out of her neck.
Call of the crimson, flow of life and death was what blood was. But for that moment it was the intoxicating call and allure of something else entirely. The mind was in a frenzy as Zahara sunk his teeth into the flesh of this woman, his jaws clenching tighter with each passing second like a vice. Blood welled from the wound he inflicted upon her as he held her shoulders during the bite. Feral thoughts ran through his mind as he fed on her while at the same time he felt the lull of something slipping from his mind. Illusion of rain, slumber and blissful rest swept under him.
She would feel the bite ease up in pressure and then altogether, he fed on the blood yet now Zahara released his grip on her. Vision stirred as the byakugan in his eyes faded away to the 'normal' red glow. In the depth of his mind the feral presence was tamed as the real Zahara took hold while he staggered back, blood running down the corner of his mouth as he gave a ragged exhale of disbelief. Onto his knees he fell, dazed and reeling while he looked his hands, then back up to her.
"Sorry lass, it got the better of me." He said in a low voice as he slumped over on his side, control escaping him over his will to keep awake as he actively knew something outside of his own mind affected him. With a hand seal, he formed a sign with his hand as he used the Byakugan once more as an idea came. Must give the illusion credit, it quelled the hunter in my head. He struggled to rise up to his feet, exhaustion clung on as he picked himself up onto his knees again. With two fingers and the chakra sight to visualize his own flow, Zahara struck three points in his body, the shoulder, sternum and knee to disrupt the chakra flow and inflict enough pain to jaw his mind free.
"Grraaaaah. ********, never knew how much that hurts." Zahara breathed out as he snapped free of the illusion and the byakugan again faded. Despite his best efforts however, he fell over again with loss of consciousness.

tab So driven was she that Ferrah didn't even notice the attack Masato launched or by extension her saviour in Zhi. Her eyes were only for Lahlil and the second her feet hit the ground she rushed by her side. Lahlil's eyes were barely open by now after her blood was so drained she was probably barely hanging onto consciousness and that was without even taking into account her genjutsu.
Taking the girl into her arms to support her Ferrah completely ignored the vampire attacker. It wasn't worth attacking another villager, espically when Lahlil needed her help. There was no chance that she could make it anywhere on her own and there would be only one place she could take her with the village in such disarray. Taking the girl with her Ferrah eyed Zhi or what was more then likely clones seeing as how there was multiples of her. Strong ' Masato thought as his eyes opened up, revealing a black, human gaze. For now at least, Masato had his wits about him, although the desire to feed still lingered, he was aware of what was happening. " Blue" He said, calling to her, glancing towards the direction of the Vampire Lord, recalling glimpses of his hunger induced craze. " Sense that? We've got work to do. This one's strong!" with that, Masato would vanish in a blur towards the Vampire lord.

The sea of black lulled over the state of sleep he was in, a roil between the two personalities were in conflict and turmoil. A nightmare rolled like thunder in his dreams as he was under the effect of exhaustion and the residual effects of the illusion, among other things. When he came to, Zahara snapped his eyes open to find he was no longer in the street, or anywhere nearby from where he remembered from earlier. Echoes of the hunt remained in his mind and he felt the weight of his limbs slack from the forceful sleep. The strikes he dealt to himself still stung, but the pain was dull now and was nothing compared to the raging headache and the ache and pain of the hunger still gnawing at him.
Where am I? Zahara wondered as he could not move, only saw a dark corner surrounded by black trees that shimmered with chakra. His Byakugan was alive and active, explaining the washed out colors he saw and the chakras. "Another illusion?" Zahara said aloud as he remained laying on the ground, staring up at the sky now as the moon hung low. Here he lay in the middle of the blackened tree meadow devoid of color save for the moon which emitted a scarlet red glow.
"You must hunt. It is in your nature, the blood you tasted already is just a morsel compared to all others in your home. Turn. Hunt. Indulge on your primal desire, seek your clan and enact revenge for what they did to you." A voice spoke in Zahara's mind as he stared up at the moon, he grimaced as he struggled to move with a futile effort as if he was pinned by some supernatural force. It was a dream still, a nightmare made coherent as Zahara stared at this moon as the scenery changed and shifted until it was just a scene of endless black abyss and the image of this moon.
"I can only assume you're not the product of some illusion." Zahara replied back to the carnal voice as he let the Byakugan fade. The moon shifted as an image of himself appeared with red eyes and fangs, the vampire half. "Sure you can cave to the desire for the hunt." the voice from his sinister persona half spoke as Zahara glared back at the monster in his own clothes, hand curling into a fist. The words washed over him and the temptation was honeyed and sweet yet sour. He punched into the image of his alter ego, flaming fist erupting into a gigantic eruption that dwarfed both him and his other half in this dreamscape.
"I will not fall another time."
Zahara snapped his eyes open as he shot up from where he lay, a heavy pant and sweat upon his brow as he looked around feverishly. He pulled himself to his feet as he saw it was no longer a dream, but now he was back and awake with the metallic taste of blood in his mouth. This was real then. He thought as he wiped his mouth with the back of the hand, seeing the blood smear across the skin. That woman... She's no longer here. Or... He stopped as a headache persisted, pain radiating from around his eyes associated with use of his kekkei genkai and then he looked up in the sky out of curiosity to stare at the scarlet blood moon.
"Hmm."

The beasts were left to hunt, the moon was the calling beckon of such primal need. The scarlet blood that flowed as the prey in them all, enough to drive a man mad. Zahara had fought against this calling madness the entire night, driven back and forth of himself and the monster that prowled the dark recess of his mind. The control was there, but the hunger remained as an echoing lament as the madness grew still. But he were not alone in this plight as Zahara wandered the streets of the village, chaos was all that he saw and brothers in arms he once called allies were driven mad by the blood.
A woman was fleeing from the so-called vampires of the night as Zahara observed from a rooftop, still questioning of what had been going on. Four men, shinobi attire, gave chase to this woman as she called for help and Zahara felt obliged to help her, anger swelling in him at the audacity of being witness to the act. The body of one of his afflicted brothers dropped like a sack of potatoes as he body flickered down atop of them and mid-flicker he swung out a haymaker to the back of the head. The blow had struck true and done its purpose to garner the attention of the other three as they wheeled around, each in a wide stance and hunched over like animals with snarls.
"You better run miss, I'll take your entourage out for the night." Zahara said as he stood over the unconscious man as he cracked his knuckles and eyes were alive with the Byakugan. She stopped for a moment to see the commotion that came up and only split soon as her rescuer said to run. Meanwhile the snarling fools that were shinobi looked on with wild eyes and fangs bared as Zahara eyed each of them with the Byakugan.
Assuming a stance, the trio engaged him all at once and the encounter began as Zahara smirked as they neared him. It didn't take much effort as he saw every detail in their movement as two flanked him and the third came at him head long in the three pronged pincer attack. Chakra welled up through Zahara's body as he stood up straight, feet together and arms close to the chest. As they neared, he twisted his entire body, sliding his feet along the ground and spreading his arms out into a wide stance as Zahara spun several rotations and an explosion of raw chakra erupted out from him. The three vampire bros were caught in the torrent of energy as he flung them back from his person, two ragdolling far off in the street while another slammed hard into a wall.
The ground Zahara spun on was torn and ripped up from the eruption of chakra as he stood there on unscathed ground, one hand behind his back and other facing out, palm facing up as he kept a low and wide legged stance. The first one came back up with a irritated snarl and came charging as the other two were picking themselves off the ground, possibly dazed from the attack. It took two to tango and it was going down fast with vamp boy number one and Z as the two clashed in a mutual exchange of hand to hand blows. The vamp slung his arms with reckless abandon as Zahara blocked each blow with his forearms, deflecting him before he landed three pokes on the man's left knee and obliterated the tenketsu there before it was finished with a palm strike to the head once he was crippled to knock him out.
As soon as he was done finishing off him, the others were upon him as Zahara used his byakugan to predict their movement. Chakra flowed through his body as he jumped aside as he blurred through two attacks at once, an after-image taking the blow and giving illusion that he was struck. He positioned himself behind his two attackers with a pirouette "Sorry, not letting myself get caught that easy." He said as he thrusted his palm forward with chakra exploding outward with an air palm overcharged with energy. Both of which were struck true from the confusion of the afterimage as the air palm smashed the duo into the ground with concussive force, knocking them out with a couple possible broken bones.
The ordeal was over as Zahara stood among the mess of the four beaten down vamp bros, a low heavy sigh escaping him as he dusted off his jacket. What a night this was becoming.
