Okay. I'll make you hot chocolate but I'll have to stick with tea (since I can't have the chocolate unless I want to make a trip to the hospital). During our last big storm when the power went out, I made hot water for coffee and tea in our small built in wood fireplace. We nearly pulled out the charcoal grill to cook on. 3noddinglol

Maybe, you can chat with your boss about doing that schedule every other week so you can spend more time with your family?

lol. I understand, we have a wood burning oven, so we use it to make soupes, biol water, etc, but we also have a small propane run counter top stove thingy, if anything happens were set, like camping, =)

See...you get it. No one could understand why I was set on a house with a wood burning fireplace when we were looking at houses. I could never understand the point of an electric fireplace (especially if your power went out). At least with a wood burning fireplace, you could chop or buy the wood that you needed to keep warm and/or cook food. Yeah, I need to get more camping equipment again. Our other got ruined in a flood. gonk
