A True FriendWho is Wishing?: Hanami  Tell the wishing star a little about yourself: Hanami was special in the eyes of her parents. She was brought to them by the same star she seeks. Her sister was one to always be around and protect her, stand up for her when others frowned or found it strange about their little family. Hoshi now older and very much in love has bounced about between herds. It made Hanami a bit lonely. Some fish Short IC Response: Phail closed her eyes and thought about what she most desired. Though there was a burning hunger in her stomach, she struggled past it, thinking about her deep, innermost desires. A blurry image began to form, a stream-lined aquatic form... But then her stomach growled loudly and threw off her concentration. She was hungry. But these fish weren't enough, they didn't satisfy her. Not the way... seathi did. Thinking about seathi conjured back the blurry image. She strove harder, focusing. Ah yes, that one seathi she would never eat. As much as she wanted to. She was hers. That was her innermost desire. Growl. Her stomach continued to thunder. And thus she knew what her wish was. That seathi form. She desired them, in whatever manner she could get. "Be it children or snacks..." Her voice trailed off faintly. //as a note, Yuki bites her children to mark them as hers. Obviously up to you if you want to include that but figured I would mention it!

I was reunited with my lifemate, and we've started a family - something I used to never think was even possible. So maybe I'm being a little selfish asking for more, but our little family is growing, and sometimes it's good to have a friend that isn't, well, your mate or your kids. Maybe there's someone out there that needs a helping hoof that I could pass on some of what I've learned, use some of my hard-earned skills. A basket of fruit that Mareig received painstakingly. Short IC Response: Mareig was too excited to speak. He wasn't even sure he was remembering to breath. Sucking in deep breaths, he looked around. He was alone. He wanted to surprise 'ello. Surely the small stallion would be surprised and thrilled with their wish to come true. Of course, they haven't really talked about it yet but... there was no way he couldn't be happy! A child was the embodiment of happiness!

A True FriendWho is Wishing?: Hakuron  Tell the wishing star a little about yourself: I am the prince of a great clan that has lived for a very long time in the mountains. I fled from my home when there was a proposed marriage set up for me. I knew there would be repercussions of my leaving, but I needed to go outside our borders and gain more things for our clan that we don't already have. I needed to do something. I have found a couple of great warriors to bring back to the clan like Valerious. He has stood by me and has agreed to be one of my most trusted guards. Shuu has joined me from the clan, I guess my brother decided to send her, or she came herself in order to make sure I didn't get into too much trouble, but it was great seeing her again. I long to find another out here in these strange lands. Another Friend..... A guard.... Someone whom I can confide in. I terribly miss the menagerie that my mother had, with all of it's critters and creatures. I especially miss the guardian Kitsunes of the family. I didn't think I would miss them all this much... Hakuron leaves a Kanzashi (Silk Flower) Hair Pin, with a couple of his feathers and a small wooden statue he has carried of the Guardian Kitsunes of his family. He leaves his necklace which is the same color as the Wishing Star above. When he leaves, there will be fireflies that will stay behind with his necklace, until the morning comes. Short IC Response: "Everyone says they have an other half out there somewhere and I'm certain I must have one too. But, not like a romantic thing, not like that, no... It's like... It's like someone more special, that I almost remember, but not quite. I know she was a she, I just know it and I know she was more special to me than anyone really--except maybe for Mama Ellie or Auntie Val..." The stallion looked uncertainly up at the Wishing Star. "It's this pull, you know? This pull that I'm forgetting something very important in my life, before I really had a life to begin with, but I want to remember, I do! So... So maybe you could help me? Please?"

A runed stone Short IC Response: Lahari always tells other ponies that Aros and her are “not a couple.” She claims that she’s never felt that way about him, but her words are not entirely true. It’s not hard to see that her love for Aros is more than platonic. A lingering gaze here and a blush there. She’s obviously in denial about her feelings. Aros on the other hand, has never had eyes for any other mare. They were best friends growing up; even though their time together was often interrupted due to circumstances out of their control. They met for the first time when Nostalion brought her family to the Druid’s Dreamgrove for protection. Aros was a student training as a druid. They had a few weeks together before her family returned to the Big Oak Grove. Seasons changed many times before they would see one another again. He recognized her immediately. His heart raced to see her walk down the path. Old enough now Aros begins to court her in earnest; a kind word here and a small gift there. But to no avail. Fate or perhaps coincidence finds Lahari and Aros both in the presence of the Wishing star tonight. Neither knows the other is present. The mare looks up at the great star and begins to speak, “Hello there...“ She stops mid sentence, lost in thought. She still doesn’t know how to express her true feelings. Unaware that anyone else is nearby, Aros draws closer and also addresses the wishing star. “Wishing star, if it isn’t too much trouble, could you grant my humble request. I’ve been in love for so long, but I don’t know what to do.” Now that he is closer, Lahari overhears him and doesn’t hesitate to listen in. Aros continues, “She’s my best friend and I’m terrified that I’m going to drive her away with my advances. I guess most just ask you for baskets, huh?” Lahari trots over to him, “I guess you can ask for one of those, too.” Stunned he moves his lips but words escape him. She continues, “I’ve been trying to figure things out for a while now, myself, but I know one thing for sure: your attention will never drive me away.”

A stone sculpture carved by her and her fox friends Short IC Response: Hanae was not one to wish, but she couldn't help but think about possibilities. The wishing star was a rumor she had heard and all she could do now was stare up at it and think. She and her little family carved up a small arctic fox of stone, offering it to the star. It was strange thing to do, but Hanae felt like she had to try. Her family was cuddling at her feet while she looked up at the star. "I don't remember it well, but I re-call having a brother. I know our family prides itself on females, so my brother was given away a long time ago... Would it be possible for me to meet him?" She said nothing more and sat down for the night, warming herself with her small, furry family.

Teutates had come back to Taranis through a wishing star some time back, and they had butt heads more often than not. But now... they would put aside their attitudes and come together to hope one of their sisters back. They were definitely hopefuly, as their sisters were generally the better of them. "Please... Just give us this one thing, please?" Taranis said hopefully. "..Yeah, what he said I guess," Teutates muttered under his breath, looking to the side and sighing. "Please, wishing star."

One night, however, my best friend was attacked and burned terribly by another with blue flames. Due to me being the only one with blue flames, I was cast out. Seeing the flames in the distance, I took chase, wanting to clear my name. Now I wander alone... I wish for a friend, a guard.. another to be there for me. I do not wish to be alone anymore. 10 Things I Like: males, drafts, large breeds, kitsunes, complimentary colors, fangs, wings, paws, stripes and braids 10 Things I Don't Like: bugs, clashing colors, bright base colors [besides white/natural colors] What does your character leave as an offering for the wishing star? Short IC Response: He had watched the sadness grow in her eyes as her heart's wish for children was continually denied. She hadn't said anything, but he could see the unfilfilled desire beginning to take its toll. If they had yet to produce children through natural means... Ahanu gazed up at the stars and sighed deeply. "Please... she was born to be a mother. Let not this sadness begin to shade her heart." As a twin, she was pulled too by her brother's mate bearing children of his own. She was so happy for him, and yet... it was one experience she had yet to share. "Please..." he closed his eyes, exposing his desire with an open heart. "Don't let this go further."
