"Aww, I was so close...", groaned the reaper as the game wound down. She had missed a single zombie, ruining a potentially perfect game.
Taking a statue, Kari vowed she would get a perfect score on this game at least once before prom was over.

Kari felt a bit bad for the birds. Now that she had figured out spreading her flames across the floor was an effective method of vacating the birds, it was quite easy to win this game.
Feeling a bit bad didn't mean she stopped using such a strategy though. She still wanted to win, and the masked figure still wanted them gone.

The One Genre to Rule Them All
Character Name: Kari
Result: 25-50: You find some sort of blade that looks like a key. This just angers the first gnome even more. Best leave it there.
Once more, Kari was only able to find the sword in the shape of a key. Instead of dragging it out and starting another tirade, the reaper simply put the item back into the straw and crawled out of the pile.

They had sped up the game again... This really shouldn't be surprising. The gnomes were already pretty notorious for rigging their games and employing dirty tactics, but that didn't make it any less irksome.
Still, Kari managed to squeak by with two points.

The arrows sat in Kari's grasp, a scowl marring her face. She had gotten shoddy arrows again...
With a sigh, Kari notched the first arrow. It admittedly worked better than she dreaded, just barely making it to the target before sinking itself into the outer ring. She had honestly expected it to fall apart upon launch.

Her bad luck would not deter the ghoul! A look of concentration took over her face as a wave of flames burst from her staff. The blue light slowed its progress, but the flames kept moving across the floor, the birds eventually having to leave to avoid getting burned.

Kari was getting tired of the rigged games. Were they running low on statues? She had just barely managed to pull off a win, and that was only because the two dolls had popped up right next to each other! This was beyond ridiculous!
