I saw that Ophelia is reserved, but I was wondering if the Emperor of Lionis could speak with his subject later on when she isn't reserved. and also, Is the King of Phobos available? Emperor Azazel needs to speak with his subject.

Black Athame I saw that Ophelia is reserved, but I was wondering if the Emperor of Lionis could speak with his subject later on when she isn't reserved. and also, Is the King of Phobos available? Emperor Azazel needs to speak with his subject. Well, they can always meet up before she goes on with her business. Where would you like them to meet?

You can tell me who she'd be more likely to bump into or where she'd be, so I can figure who would happen to be there c: Well it is her birthday, so she would probably be either in the Church of Onera (in the underground) or on her way back from the Church, so unless Valeska is a patron of the illegal or is a follower of Onera, then I think she might be more likely to have contact with Lorah...
