3. can be a jonin. confused if it helps I started making it before any jonin positions were being called
I'm trying to get a hold of the mizukage to see if he will allow your character to either stay in his village, or allow you as a jonin if you change your village. No promises, though.
If you need an answer immediately... well, you can always make a gennin for kumo or kiri. Those positions will definitely be handed out as soon as you ask for them, and you are allowed to have multiple characters.
Can I just reserve a iwagakure Jonin and make a second character then?

Update on my roster, since it seems we've not had one in a bit.
Mizukage - Ogata (Mephis)
Jounin Captain - Katsurugi (Rhaegar)
Jounin - Rio(Clyde), Kanzaki(Asuna), and Zander(thewomboldt)
Chuunin - Himeko(October Night Starlight) and Sukesada(ASAP)
Genin - Ranta(Haru), Yuuki(Raz), Keihoshi(Byagane), Hakuno(Tensho), Kato(Joker), and Shif(ellreka)
This list is accurate, based on profiles in both the Under Construction section and Approved Profiles list.
I am no longer accepting Jounin, I have one Chuunin slot, and with the recent opening, 3 more Genin slots. With this stated, I'm going to check back through this list to see if there were any more requests.
