gaia_nitemareleft Ariel's heart beat skipped as she was grabbed by lust. everything else seemed to become foggy. the only thing on her mind was this Lust. a thirst crept in. a thirst that could match her thirst for blood. it was a feeling shes never felt before. the woman's words seemed to echo loudly in her head. but just as quickly it came, the feeling vanished when Lust let go of her. a small gasp escaped Ariel's lips. her knees felt a little weak. 'what the hell was that.?!?!' she thought to herself. she could see that these people weren't all boring. her eyes locked on Lust's as she leaned against a nearby wall due to her weak knees. Ariel crossed her arms over her chest, trying to look composed. - Internal combustion sounds quite appealing but i will pass.- she wasn't sure to believe her or not. she didn't seem like the one to lie. but on the other hand, where she comes from, Demon blood was a delicacy. Demons being dark-ling creatures as well was what made them so appealing to our taste buds. but now was not the time to test such theories. Lust was a lot more dangerous then she assumed.
a small pinch of anger sparked with in her when she heard Lust talk about Leo. she didn't know why she felt this way but it angered her to hear his name be tarnished. not by one but yet, by two people. she unfolded her arms as she stepped towards lust. her eyes held a protective glare. -Don't speak of him in such an ill manner- she growled -hes not my role model. i look up to no one. hes my frie....- she stopped her self. she felt like being this way was showing weakness. and a friend? was he really? - hes smarter then you give him credit. - why was she defending him. she was sure he could hold his own, defend himself. she just couldn't stand there and listen to this woman insult him. but why it mattered to her, she did not know. she also didn't like the thought of Leo "playing" with Lust. she wasn't aware of what they were capable of. wait... was she afraid of Leo getting hurt??? ..... no she wouldn't go as far as to admit that to herself, or to anyone for that matter. gaia_nitemareright

Hades felt and arm around him as he stood and turned to face Ariel, his eyes watched her as she turned to face Lust. Her mouth opened and Hades caught sight of her two large white fangs, she licked them but doubted she would force it. Seeing as she was waiting for permission from Lust, but Lust's response was grabbing her. Hades watched Ariel retreat to a wall for support, then Ariel was back to confronting Lust. Then Leo picking fights with Greed warning him before things got out of hand, then it was only Leo and Ariel. Hades opened the palm of his hand as darkness formed around him making a throne, taking a seat. A follow of his came out the shadows and poured him some ale in a chalice. Taking a sip he watched the events unfold before him.
Being new devil did have its perks, taking a sip he tried to relax after all the chaos, though he didn't remember some events. Perhaps they would return in time, moving his hand he stirred the chalice before narrowing his eyes back on Ariel. She seemed to be conflicted, then there was Leo who would die fighting. Sitting back Hades sighed as his mind gave him dark thoughts, about killing them, all of them.
Nodding to Ariel the sin took a small breath "even though half-lings are a little more like having a hot pepper, which you might have treated yourself to a rare occasion when half-lings betrayed us, but pure bloods will burn your insides... Specially having Nephilim blood" she explained, trying to not invade the girls thoughts; closing her eyes she continued, "its how we heal ourselves at a quick rate. The Flames of Hell burn in our veins... Hurts like a b***h when we do heal but it does the job, plus we can heal another by it which is also a nice perk".
Grinning slightly she bit her lip as she glanced over to Leo, knowing that what she had said earlier was a trigger to him she allowed his brain to process before glancing down to Ariel, who reacted first. Lust smelled something in the air as she spoke, making the sin bite her lip a little harder just before she glanced back up to Leo, who spoke out finally. Sure she could of been out of line but what is a 'big aunty' suppose to say when he shows up late to the fight with the virtue Justice; then as the storm hits, he was next to her but then saw a shiny object and went after it leaving her to protect the city from shards of ice that penetrated through her skin, massive lightening shooting at her as well as high winds blasting at her face while destroying the city and killing most beings; just to have Pride use the one thing he had left from his past to save her from falling from the clouds by being unconscious from exerting most of her power and energy after a fight with a virtue to save the city and the beings who live within it....Sure, she had a right to say such a thing...but she wouldn't explain her reasoning on why she said it... Least at first.
He continued to speak in a defensive way, a loud sound consumed the area as he quickly came face to face with her. Leaning in licking her cheek, before speaking out once more; she felt his breath against her skin as he spoke once more before glancing to the vampire then back to her. Oh how Lust was enjoying this, seeing little Leo become the grown Nephilim who liked to test her. A wicked smirk appeared on her lips as she lightly licked them ready to continue the verbal 'foreplay' but Greed, had spoken out explaining that Leo would not win in a fight with her. Which was true for the most part, but Leo did have fight in him even when he was beaten...He just never gave up.
Letting out a small chuckle letting Greed punish Leo with his words, then finished with 'you shouldn't of said that' to her before leaving to go back into the apartment. Glanced at Leo as her orange eyes illuminated, the mist danced around her spilling out desire while reading every individual around them; feeding them as she continued to stare at Leo 'he isn't for one: my boyfriend. and two: you know I only bring things up like that for reasons... Like not having my back in the city... Which I should tie you up and slice your skin up for it, but I think your friend here has more of an interest in you so I wont... So smarten up and put priorities first' she telepathically spoke to him before glancing over to Ariel.
The mist danced around a little more before returning back to her hand bringing it up to Leo, combing her fingers lightly through his hair, watching the vampire closely "I know he can be smarter than he appears. Just sometimes he isn't the brightest one at times" gripping some hair she pulls his head back lightly smirking before kissing his cheek softly before releasing him. She knew it would drive the vampires senses wild; she could see it as well feeling it. Lust looked towards Ariel walking over and upon approaching the vampire, Lust raised her hand up to the girls face lightly caressing her cheek before trailing her hand to her chin lightly lifting, to have her eyes in full connection "on all playfulness aside, I could use a vampire. Vampires are rather unique in nature, not only can they feed upon mortals killing those who are in deserve of punishment... But can feed on angel blood which is fueled by their grace, which is the heart of their power" she smiled softly, 'I need someone with your uniqueness Ariel..... Oh and don't worry.. Your secret is safe with me' she finished using her telepathic abilities to keep quiet about why Ariel was conflicted... But how could she not hear it. It was screaming in the girls mind, and it was hard to ignore it no matter how much Lust tried to not invade.
Lowering her hand allowing Ariel to sink in what Lust had spoken of, she stepped back glancing over to Leo "I want you to protect Miss Yukio at all costs, this is now your only objective. If you don't, you will have Greed and I ready to send you six feet under. She is valuable to us, specially with this war, and I am trusting you Leo with her life" looking over to Hades who was having dark thoughts the entire time, she walked over to him sitting on his lap to at least distract the thoughts.
'If you did that I might have to gag you, tie you up and give you a nice beating for it... Leo is still young and what he has gone through, I don't blame him for being naive to fight me' speaking through Hades mind as she stared at Ariel and Leo "this war we have lost so much..." her eyes glanced over to Ariel changing the atmosphere to a less hostile one "do you know the history of the Sins, Miss. Yukio? not many do but I believe you might want to learn more about our origin before you make the decision of joining us. I offer because you by nature is unique."
She leaned into Hades bringing her arm around his shoulders, lightly stroking his hair as she got comfortable. The balcony door opened with a warm glass of blood floating in the air; another fun perk of having her abilities back. She was able to multitask once again.

gaia_nitemareleft Ariel narrowed her eyes at Lust. she was inside her head and she hated it. it was peeve of hers. she knew she didn't say anything out loud about feeding on demons. she watched as lust seemed to be focused on Leo. she watched as she pecked Leo's cheek. it made her skin crawl and itch. again, a sensation shes never felt before. its been centuries since shes felt this off and she didn't like it.
a smirk played around her lips as Lust was now looking into her eyes and touching her cheek. -ill have you aware, i am the last one to be "used". im the one to usually pull stings and do what i want in my own way.- she hissed in a snappy manner. her eyes glowed with irritation and firm anger but she kept her smirk. a small wrinkle appeared on her nose as she continued to glare. -and stay out of my head. - she growled -i don't need any protection. i am a pure blood vampire and a Yukio at that. you'd be mistaken to underestimate me Lust- she shrugged at the offer of a history lesson. she honestly could care less. at the very least, it could give her an idea as to what they're weakness is. its always good to her to have knowledge on possible enemies... any everyone was a possible enemy. gaia_nitemareright

Eve didn't even bother trying to figure out how Greed had beat her outside. Living with the Sins had made her use to such strangeness. She did, however, smile when he kindly told her not to run off and be alone "Careful now there Greed. You're kind of sounding like Lust. But instead of sounding annoyed or tired she sounded happy. With her smile still in place, she walked up to Greed and just hugged him, wrapping her arms around him and breathing in his scent. Taking in every detail, memorizing it all before she died. Greed out of all the sins was the one she cared about the most. And he would be the one she would miss the most. I would love some company, if its you she added softly still holding onto him.

Quest: Oh To Be Sloth

Pride continued to wander around aimlessly, lost in thoughts of the past. Being near some of the other sins brought on the memories that he had spent so long repressing. He felt guilty keeping secrets from the other sins but, it was something that he thought the others would never accept. After all, his secret was that he had fallen deeply in love with an angel long ago. A part of him wished he had never been so secretive with the other sins and perhaps, with their help, he could have saved her when the angels found them and killed her before his very eyes. Outnumbered, he was lucky to have made it out alive but, most of the time he felt like it was a terrible curse rather then a gift.
He had thought about confiding in Lust, as she was the most likely to empathize with his situation but, she was already too preoccupied. Most of the others would take a great deal of convincing. He could continue to be drug down by his past mistakes. He had to remain focused on keeping the other sins safe until they could actually fight back in force. Had it not been for the angels and their storm, he and Lust would have brought Wrath back with them. He did not like the idea of her being out there all on her own while being stuck in the form of a child.
In order to get is mind away from thoughts of the past he decided to focus on finding Wrath again so that he and the others could look after her until she had her powers back. With things settling down after the storm, he felt safe enough to be out in the open and decided to go through the park to reach the last place he saw Wrath.

Smiling at the vampire she nodded her head "I shall try to stay out of your head... But I cannot control your thoughts. Unfortunately that is the downside of my abilities. I hear everyone's thoughts, as well as their truest desires..." Lust brought her one hand, softly touching Hades cheek while she continued to talk to Ariel "what I mean by the word 'used' is joining our forces... Not as a slave or any other kind... and for you to be pure blood, all the more reason for Leo to protect you" she explained "I'm not saying you aren't strong or not powerful... but going against a Virtue is nearly impossible with the power they possess... Just one can destroy a city as well as twenty of your kind. They fear nothing, nor care for others lives, even their own kin. And now Virtues lately are showing their faces..." looking at Ariel, the sin warned her "they aren't to be messed with Miss Yukio, they are too powerful even for dear Leo, but at least the two of you can at least weaken and defend each other from one if there is a need be. "
Lust took a breath before continuing "that is why the Sins were created; to counter their power. It is what God gave us as a gift. Not even Lucifer can fight them believe it or not, that is why he had me as his little pet...To protect him" looking down to her pocket bringing out a small device reading something "for a fallen arch angel, Lucifer had lost his mind in the end" she grinned to her remark before looking back up to Ariel.
A dark cloud began to manifest beneath the throne that Hades had created raising upwards "well miss Yukio, I do insist that we do join forces for the battle to come" her voice was genuine as she trailed her hand down Hades chin "I will be around. Watching over" she points to her head "the curse of a telepathic" smiling softly as the cloud grew larger enveloping Hades and Lust. Orange eyes illuminated within the glow as smokey wings manifested lifting the large cloud into the sky "until we meet again Miss. Yukio" as soon as the words were spoken the black cloud moved in the dark sky, disappearing from view.

gaia_nitemareleft Ariel crossed her arms defiantly. the responsible side of her was understanding how helpful these people could be to her. if she was going to take revenge on her kingdom, she would need all the support she could get. still, her pride didnt like to allow others to help, nor did she like helping others. to her it felt like a sign of weakness. and if these "powerful sins" were so weary of these virtues, why not join the stronger side.... she closed her eyes, pinching the bridge of her nose. her mind was running around with so much. it was starting to give her a head ach. not to mention she still hasn't eaten. he body was sure to let her know with the throbbing fangs and the burning fire that light up her whole body. it felt like pieces of glass was running through her veins. not the most pleasant felling. feeling a little dizzy from the lack of blood, she stumbled a bit. fainting mid fall, she wasn't able to catch herself as she fell through one of Hade's cracks in the floor. A patrol opened infront of Eve's apartment, as it looked like a thunderstorm within Alex stepped out of it holding Alexandra hand helping her step out as it closed behind her when she stepped out as he looked at her."We are back...So I guess you have to be getting going now."He says to her abit sad she must go seeing as they just as they got back together but he wouldn't force her to stay. Knowing she had work to do.
