 Sascha kept low to the ground as he tried to force his eyes to adjust to the darkness. No dice. At the very least he was getting a better ear for people running around. According to the pitter-patter of child-sized feet, there would be someone in his range riiiight abooouuut. "EAT IT!"HP: 12/15 KitsuneAura Decked for 2 points. A loud smack hit her square in the side of the head, curses streaming from her mouth in pain as the troll quickly grabbed her head and groaned. Oh, no, that was so not fair!! She bounced her ball, once, twice, three times before inspecting the area-- The figure that was running now, that must've been The One. She huffed, then threw her ball at the troll, hearing a loud thwack and feeling a ball roll back to her. Oh, how convenient!!

The room felt like it was flipping even though Masoal's eyes were closed. Scrumbling to all fours, he ran, trying to find solace while his mind righted itself again. Just give him a moment and he'd be back to 100% for sure.

Aaaand for as great of a shot as that was, Sascha was sans ball once again. There was probably some metaphor at play about life and acting on violent impulses or something. He needed to find another ball it hit someone with. HP: 12/15

Suddenly a voice rang out through the darkness and, just a suddenly, two balls slammed into Lorata as she ran. She never stood a chance, really, and she went down hard. For a minute she just laid there, vaguely certain that she could see stars, and then one very important fact solidified in her mind. She recognized that voice. Maybe it was fate that when she reached out there was a ball there, waiting for her to pick it up.
Slowly and calmly, she stood.

She thought she had luck. As she walked, however, it seemed she slipped on something-- And down, down she went. On her nose. Austri hissed. Damn it, now where was her ball?!!

For as against this game as he'd originally been (he'd been lost and confused, after all), Masoal found himself immediately grabbing at a stray ball when his head stopped spinning. There was too much competitive fire in his veins to give up and let other trolls bean him with balls without retribution. He would take them all down. In that instant, he was steeled, and he let out a loud growl to display his dominance.

Sascha was running across the field when he heard someone come up behind him. Having learned quickly throughout this event, he threw himself down onto the ground. He rolled back up onto his knees, only to find a spare ball next to his landing zone. Damn he was cool. Too bad literally no one saw that. HP: 12/15

Unfortunately her revenge was going to have to wait a little. She barely taken a step when, suddenly, she tripped over the other ball that had hit her. She kept from falling, just barely, and by some miracle managed to hang on to her own weapon, but gog, how embarrassing. Heroes weren't supposed to trip on their way to crushing their enemies.

Sascha was poised and ready with his ball. With all the difficulty he'd been having trying to find ammo in the first place, he wasn't about to waste it. s**t, was someone's lusus in here?! Sascha could have sworn he'd heard some sort of animalistic growl and impulsively chucked his ball at it. So much for that. Hopefully it wasn't a real lusus. Those things didn't fight fair. HP: 12/15 saedusk 1 damage. I'd feel bad about hitting Lorata again this soon.

With his newfound competitive spark guiding him, Masoal pretended he was in the trees. It wasn't exactly easy, he wasn't the most imaginative of trolls, but if he closed his eyes and felt the 'wind' and curled his toes as if he were gripping the trees, it helped him keep the focus that anger had wrenched from him earlier.
It even helped him keep going when another ball collided with his face.
With another practiced war cry, he lunged at the direction he'd been hit from. See if they liked his strength! He wasn't a small, helpless child!!

Also my Lusus gave me full permission to participate and will not attempt to maim Sarcel Cincil if and/or when I get sent to the first aid tent. Papion had been guiding her away from this booth for the first few nights, but managing a quick persuasion tactic-- AKA, the kitty-cat eyes, she managed to get the chance to play, one night, in the booth. Koko grinned widely. Even though she was thrown in a random place, completely black, she was gonna do this.

HP: 10/15 Lorata jumped at the sound of a war cry, turning and throwing her ball full force in that direction. She had no idea if Sascha was over there, but something clearly was and she wanted nothing to do with the possibility of it coming at her.

Sascha immediately ran in the opposite direction of the growling he'd just smacked with a medicine ball. Chances were, troll or otherwise, that wasn't a good thing to be sticking around. ...He was a little tempted to go back for the ball, though. HP: 12/15

A loud, recognizable giggle bubbled from her mouth, and for a moment, Kolako was just aiming-- And then, threw the ball at some random troll as hard as she can!!
