Time to get to work. Each ingredient was set down with tender love and care. However, before anything was started she reached into a heavy pouch at her hip and pulled out a thick scarf, one that seemed to be made of sturdier stuff than her usual scarves and veils. Her veils were adjusted, the sheer white one pulled down over her eyes before she wrapped the thick scarf around her face to cover her nose and mouth. The scarf was expertly tied behind her head and given a test tug to make sure it stayed in place. Good. Perfect.
This would take some time.

Instead of touching it, Mmur put his hands around the outside of the glass container his mixture sat in. This time, as he pushed FEAR into it, he swore it began to change. He was caught off guard, pulling his hands away before the change could stick.

Nothing would disturb her. Once Na'ima was in work mode she wouldn't stop until she was finished. Her eyes narrowed as she checked the blood-covered pelt, holding it up and scraping the dried blood off it and onto the spore.

He knew he should be going easier on this stuff, but for some reason he couldn't stop the FEAR.

Hm, no. Dried blood wouldn't do the trick. She needed fresh blood. One of the vials of blood was picked up then and opened. She dipped the tip of her finger into it to get a dab of blood on the pad of her finger, rubbing the blood between it and her thumb with a thoughtful hum. It would do.
Just one..two...three careful drops. Just a taste.

It was only after he felt a bit of minor exhaustion creeping up on him that things started to make sense. He was meant to be introducing his mixture gradually, imbuing it with FEAR carefully, and... there. He had done it.
His minor plague went from a bright pink to a mucousy green, and Mmur grinned at the container as if it was a foal taking its first steps.

Diseases and plagues, airborne ones especially, were Na'ima's specialty. It was her life's work, her entire career as a Sage and it would continue to be her passion. As the Elder approached she smirked behind the cover of her scarf, leaning back away from it and pushing the spores aside. "Done. I will continue to make more."

Perhaps, with some focus, Ollie could make this happen -- but the second Nergui was there, his focus was completely shot. The intense expression on his face melted to wide eyes and a tip of his head back a he let several drops of mixture fall on the spore -- and, there, fizzle dully before fading to nothing. He barely noticed. "Everyone is here!" It came with a bright kind of enthusiasm, a quick jerk of his shoulders in a shrug. He smiled. "It's nice."

Nergui's words were at least slightly reassuring, and Wrath relaxed, and began to move along after the Priestess. He was still being careful, taking slower steps than usual, but only about two of those steps were taken when a familiar guardian sidled up beside him and made his little statement. Wrath stopped, and stiffened. It was as if it were only at that moment that he realized who else was the parent of this foal. While he held a lot of respect for Nergui, especially after their spar and the tasks they had taken together where she had proved her battle worth, Soren was a another kettle of seahorse all together. They'd known each other for decades, and Wrath held him in very high regard. "Ah, yes. I will be very careful, then." He nodded, and then gave the guardian a very large grin. "I never thought I'd see the day. Soren, a father. How does it feel?" ramenli clearly I'm not going to do the rolling thing but I'll totally hang out and babysit if you guys want to
