Scaredy-cat would be too tame a word for this poor girl. Sent here by her clan in the hopes that interaction with others would cause her to open up more, Louisa knows what is expected of her but despairs at ever reaching it. Despite being one of the biggest and strongest of nightmare species, she finds reasons to be scared of almost anything, no matter how unreasonable it may be. She is rather clumsy and injures herself a lot, which instills a fear in her that she could just as easily hurt anyone she befriends, and though she craves companionship, she forces herself to stay away from others as much as possible.

She is often found in her 'room', a rather depressing and tumble-down attic nook reachable only by ladder, where she takes her meals and tries to study as much as possible to minimize her class attendance. She talks to herself quite often, and many a student has paused in the hallway below, thinking that they were hearing voices coming out of the walls.

Not really one for luxuries, Louisa tries to keep things simple and non-frightening, with no large bulky furniture to cast shadows or any other things she can't readily identify. She spends most of her time in the dark, but has become quite adept at letting out just enough of a puff to light reading candles. She has a few knick-knacks picked up from her most frightening excursions to the world below the ladder, but nothing much else in the way of personal effects.

Bumps in the Attic- Louisa meets Aiday and comes out of her shell a tiny bit, enough to show her a prime spot for stargazing and practicing her flying.

Aiday- She's a very nice dryad that I met when she was looking for someplace to look at the stars through her telescope thingy, which is very hard and probably has sharp bits somewhere. She doesn't seem to mind that I'm not in my right state of mind and I wouldn't mind hanging out with her again......hopefully I don't end up chasing her away or hurting her.....
