Kira popped her head back up at Folly when she addressed her. For a moment, she felt out of the moment. It felt as though her body remained in place while her mind went elsewhere. She blinked a few times, then nodded her head. Her hands were relaxed and the tension left her body, as her shoulders dropped as well."Y-yes, I am alright. I've been careless with my emotions lately. I forgot how dangerous they could be...I was never known to be an angry being, you know, before all of thisstarted..." At the word this, Kira motioned her hand around her head, drawing attention to her demonic features."I am told there was an incident where I grew angry, but I blacked out after it happened. I'm not sure what happened then, all I know is that I woke up hours after heading to a scheduled soul collection..."
Kira let out a sigh, and looked up at Folly, trying to smile."I'm fine, really. It will all be okay, my friend."

Ａｓｍｏｄｅｕｓ Ｆｏｌｌｙ ---Councelor--- Kira....  Folly gave a soft but weak smile, letting out a small sigh with it, " This isn't all there is to you, you are beautiful, both inside, and out, and with the power you have, containing it can be difficult at times I'd imagine, but with so much pent up, it's bound to seep out some at times, it can't be avoided...." She stated gently but then giving a slightly side smiled smirk tilting her head some, " Very well... but I can help in more ways than accompaniment and words, if you ever should feel you want the help, I'm always here." She said reassuringly then bringing Kira's hand in her own to her chin in an almost hug like manor while looking up at Kira.

Kira looked up at Folly and nodded her head, looking at Folly. She hated asking for help, but perhaps she would overcome that in the future. She probably wouldn't have much of a choice in the matter anyway."Controlling my power is something I know I will learn...I'm sure of it. After all, I won't have a choice in the matter."She smiled a bit. But then her face grew serious. She took Folly's hands and looked her directly in the eyes."But I need you to listen to me. Should something happen to me. Should I lose myself completely. If your life is endangered because of what I may become, you will not hesitate to put me down."She took a deep breath, but continued to keep eye contact."To ensure I cause no harm, you must submerge me in water. Out of all the things I'm capable of, swimming is not one of them. I can't transport through water either, so even if you lock me inside a box at the bottom of the ocean there is nothing I can do."Kira's grip on her friend's hands grew tighter."I would rather spend my days lost at sea then hurt you. Promise me."

Ａｓｍｏｄｅｕｓ Ｆｏｌｌｙ ---Councelor--- Kira.... Folly kept her soft smile until Kira's faded. Folly's expression the same as Kira's now. Listening as Kira gave her request. Folly closed her eyes for a second, opening them with slight tears around the edges. Looking at Kira, still holding her hands, " Kira, Dear... you say this as though this hasn't occurred before. And what was it that I did for you then?... Kira, I would rather die one hundred times over, and live in eternal pain and battle with you, than to see you pass at my own hands. ... what you ask of me, I cannot do. But if it did come to that, I would retreat to the deepest recesses I could conjure, and bring you along with me. You may be killing me repeatedly, but I would still be with you, I could never bring myself to harm you." Folly stated, looking at Kira now, still surprised somewhat by what Kira had even requested of her.

Kira sighed as she listened to what Folly had to say. While the request seemed odd and rather unnecessary, she still felt obligated to speak of it. She understood how her friend felt, and while she wanted to protest such emotion, she had no choice but to go along with it.
Kira nodded, and patted her friend on the head."If this is how you feel, then I cannot force you to change your mind. But, should the situation grow dire, you know how to prevent me from causing further damage. I would still keep it in mind, if I were you, however."She smiled, and relaxed her shoulders. The subject was beginning to make Kira nervous, and so she sought to direct the conversation elsewhere."You'll have to forgive me for bringing up such a serious topic of conversation like this. I didn't mean to upset you, truly. With all that's happened, I felt I should confide in you what weakens me...."She shook her head, trying once again to redirect conversation."But, let us not talk more of such dark matters. The hour is young and doesn't need to be bothered with such a conversation."She smiled again, trying to make Folly feel a little better.

Ａｓｍｏｄｅｕｓ Ｆｏｌｌｙ ---Councelor--- Kira.... Wiping one tear with her hand and smiling as Kira pat her head. Inside, she was ecstatic of this, but she couldn't show it. Looking at Kira, crooking her mouth some, nodding just slightly in agreeance with Kira. Kira wasn't wrong and Folly knew it, but she truly did not wish to have to plan on the matter. Having gone through it once already, as Kira's hands... actually having Felt her death, something she hadn't felt for many many years, truly scared her of the thought. But Kira's reassuring words, and change to a warmer topic, brought a small content smile to Folly's face. " Indeed... we are still young, and life has graced us with many a year to plan and worry about this at later times. For now, what would you like?" She asked.

Kira smiled, glad that her friend was taking to the lightening mood. However, it was in that moment that Kira made a decision. She decided that if she felt like she would lose herself completely, she'd do it alone. She would not put her friend through the tough choice of how to handle the situation. She couldn't bear the thought of hurting her friend, nor fathom the idea of her friend hurting herself. She'd create a place in a dark realm for herself, should danger arise. But, these thoughts and plans would be conceived later. Right now, it was time to focus on the company of her friend.
Kira pondered for a moment, and let out a small laugh."Through my travels, I was always amazed at how the women throughout history kept up conversation. Granted, it was usually about gossip. The men usually spoke of politics and business. Nonetheless, there always seemed to be some topic of conversation."She thought for a moment longer. She smiled as she thought of something."So, how about this. Throughout all your time, what has been your favorite place to visit? I know the topic seems a bit bland, but I'm sure two long-existing creatures such as us must have some exciting adventure to tell."Kira smiled as she continued to lighten the mood.

Ａｓｍｏｄｅｕｓ Ｆｏｌｌｙ ---Councelor--- Kira.... Folly looked up with a finger to her cheek thinking. " Hmm.... you aren't wrong there in the fact of how many stories we have to tell... but my favorite place to visit? .....mmm" She thought to herself for a moment. Blinking once and with a smile looking to Kira, " Ah-hah yes, my favorite destination, although only having been there once in my time, and not under the best of circumstances, but Neuschwanstein Castle, in Germany. It was so beautiful and grand back then, and has still held up it's grandness over the years." She said rather happily thinking back to the experience.

Kira waited patiently for her friend to speak. She was sure that Folly had experienced a lot in her time, and that she would have collections of stories to tell. Kira was used to listening to others talk for long periods of time. She would often spend a great deal of time with the children she collected, which helped in their decisions to leave or stay in the physical world.
When Folly began to speak of the castle, Kira smiled and watched her in fascination. She thought about the location for a moment. She knew the name, but perhaps only saw the castle in passing."I believe I've been by there. I know I've seen it, but only for a moment. I remember it back when it was still occupied as more than just a tourist destination. It's amazing how people thrived in castles for so long, and now living in a large home constructed of wood and plastics is considered "living large"."She laughed lightly to herself."I mean, humans lived in palaces and grand architectural masterpieces. Now, they've resided to cheaply constructed homes that so easily burn. The art that they used to hang in such castles and palaces were almost greater than the buildings themselves."Kira leaned back in her chair and crossed her arms, shaking her head."Mortals just cannot appreciate art anymore. Even someone such as myself who possesses and who has witnessed great magic and supernatural phenomenon has an appreciation for the arts."

Ａｓｍｏｄｅｕｓ Ｆｏｌｌｙ ---Councelor--- Kira.... Folly smiled warmly, happy to see Kira light up as well. " You are beyond correct in that respect, the buildings and architecture, the art, was so grand and representing as compared to now. People, humans, far too many don't under stand the class and beauty to art and the appreciation of it... actually speaking of, I was once in an art piece. Familiar with the name Philip Reinagle? An English artist and statesman who painted in the late seventeen hundreds, if you ever see it, three children dressing up*, however, at the time, he didn't know of my age and what I was... later on he did infact find out, but, under more.... well, different matters." She said smirking some in recollection. Looking back to Kira, " Oh, why are there no great artists today, they claim these musicians, if you can call them that, are artists, and trying to convince everyone that they are a unique artist. Art used to be art back in my-- oh my, listen to me, about to say my days, like an old woman." She said with a hand over her mouth giggling some. Painting in reference.*

Kira enjoyed their conversation. It was nice to have a real adult conversation once in a while. Not one full of disparity and darkness, like she was often used to with beings her age. No, this conversation made her feel normal. It made her feel like the women she'd see before taking their children away, or like the friends who gathered on Friday nights at parties or events. It helped as well that Folly had seen many of the same things as Kira. If she tried talking about old paintings or architecture with someone who hadn't been there, the conversation would be full of theories and secondhand information."Oh, you were? That's wonderful! Being immortalized through true art is one thing I do envy of you. The name is one I'm sure I've heard. I believe I have seen the work you are featured in. I am not sure exactly where, but I remember the children. No wonder the painting had a feeling of familiarity to it!"She chuckled a bit. The painting has struck her as odd, since one of the children resembled someone who Kira was never able to really figure out. She hadn't seen the painting in some time, after all."I believe there are great artists out there, but I think they are not given the freedom to create such beautiful art. There are so many 'modern' and 'contemporary' constraints on art nowadays, no wonder the arts are declining! For something which requires great emotion, it's such a pity that people are not able to express such emotions."She shook her head and smiled."I enjoy speaking with you like this, Folly. It's an honest conversation, and it feels nice to be able to talk to someone about such things without having to explain context. Since we were both there, after all."

Ａｓｍｏｄｅｕｓ Ｆｏｌｌｙ ---Councelor--- Kira.... " My clothing style hasn't changed much over the years I must admit hehe." She giggled in response. Then nodding to Kira's statement. But then looking to her, with a slight head tilt," You are right in that respect, and yes, it is nice to talk like this with someone who is alike... although..." She said with a quizzing face. Leaning in some. " I can't help but wonder now what events and places you've been and when, and as to whether we both may have been there... I feel like there's more than these recent experiences here that we've shared." She said looking to Kira with a smiling quiz face.

Kira paused for a moment to ponder. She had visited so many places in such short moments that it was always hard to keep track of where she had been. The question did interest her. Perhaps it would be something worth investigating."As you may be aware, I never really had the chance to stay more than a few moments in one place. The only place I've been in for any considerable amount of time was the academy...."
Kira stopped for a moment to think."Fate is a funny thing, is it not? I was sent to collect your soul. Then you turn up in a coffeehouse one morning, followed by my meeting you at the academy the next. And you were there when I transformed. I do not doubt that we crossed paths before, but you have to understand something. If I had any indication that you were nearby, I would have disappeared. Your face was one I couldn't bare for such a long time."Kira tried to smile, but her past feelings were hard to forget. She never hated Folly, not once, but for so long the girl reminded her of failure. But now that she had already succumbed to darkness, things were different."There were many wars and battles that I have seen from the shadows. Children are often killed in the crossfire, so that's where I come in. I'm sure we've witnessed the same deaths...for different reasons, of course."Kira looked at Folly, then thought of something fairly amusing."We make quite the pair, don't we? I take the souls, you clear the bodies. At this rate, cemeteries will be a thing of the past when there's no longer bodies to lay to rest or souls to send off."She smiled, grinning with her razor sharp teeth.

 Ａｓｍｏｄｅｕｓ Ｆｏｌｌｙ ---Councelor--- Kira, silly~ " Indeed." She nodded in response and then continued her nod softly with a small smile and her eyes closed as Kira spoke. However, looking to Kira again keeping her smile, listening still. " Of coarse." Thinking for a moment with a pondering smile looking up then back to Kira, " We do don't we... although, the occasional soul we deem isn't fit to rest, ... there wouldn't be a chance I could have just a few~ right?~" She nudged Kira some smiling, her eyes going razor sharp and her fangs showing. " Oh, we truly are something different aren't we." She said laughing some. Looking back up to Kira.
