"You and I yes. The Kid no." Verric did not want to evne iamge Cole getting drunk. With how he was 'sober' the drunk thaught was a tad unsettling. "But you and I can drink till the sun falls fromt he sky."
'Hell I'll keep running and none of you will see me again.' She thaught without thinking. Than again Leliana would probably be able to track her down, but only if Ylva had reservations about being caught that is. "Well I hink I've taken up enough of your time I'll let you get back to it."

-at the Fallow mire-
"Well this place is very.....wet" Bull said after Ylva got the breff from Hearding. They knew whare there solgers were and She seemed determed to get them. Or more from what Bull could tell determed to get out of Skyhold for a bit. Despite everyones protests no one really stopped her. Ofcoese he was there to make sure another mounten dosent fall on her or who knows what esle. Cassandra was there to, more than likely to make sure Ylva acctuly tryed to come back to Skyhold. Solas for mage reasions he guess and Verric because well chances are Ylva asked him to come. "Well lets go get our boys"

The swamp was eerie and dark. It rained or drizzled nonstop te lightneing made everything look more sinister than it already did.She couldnt' stop the chll that was seeping into her nor the shuddering everytime she heard loud thunder. She could handel thunder and lightening in small dooses but this was a bit much. Storms were commong when traveling int he clan but she never liked the huge storms with the sky scremaign at you. Her hair stuck to her face while the rain made it hard to see at times, and this territory was more treacherous with the undead lurking ever presently. They were at a base camp further in an looking over a scouting map givne to them trying to get an idea of where ot go next. She sniffled every few seconds, which made her face go red when someone looked at her. "Been here not evne a day and I'm freezing to the core." she muttered once the map showing was done. Her bones and toes were frozen as were her fingers. She kept a small little fire btween her fingers to keep them warm, but noting the looks the soldiers gave her she quickly extinguished it.

It wasent jest Ylva, everyone was cold and damp, IT wasent easy to work when you were frozen to the core, or atleast felt like it. "The sooner we find the solders the sooner we will be able to leave" Cassabdra said. It was heard to move when your Armer was constely getting wet.Not to mention even she didnt exactly like the undead that was around there. "look this rought seems the dryest. Or atlest it dosent make us truge threw the swamp." she said looking over the map as well. "beat undead, get the solders alive and get out and dry off sounds good to me" Bull would not go agest an idea like that, that sounded very good to him.

Even the dryiest route was muddy and slow. their boots got stuck in the mud, fortuantly no one lost any of them. Eventually they found what hsoul hav ebene a path but ti was swallowed entirely by the swamp with no clear way around. "Great." The water was black and freezing to look at, she had slipepe din at one point and knew it wa evne colder. The dock had broken and fallen in at one point and the wood lazily floated barley attatched the main body now. She didn't need someone to tell her it got deepr the further in you got which meant her Solas and Verric would be in trouble first, Bull could probably wlak across ith no issue. Unless the Undead weren't counted as an issue. "So any one want an idea cause we aren't playing toss the dwarf." Verric asked fallowing ylva's train of thauht. Water was all in fornt of them and there was no toher way. Whci menat they were going to be wading in water and stirring up corpses and haivn gto fight in waste deep or high water.

"Well if theres no way around it you go threw it" Bull Said grabbing hold of his massive battle ax readdy for hords of undead to come at him. "unless Solas has any fade friends that are willing to fly us across were fighting" "Spirits unforchently can not preform such a feat" Solas said. Well some could, but none around there, Likewise he readyed his staff and gathered his mana to set up protections from the undead. They were going to needed. Bull grunted and mubbled somethough about dumnb spirits before setting foot in the water and waking the undead that were there.

The wading across was tense and cold. They could hear the shuttle shifting of the water around them and the occaisoanl ripple of something pearing out, moving forward. The dampness was consuming and oppressive as the got to the half way mark. Ylva and Solas were up past their sotmaches while Verric had to give up aiming his crossbow and had to hold onto Iron Bull so he could keep up. "Hey Tiny you sure your fine carrying the Dwarf?" Verric asked Bull while consntlaty looking behind his shoulder. "Sure you wouldn't rather have our dear lady elf?" he snickered so only the tow of them could hear. Ylva was conviced she could feel something brushing against her leg, telling herself again and again ti was a root. Though it felt far to much like a hand.

"would you rather i let you swim" Bull said joking. He really didnt mind considering Verric would be up to his neck in water by now if he wasent. "Though Ylva would give a much better vew" That being true, and he had offered, After all carrying both of them wouldent be any trouble at all. ' for the love of me ill smell like the dead for weeks if we stay in this water much longer' Solas thought feeling the mud on the bottel try to seep into his boots every time he stepped. "Here i thought you would like having an archer as skilled as Verric on your shoulder Bull." he said trying to ignore what felt like a hand on his leg, cover it with dry humer he told himself. "htting them from far while you charge in. seems like a stragety that would fit" Bull smirk "allready tryed talling Cullen into letting that happen" Really that would have been great but the idea was shot down.

Ylva suddnely let out a squeak which had everyone turn immedaldyt ot her. "Sorry just felt like .. something grabed my .. you know..." She said her face red with enbarssment for squeaking and now being eyed. "I fyou were a women you'd understand!" she hissed through a glare. "Come on Girlies hop on Tinys other shoulder he wont mind." Verrick reassured her sense he could tell she was beyond enbarassed. "I'm fine I just didn't think the undead were perverts." She muttered the last part while tyring ot not fail in the water, the ripples from far away were slowly getting more preseistent. "Besides I'd rather not draw more attention." "Your the one that squeaked." "Shut it!" Of course the secnd she took a step forward she sank so far in her head disappeared she rearged second slater dripped and gasping. An elvish curse was strained through her teeth while her breath came ou in white puffs. "Stil want a ride up here?" Verric asked. "...."

Bull didnt really need anything other than that. he picked up Ylva and placed her on his free shoulder. "Jest hold onto my horn boss " he told her, she shouldent fall off atleast not unteil they got to the other side. "Anyone else think this didnt look as far from the shore" he asked since it really didnt look all that bad when they were on the dry shore. He was going to be glad when this is all overwith. Solas was ready to dive under the water when Ylva went under, She came up though so he didnt need to get even more soked than he already was. He kept his staff infrount of himself using it to see ware its safe to step "Some how i think the undead will do worse if we do not get out of the water fast." and well it was jest grose being in it.

Bull had been albe to pick her up with one hand like she weighed nothing, in comparison to him she didn't. Sitting on his free shoulder with Verric on the other she held onto his horn for balance while keeping a firm hold on her staff. Apon reach the shore, finally, her and verric were let down and everyone shook wha water they could off. Ylva looked more sqrawny than normal dripping and soaked. The rippling was getting more aggressive and the distant slouching of water brekading could be heard, laong ith the groans. "I think we've over sayed our welcome here." Veric muttered as the group made off as quickly and quitly as possible. The swamp though seemed to have eyes everywhere.

Shaking any extra water off only seemed usless since the rain jest added more water to replace it. "I saguest we get a move on, before the undead get here " Solas would rather not have to fight the undead at the moment, They have been all the way there and what engergy they had they should save for resquing the solders. "Dont have to tell me twice" Bull did not like undead things, Though killing them did help but he still didnt like it, He knew enough to know if there are those things then demons could get threw to and he really didnt like demons . "It should be jest up there right boss"

The search lead hem to an ancient fortress. Grumbling, decaying and looming ominously above them. A horde between them and the tnerance, running through had been hazardous and all them narrowly got in before beign besigied again by the Avaar inside. The battle witht he War Lord had been trying as he just kept coming, and his men were more than wllng to thorw themselves at the group without fear. A combination of ice, crossbow bolt, Bull's axe and a fire spell ended his life. The soldiers were alive, battered but alive. The last thing Ylva had expected was the SKy Watcher to swear himself to her, but he did. She could think of worse things ot happen than having a Avaar Wa Lord at her side. "So .. ready to head back now?" kva asked as they were all soaked, tire eand bloody.

-back at skyhold-
Bull had to admet being dry and out of that bog was good, even though the fight with the Avaar was a good one. having a roof over his head and a drink in his hand was well erned in his mind. Though he could only wonder how Ylva was doing right now. Josphine Lilianna and Cullen seemed eger to talk to her about something when they got back. He found out soon enough when everyone ended up gathered in the courtyard and well they finaly ended up getting a leader. Cassandra knew that this was a risk but when she thought about it, really there was no one else that could do this. Ylva has made desictions that she may not always agree with but they have proven useful, hence the agreement was made to name Ylva Inquistior. she offered her the sword to take to make it officel, it was all jest for show this part "so anything to say"

No elf had ever had this level of authority, nor any mage for that matter. She was standing in fornt of everyone and they wer watching her. Expecting, judging, opting everything and it was to much. Yet . she stood her ground. The sword was heavy, beautiful and powerufll all at once. Just what an Inquisitor was supposed to be. She took the sword hesitantly and her mind coudnt think of anything to say. What did one say in such a situation? She sure didn't know. than again the truth straight an honest and brutal, that would work and suffice for now. "I'm a Dalish elf and a mage. I cam eot this land save only to watch and see what the actions of humans would bring about for my clan and people. The events have shown me shown everyone that our enemy, our true enemy doenst care who we are. Race, origoan mage or nto none of it matters to him. As your Inquisitor I swear to you know that vengeance and justice will be gien! Corihysis will pay for HAven he will pay for the Divin's murder and he will pay for making himself our enemy!" The cheer that arose was defeaning. "Have our people been told?" Cassandra shoted. "Yes and soon the world!" Joshpeine declared. "Commander will they fallow?" She directedot Cullen. "Inquisition will you fallow?" A cheer and a roar. "Will you fight?" A loud road. "Your leader. Your Herald. Your Inquisitor!"
