Pourquoi je ne veux pas le faire?  JJ felt a little better than Alex wasn't angry with him. that was the last thing he wanted. he smiled and nodded, taking two of the pills while Alex was watching. "I'll hold you to that promise," he said as Alex left. As much as he wanted to explore Alex's room, he elected against it. he'd earned the other's trust, he wasn't going to ruin it by being curious. JJ took off his shoes and socks and placed them next to the bed. he removed his button up shirt and folded that on top of his shoes. Against his better judgement, he lifted his undershirt to look at the bruise forming on the left side of stomach. His father boxed to keep in shape and it was showing. the bruise radiated up half of his side, painting a nasty picture of dark blues and purples. he wasn't looking forward to Alex's reaction. JJ finally lay down, slipping under the covers and lay on his right side. he closed his eyes and was asleep before he realized it. You have captured me.

Lilith and the twins taunted him for being downstairs when his boyfriend was in his bed upstairs. He of course ignored all of this but their creepier customers did not and they made many attempts to try and be in JJ's place. The twins took care of those creeps, putting their tai kwan do classes to use when they got to touchy with their little brother. "Alex what are you even doing down here?" Lilith asked for what seemed to be the hundredth as they changed in the back. Their shifts were over and now it was up to the twins to see to the last of the customers and close up the shop. "You could be getting some sweet, sweet loving right now and finally lose that V card of yours but you're down here. Working." JJ was woken by a soft whispering in his ear. he smiled and lifted himself up to kiss the woman hovering over him, "Morning," he wasn't fully awake yet. he didn't remember bringing a woman home. he hadn't done that for a while now, since he'd met Alex...JJ woke up fully to see Alex was the one hovering over him. "Good morning indeed. did you just call me master?" he lifted an eyebrow and pushed back a put to sit up, wincing slightly. laying in one position for so long had cause his side to stiffen up and moving hurt. "You want to play, then? pray tell, dearest. what games did you have in mind?" this intrigued him, Alex didn't seem the type to do this kind of thing, but JJ had been fooled before. "You are one of the shop's young masters so yes I did." He was being a little cheekier then he would normally be but he was in a good mood today so he didn't care. "How do I wanna play? He purred, laying his head on the other's chest while doing his best to stay off of his boyfriend's stomach. He was trying to cheer JJ up, and it seemed to be working since he had definitely gotten his attention. "I want to do what Master wants. Well play your game." JJ grinned, his head was filling with all sorts of 'games' they could play, but that was for later. when they had moved forward with their relationship and were able to do a little bit of roleplay. JJ lifted Alex's hand and kissed his wrist, right where he could feel Alex's pulse under his lips. "as adorable as you are like this, we're not there yet. I won't take advantage of you until you feel safe and secure with me in the bedroom as well as outside of it. So, for now, I'd like the real Alex back. not just the one you show your costumers." he leaned down and kissed Alex on the lips, a soft brush of the lips, "i'll take that, instead." he hoped he wouldn't offend alex by rejecting his advances. he just wanted to be with Alex the boy, not Alex the maid right now. "You passed the test. You were able to resist mega Alex as Lilith calls it. You now win an intense cuddle session and ice cream after dinner." He cooed curling up next to his boyfriend instead of hovering over him. He was perfectly content to just lay there with the other instead of having to worry that JJ was going to take him to seriously... Though a part of him was a little disappointed but he just chalked that up to the aledged 'honeymoon' phase of the relationship that Nina described. He could quash that without a problem. Pourquoi je ne veux pas le faire? JJ laughed, "i had a feeling, that wasn't like you at all." he slipped his arm around Alex. glad that he was laying on his right instead of his left. "cuddles and ice cream, huh? sounds amazing." but, of course, Alex wanted more than that. he demanded to see the bruise and JJ braced himself. "Looks worse than it is," he said as he lifted his shirt to expose his side. "as for what happened-" it went against everything in him to speak so freely of his abuse after hiding it for so long. "i, well...father surprised me. if i'd seen it coming i would have been able to lessen the blow by moving back, but he was waiting for me at the door." JJ shrugged, "he was angry because more and more of our business partners are requesting to work with me directly and he's convinced i'm sleeping with them to 'gain their favor'. he's just a bigot. seriously, him hitting me doesn't happen that often anymore. most of the time it's just verbal. just my bad luck that those rare occurrences happened twice in a row when i was coming to see you right after." he said it quickly, worried if he slowed down, he'd loose his nerve and not finish. There was no way that it looked worse than it was. "Jarden Jensen I know that you are not defending that man. I mean look at that thing! It's huge! And, just because you brought in some buisness? And, how can he even accuse his child of sleeping with possible buisness partners? Who does he even think he is? He should be put in jail because not only is he abusing you as his son but also as his employee. What if he takes it to far one of these days? I'd rather be visiting you at your apartment not the hospital." He was fuming mad. There was nothing more he wanted to do than tear the man who hurt JJ to shreds. Maybe he would sick the twins on him. They could take him better than Alexis could. "Let my mother look at this when she comes back she used to be a Nurse before she met my father. I'll make her promise to keep quiet about it I just want someone to look it over and she might be able to tell you if you have any internal bleeding." He really didn't like the look of the bruise. He didn't like the fact that JJ had a bruise that big. He reached out and carefully ran his fingers over the darkened skin. "I'm not-" he sighed and rubbed his face, "i'm not defending him. just-if the board of directors find out my father's abusing me they'll look down on me. i'll be seen as a weak snot nosed child and lose what credibility i still have. that's all i've got going for me. if i keep working hard and gaining allies, then i can take over the damned company from under my father's feet and leave him with nothing! i just have to put up with it for a little bit longer and he'll be left to rot while i take his company to places he couldn't even dream of." JJ was a little surprised he'd told Alex of his plan considering he hadn't dare spoken of it before. Alex seemed to make him want to talk, really talk not just spout bullshit. He grimaced when Alex told him to have his mom look at it. "Is there anything i can bribe you with that will get me out of the medical exam later? even if you have your mom keep quite, you know your sisters are going to find out. or your cousin. as soon as they find out it's going to be a sh*t fest. can't i just bring you a doctor's note or something?" he let Alex touch his bruise, the light touch not hurting. an idea came to mind and he smiled, "i'll wear a maid outfit and work your next shift..." he wiggled his eyebrows, trying to convince Alex that it would be a fair trade, "i'll even shave my legs." JJ stood up and straightened his shirt he picked up his button up and put that on as well before holding his hand out to Alex. he held out his hand and bowed slightly at the waist, "Puis-je avoir votre main, mon amour?" (May I have your hand, my love?) He asked with a smile, giving away his knowledge of the French language. "I would be more than happy to cook and drink with you...though i worries me that Lilith has been listening in. just how much did you here, mother of all demons?" he asked, lifting an eyebrow as he walked out, certain that if she was able to hear the comment about drinking, she was able to hear him now. he walked with Alex to the kitchen and waited to be told what to do, still waiting for Lilith to reply as well. "I'm actually pretty good at cooking, so use me as you will."You have captured me.

He had no clue that his cousin was listening but he should of seen it coming. There was no such thing as privacy in this house. "Well lets hope you're good at making Cuq au vin. It's my dad's favorite and I'm bad at making chicken, like it's barely edible when I'm done with it." He admitted slyly only to scream when someone grabbed his shoulder. "Watch out, mother of demons on a mission to retrieve the wine glasses! Brandy or Burgundy?" The blonde asked as she dug through the cabinets. "Damn it Lilith! Can you not do that?" "You're right. We need both for the dish." Alexis sighed at his cousin's behavior as she set the glasses and the two bottles of wine on the counter before pouring three generous servings of the Burgundy. "You're just here to get hammered you witless t**t." He scowled while grabbing two of the glasses and handing one to JJ. "You're right. To bad you're the only one who will actually get there you disgraceful light weight." The two of them scowled at each other before bursting out into laughter. "Pk all of that aside you need to leave! You always eat all the mushrooms before I can use them." Lilith simply shrugged her shoulders before taking her glass of wine with he to the kitchen entrance. She did however stop at the doorway and turn her head towards JJ and said, "You should have Auntie look you over. Alexis sounded worried." nd then she was gone. Pourquoi je ne veux pas le faire? JJ opened the fridge and began to pull out the ingredient he knew they would need. "chicken's not that hard, you just have to cook it gently and braising it in a stew such as cuq au vin is ideal." he looked up when Lilith demanded wine and accepted his glass. he took a sip and went back to gathering ingredients. once he had everything, JJ looked around. "where are your knives and your cutting boards. I can be in charge of the chicken side of things if you really want." they had chicken that was already broken down so he didn't have to butcher it, which would save time. "what are we cooking this bad boy in?" he was actually getting excited to cook. it had been a while since he'd actually made a meal and he really did enjoy it. that and he was trying to ignore his side as well as Lilith's comment. so she had heard...damn. he just hoped she wouldn't say anything. "Patience. I need to make the bacon first so we can cook the chicken in the fat... I would use ham but Rosina and Chantel forgot to go grocery shopping yesterday. You did pull out all of the right ingrediants though so I'm proud of you for that." He leaned up to kiss JJ on the cheek before taking the package of bacon off of the counter and bringing it over to the sink where he set down his wine glass and opened the package over the drain, cringing when the oils and meet drippings poured over his hand. "Gross. Hey can you mince up the garlic please? I like throwing it in with the pork when I make this dish." He reached up to the cabinet above him with his clean hand and opened it up. The pot he was attempting to reach was just barely out of his reach and that annoyed him to no end. With a huff of annoyance he set the package in the sink, glad that his mother cleaned it everyday, and climbed up onto the edge of the sink to reach his prize. Only he had started to lose his balance on his little perch and had just barely grabbed onto the faucet in time to catch himself. "The pot, it mocks me." He glared at the pot befor e attempting to grab for it again. JJ got out what he needed to cut the garlic, "bacon tastes better than plain old ham anyways." he started cutting, his knife moving carefully, but swiftly. the garlic was minced just as he heard a small scuffle behind him. "Alex?" he asked as he turned to look. There was Alex on the counter, barely holding onto the faucet. "whoa! careful." he hurried over and lifted Alex down from the counter, "remind me to buy you a stool or something. for now, ask me to get the high up stuff? for my own sanity?" he pleaded as he got the pot down. "there, garlic is done. want me to start chopping the veggies while you work on the bacon?" he moved the pot to the stove and turned it on medium, "always good to have your mise en place ready to go."
