Apologies for my slowness; writer's block has decided to give me trouble with the middle of my post, though I have been meaning to ask something; what would be the opposing element of Time/Space? [assuming they have one, it can't be Space/Time since that would mean the universe was in a constant state of boom]

Space and Time are opposing elements, yes, but only in the way of battle magic, much as Light opposes Darkness and Nature opposes Poison. In natural order, things are more an ebb and flow.
