The ground started to rumble and shake as the sidewalk rose and crossed over to the other side of the road, creating a large dome. Seirou lifted up his hand and bolts of energy formed at his palm. The fire then shot out and began moving around the ceiling of the dome providing light for everyone. More bolts of fire began to shoot out from Seirou's palm after that and circle the dome from the outside and inside.
Statue's began coming out of the ground and then come alive into clay men. The men of clay then started to cover the dome and guard the outside from any trespassers. "The titans can have their tower, and the Alliance of Evil can have their dome." Seirou said aloud to himself.

Shadou, on the roof of a half-destroyed building, watches the dome as it gets covered with clay men. "What in the world are we going to do?" He asked himself. Shadou sat down, closed his eyes and started to think. The wind was growing strong and blew on his face. He suddenly opened his eyes as he hears dogs barking from down below. He looks down and sees two gang members with guns. "I never get anytime to think" He said as he leaped down and began chasing after them.

As Shadou gathered the attention of the gang members, Lynx leaped out of a dark alley and tackled both of his victims to the ground. With the dogs tearing at his chain mail on his arm, he got up and threw them aside bringing fear into their hearts and forcing them to run away. As the other two members of the gang start to get up, Lynx drew out his sheild, pushed his enemy's aside and knocked each one out with a rough blow at the face.
"That takes care of them." Lynx stated, fixing the chain armor on his wrist that had been tampered with. "I've noticed that the strange dome has captured your attention as well, am I right?" He asked towards Shadou.

Swift Wind came out of a dark alley to approach the two. "I think it brings attention to all of us." As he got closer he presented himself with his hero name, "The name is Swift Wind. For days now, I've been monitoring the darkest side of Jump City, noticing all the gangs fights that have been occring in this area. For some reason, they all have united and formed in that very dome which catches our attention. Rumors that have been spoken around this side of the city have said that within the dome is an invincible villain with the abilites to summon earth and fire. Which I can guess none of your powers, nor mine, are able to match up to." Swift Wind had been looking at Lynx in particular. "You seem to be new to these parts. Almost 2 days ago, a few gang members had mentioned an unbeatable shining light that took out 5/7's of their men. They described the light as the rising sun; as a sun rises over the land, it defeats all darkness that has been left over from the night, and as the shadow tries to hide away behind any object or man, it smites them from above like a sun caught in the afternoon." Then Swift Wind turned to Shadou. "No longer have people ventured through the dark alleys anymore because of your great ability to control shadow in darkness. All men who travel alone or in groups of five may enter through a dark alley but never exit. Although you are weak in the sun, not even a flashlight has the brightness to shine out your darkness. Even as people are on their own and not in valleys, they will sometimes find themeselves fighting against their own shadow." Swift Wind then looked down at his hands and continued, "I travel in a gust, and fight like a whirlwind. With the ability to teleport, vanish into thin air, and use a small sum of the elements earth, fire, wind, and water, I have the capablity to fight against my toughest opponents."

"You are correct on comparing me with the Rising Sun. Back when I use to lead large armies into battle, I'd fight exactly once the sun rises. As the sun reflects the light off of my armor it gives me the greater advatange to fight against my blinded enemies." Lynx looked at Swift Wind positivly and asked, "If our power isn't capable of matching up the the villain in the dome, how can we fight against him?"

He thought a little while and replied back to him, "We will need aid of the Teen Titans. They are the only people with the ability and determination to bring justice to all of Jump City's villains." Swit Wind's senses grew as he heard a numerous amount of gang members coming by. "We must negotiate somewhere else."
Swift Wind made several signals with his hands and the three of them vanished into thin air, then reappeared on top of titan's tower within the second. "The city is too dangerous for us to talk, this tower is the only place that serves just as much protection than "Minas Tirith"."

He looked at his surroundings. "What happens if we do fail, even with the Titans' help?" Shadou asked. he hears the voices of the numerous gang members causing a riot.

"United we stand, divided we fall... Although we may fail and not complete our tasks as one, it is better to die in honor with your friends." Swift Wind crouched to his knees and punched a large hole in the roof. He nodded his head in the direction to enter. "C'mon, we can all fit. Let's go." He jumped in and gave the signal for the rest to follow after him. As he began to walked away, a muffled voice spoke, "Their security is down due to the disaster. We won't get into any trouble."

Lynx followed in after him throwing all of his large equipment first. "This place is a mess, who's room is this? Do you know?"

Shadou jumped in right after Lynx. "Most of the rooms are probably all messed up" He said as he landed on his feet. Shadou began to follow Swift Wind.

Swift Wind looked back and laughed. "No, this is just Beast Boy's room. He never cleans up after himself. Hurry, let's go find the others." Swift insisted as he darted through the hall way. As he walked near a door he was blown down the hall by a powerful gust.
The door busted open and flew past Swift Wind. Breyze hovered out of the room and commanded, "Intruder! Tell me, who are you?!"

Lynx runs around the corner of the hallway to find Swift Wind laid out on the floor. "Hey man, are you alright?" he asked crouching down to Swift's body.

Swift Wind sat upright rubbing his head. "No worries, I just bumped my head." He slowly stood himself up, looking at hte person who threw the door at him. "It's me, Swift Wind."
Breyze levitated towards the ground and stepped towards Swift. "If you are who you say you are, stand up straight and firm so I could take a better look at you."
Swift did as he was ordered, waiting for Breyze to answer.
His eyes widened as he looked at him. "Brother..." Breyze rushed towards him and hugged him tightly. Then look at him awkwardly. "I see you've brought some friends too. You do know that we have a front door, right?"
Swift looked at him and shrugged his shoulders, "I thought it would be better if I made a suprise entrance."
He laughed, "You and your silly ideas." Breyze's face then went neutral. "Why have you come?"
"The city, it is even in much more danger then we have expected it to be. A new villain has risen. I fear that his presence is much more worse than the BROTHERHOOD OF EVIL," replied Swift.
Breyze walked behind him and patted him on the shoulder. "We don't have time to waste... I'll lead you to the computer room. From there, you can show me everything."

Shadou just stood there, watching everything that was going on with his eyes wide open. "Everything here happens so fast," he thought to himself. Shadou followed Breyze to the computer room.

Lynx looked behind him to find Shadou. "Walk faster, your getting left behind. I hardly even know this place." Lynx was in front of Shadou, with Swift and Breyze leading up front. After eery corner, Lynx would lose distance between the two fast walkers, and having to make sure that Shadou was behind him every step of the way made him lose even more distance.
Lynx finally panicked after turning at one turn, "Ahh! Where did they go? Where is the computer room?"
