August 29th, 2017: Lanzer TIME L0RD ShopsFish/packs in Phin Phang are being purchased for 1p when things should be 200p etc. I emailed but no response as of yet been a week. This can be exploited in the marketplace can someone follow this up as i have packs i want to use but dont want to be punished as i was only charged 1p eek Help dramallama thanks Got it, I'll check up on that. November 14th, 2017: Lanzer Twisted Lady EventsSomething that I've noticed during every Halloween/Christmas for the past few years, is that the shops on the very last page of that little store directory at the top don't show the icon for the candy/music note. It gets really confusing if you don't already know that those shops are missing the icons. Can someone look into this? Sure I'll keep an eye out for this Christmas

During events, the stores on the last page of the shop directory are required for caroling but the music note icon never shows up for them. This has been going on every single Halloween and Christmas for years, and whenever a new shop is added the one that gets bumped to the last page loses its icon in the next event. April 10th, 2018: Lanzer 2sammygate miscthere's a really scary visual glitch when buying fishing rods with platinum. logan's confirmation when upgrading a rod asks if you want to upgrade for like 10k platinum (the actual price in gold). can you fix this? it's scared many newbies off from buying a plus rod, and turning them off from fishing. Yikes. We'll get it fixed ASAP

Especially Paws. And maybe a centaur or other things. Like I can imagine Sam having a spunky little wolf sidekick helping her with repairs, idk. Really not looking forward to having to squish 93 Great Monarchs for white ink. I'll look into having an item counter for that.

May 8th, 2018: Lanzer bit390 Shops Hi, Do you have any plans to add more items to the store Prize&Joy?? (like a bundle) We're trying to figure out which flash games to revamp and convert to HTML 5, it might be a little while but we'll eventually update the casino games including Prize & Joy.

I'm pretty sure their prices are swapped. And when I buy an item, it gets added to my inventory but no GC or platinum is detracted from my account (I've tested both currencies). Some items are missing the animal item sign, and all items are 1 platinum on the display page. So far I've seen this with Barton Boutique, HR Wesley, and Durem Depot, and I'm guessing the other stores are the same. It's a shame bc the gold stores are where I go to find pretty detailed and themed items. Any plans on revamping the gold (platinum?) shops? The gold shop does deduct gold, but because the amount is so small, you won't see the difference when you've switched over to platinum. The only way to "fix" this would be to increase the price of all items to above the 10M gold mark. It's something that we should do down the road.
