Makani gets to work on the various tasks laid out before him. For the first thing he works on, the burn salve, he will go with making the A mixture of sweet goop and herbs.
For the second one, the anti toxin he will go with B though to him a rock is a rock, as such he is grinding the white rock at random.
Finally, for the revival salts, he will go with B, carefully grinding up the horn, mixes it with oil, and heats it up with some of his fire magic.

Nuawahn was very busy!
For the burn salve, he mixes goopy stuff with goopy stuff – the ickier the better, right? (B)
For the Antitoxin, he decides that black means that things get absorbed, so... (A)
For the Reviving Salts, he figures it's not actually salt, so he does the thing with the aldabuck horn (B)

For Round 8, he'll choose option A.
For round 9, he'll choose option A.
For round 10, he'll choose option A.

If you chose A
The goop creates a sweet smelling salve perfect for relieving burns! (+1 Potion)
If you chose B
The oils only cooks the flesh! Ouch! Used in the right circumstances, though, this poison can be flung into the eyes to burn and reduce an enemy to tears.
A. Use on the Beast (-Atk)
B. Put in in-meta Inventory.
Round 9 Results
If you chose A
The black rock is mysterious, but it works to diffuse the poison in the system. (+1 Potion)
If you chose B
The white rock only works to make the poison worse. When mixed with an existing poison, it creates a hyper virulent poison!
A. Use on the Beast (--HP)
B. Put in in-meta Inventory.
Round 10 Results
If you chose A
The white flower actually puts the patient into a coma!
A. Use on the Beast. (-Atk)
B. Put in in-meta Inventory.
If you chose B
Something in the horn is the secret ingredient to the Reviving Salts. (+1 Potion)
Round 11 Round 10: October 12, 10:00PM CST
Time to attempt a higher level healing potion.
A. Mashed Illo mixed with glowing seed pod from a fluorescent flower.
B. Powdered crystals sifted with mashed bark and heated until liquid.

Mella was surprised that she made something that could ever be used in such a manner and puts it in her bag so it doesn't cause any trouble (B for round 10)

Nuawahn, for fear that discovery of the bad goop will get him in trouble, chooses to throw it somewhere and hope that nobody sees it and punishes him or others... somewhere happens to, purely by chance, be the beast's pen.
(Option A for the Oil, on the Oban beast)
Other than that, things went okay, and he was even given a tiny bit of praise. Starved as he was for positivity and appreciation, he attempted the higher level potion.
Bark was full of good things, so he decided to use that, hoping that it wouldn't be bad...
