The painted feather face mask from the day before had been ... been... Nova though he could see the feathers ready to fluff up and flutter. The pretty ink demon had again given him just what he'd wanted. So the young Incubus happily bounced into the booth, then again he seemed to happily bounce everywhere, it was too bad most of the booths probably wouldn't hold up to him clinging to their tops and dropping in on creeple or he might have entered the booth from above. "Blue Roses." He announced. He took the free stool, "If you wouldn't mind."

Nova was once again to much... everything... that involved motion. One of the 'roses' sort of turned out looking like a flower, maybe, if one was to squint.

On top of that, black ink and blue paint had dripped onto the white stockings the boil was wearing. Quillan plucks another pet out of the ones in the booth and sits it in Nova's hands, they were the perfect distraction for the other who automatically cuddles the dark furred critter. "I could get spoiled if you keep giving me these prettys."

Bartholomew was beginning to notice that many of the others were festively dressed. Bartholomew was considering what he could do to further join the festivities when he noticed a face painting station. "That could work..." He muttered to himself and walked over to the booth.

Since there were no examples Bart wasn't too sure what to get, but, after a moment of consideration, he had decided. "A black or red king chess piece please-right here. He said, pointing to his right cheek. He then pulled a little black king chess piece from his pocket- hoping it might help the man.

Upon hearing the man's response and getting the ticket, Bart understood what probably happened. Rather horrified, he grabbed his chess piece and ran to go wash of the pain. So much for trying to be festive, at least he got a ticket.

I stepped into the booth and sat infront of the chair. "make me pretty" I had no idea what was going to happen. If it was absolutely horrid I could wash it off anyways.

Well this was just the worst booth ever. Gabby had only returned to satisfy his hoarding tendencies, despite how long it had taken him to wash off the paint last time.

Speaking of repeat performances, Arrakis hummed as he returned to the face-painting booth. His activity so far throughout the day--plus his couple naps--had had their effect on the last painting and it was all but completely gone. As such, when he got up to the painter, he already had a request in mind.

"A geometric pattern? Down like this?" he asked, gesturing from his forehead, down over this nose, to his chin. What "geometric" meant was up to the painter, honestly. And, when Quillan was done, Arrakis had to admit it'd at least turned out better than last time.

"I'd like black and red scarentine hearts." Nova asks Quillan to paint little hearts about his face. They all end up looking broken, but then that's how a lot of hearts end up on Scarentines Day, but it wasn't what he'd been looking for. And Quillan's again left streaks of ink and dots of red paint all over Nova's cloths, the Incubus must own a dozen of those white stockings, because these don't look like they had been previously covered in ink and paint. Though the red and black matched the rest of the boil's cloths, he might keep this pair and wear them as is. Quillan plucks another pet out of the ones in the booth and hands it to Nova, this one mostly white and yellow... and smudged a bit with ink...

"Another pretty from the pretty!" Nova says as he cuddles the minipet. "I'm not sure what I'm doing to win these, but thank you!"
