The booth was way out on the edge, but that just made the young ghost's excitement stand out even more in the quieter area of the carnival. "Hi! Come on over! Take a pamphlet!" Nova enjoyed scarelings, they we always full of energy. So he walked over to the booth. "How to be a hero." He read and took the offered pamphlet. A small coin falls out when he opens it. "Wow you really are lucky! Wanna try the strength meter, maybe you can be a hero!" SN: Demoonica

Now feeling lucky, Nova smiled at Wally. "Yeah, I'd love too!" He picks up the mallet and swings down. It hardly moves. Nova's wings droop and he looks embarrassed, just as much as Wally. "Heh *cough*... um I'm an Incubus... we aren't really much on strength." He pauses. "You know what, I'd like one of the Whale Plushies." He reaches into a bag-purse and pulls out the price in silver pumpkin seeds, he'd been saving his allowance all year hoping something like this carnival would happen. Wally happily handed him one of the plush.

Okay that was done, now to try to ring that bell at the top of the pole. He picked up the mallet and swung as hard as he could.
Instead of getting better he was getting weaker. Shiki slumped away in defeat.

Lurks read the pamphlet, and then realised, he didn't really know how to read very well, and spent his time admiring the pictures instead.

Lock had long since given up on playing this dumb stupid game (he was a weak weakling give him some slack).
However, Voodoo had not yet been given an attempt, and that was very unfair to her. She picked up the mallet within her teeth, and hurled it onto the platform. It immediately smacked against the bell, ringing loudly for everyone to hear.
Lock just stared at her.

It was there again.. the big hammer and the pole with the bell on top! Shiki gritted his teeth and forced himself forward to try it again. Inside he wanted to run but that was not what he was going to do.

Shiiiiii.... tink...
Nope it didn't make it up, it did get part way though, just not good enough. To console himself Shiki grabbed another leaflet from the booth, his Foxfires had been sitting on it anyway and it wasn't really legible anymore.

The first thing Uru did as he approached the hammer booth, he picked up a pamphlet to try his luck again. Perhaps his first try was gonna be his only luck it seems. No coin today.

Uru growled as the hammer fell, something did not feel right in his shoulder. The swing was definitely off... and the amount of rings the weight made and the short time it took before it came back down was a sign enough that he had messed up. Today was just not his day it seemed.

Investigating the ringing sounds he had been hearing for some time, Jude stumbled upon a very excited ghost. Superheroes? He wondered, before deciding they were probably very very cool, and he must learn how to be one. Judas accepted a pamphlet and slipped it in his pocket.
