Holy crap she's beautiful! So yeah, definitely up for that! And no, no specific world/setting, just the default shop setting. The Parduses were one of the major families in the shop way back when. What's her name? lol

The Pardus family were among the very first to have major magical abilities in the shop, a lot of them are Halloween themed so most of them somewhat tricksters of sorts. I'm not sure if Bastet is herself, but that is definitely something she'd be used to. Bastet probably wouldn't understand for the most part, at least not at first, being so naive. xDD


As for Arieth, I'm always kind of leery about custom mate plots. So I'd like to see what you're planning on questing and figuring out how they could work before saying yes. I also like to see proof of said questing usually (which may not be as much of a problem since you're staff. xDD). Otherwise, so far the personality sounds good, though I'd like to see how it might play out in a tester or something. Don't mind if they butt heads sometimes though if snapped at. xDD

The biggest thing would be her getting used to the family in general. It's a big family and they're pretty tight knit despite all their differences. And once someone is mated to the family, Tambre (Bastet's Grandmother) accepts them as if they were blood related. Just be warned that Tambre can be a huge grump a lot of the time.. xDD

lol In any case, it would be fun to play. I'm not entirely sure of all her personality flaws either since I haven't rped her. I do think she'd find the tricks fun though, and maybe be convinced that Di has magical abilities too.. until proven otherwise. Is Rowan part of her name or a last name? =3


As far as the custom goes, yeah that's fine! I have a couple of my own pets who hang around the Pride but kind of do their own thing. They're still considered apart of it though, they just have more free reign to work with. In either case, I would absolutely *love* more pets to do things with in the Pride! And the pet sounds lovely as far as description goes. =33

For the Pride I'm not as strict as some. I feel people should have free reign to go back and forth through whatever setting they want. The Pride members don't often visit the shop world, but they can. I kind of use the whole Kingdom Hearts thing, where Sora/Roxas could visit different worlds through the portal (And Roxas can be seen in the Pride on occasion). =33

I've got stirrings of ideas in the back of my mind, but first I wanted to ask if you would be interested in Aja as a potential mate for Tobias, looks-wise, or is she a bit too far outside what you're hoping for for him?

I need to sit and try to really write out stuff about her, cause what I have now isn't a little bit scrambled and not very clear.

Aja is an AI, an early model designed for healing using nanobots. She was technically a success, but since her creators wanted to improve on the concept and were going to scrap her. Most of her programming was uploaded from her and she was shut down. Things happened, Aja got out of the lab. What her creators didn't know, since such technology was new to them, was that while they shut her down her healing nanobots were still active and had begun repairs, which is how she's back on and walking around.

Aja was found by the Boogie Twins (who I am questing and hope to get one day) and it was them who gave her her name. (Originally it was Rafaela, a healing angel, but she doesn't remember this.) Since most of Aja's original programming wasn't damaged, but actually removed, she started out a bit of a blank when the twins found her. She's been able to recovered the damaged bits and is learning new things (the twins have taught her a bit about hoodoo), but she's still very.....naive.

What drew me to Tobias is that you mentioned he likes helping people. Helping people, healing them, is what Aja was programmed for. She doesn't have the programming that lets her control the nanobots outside her body to heal others, but that drive to help is still there. In the future I want her to find a way to download programming that will give her control of her bots so that she can heal with them.

Aja is quiet, observing. Straightforward. She'll sometimes ask questions and she'll answer them. She's very literal; she doesn't always understand expressions of speech and has to have them explained, and she doesn't speak that way herself. She doesn't exactly feel emotion, but she does recognize it in others and tries to respond. She does genuinely want to help people however she can, though sometimes it leads her into awkward situations.

In my head I just see Aja falling in with Tobias. She wants to help people but doesn't always know how, but he does. (Or at the very least has a much better idea of how to than she does.) She would be very curious and want to learn from him. It's almost like Bones (dunno if you've seen that show before?), she's very logical and not good with people even though she truly wants to help and does her best to learn how. She would grow very attached to Tobias and want to always stay with him to help him help others.

Awesome : ) And yup, if nothing else it would be good if they became friends. Aja needs some interaction. And she would definitely be interested in following him to a guild or being part of one that he creates. It sounds like something she would like to do, she would just need the nudge of having someone pull her into that.

I don't think emotion-based magic could affect her since she's all controlled programming instead of impulsive/reactive chemicals. At most I see her being able to simulate what the effects would be, but that would all be within her control. Could still probably be interesting though, new ideas will likely spring to mind at some point!

Do you want to do guild roleplay? I always thought it was easier to keep track of, but up for any form you prefer.

Well I started a roleplay up for them. Hopefully the notification system poked at you, cause I quoted you in it. I'll just occasionally nibble on you. Not like I mind if it takes a bit XD Xara and Emma are another couple of ours that is slow-going.

Yea, my schedule's all over the place. Like today I had a morning shift, but yesterday I closed. I've got morning shifts tomorrow and Friday, but Saturday I get to work afternoon/evening. But we can do backstory for Emma and Xara, yup. They already feel like they'd go well together from the bit of roleplay we did do.
