He couldn't help but to smile even more. It was hard to find someone so outgoing within the shinobi world. Then again, the shinobi world was full of manipulation and strong ninja. Those who spoke out usually had a greater reason for doing so. "Honey?" he whispered beneath his breath. A small chuckle escaped him. "It's truly a pleasure to meet you, Isabelle. You're truly something else. And, I admire that." The young man spoke his thoughts on the spot. A habit he had since he was young. "Yes..I've got something to discuss with the Mizukage." Maybe he had spoken too much? He sealed his lips. His eyes skimmed over her once again. Would this prove fatal for him in the end? He could not tell from such a character; he took a liking to her already.

[INDENTTT]Isabelle's eyes glistened with a pearly smile. Belle's heart sunk as he mentioned his mission. Talking to the Kage? It must be pertinent. Who exactly was this guy anyway? With boisterous questions looming through her little mind, Belle made a decision. One that she made plenty of times prior to this occasion. Isabelle knew the tedious process of entering the village, so manipulating this was a must. There was nothing like a little Isabelle In the mix, right? Spinning on the heels, the damsel click-clacked towards the guard that issued such paper work. Once the space between them two seemed a thing of the past, The Kurama bit her lip with a seductive brow. Lifting her right heel slightly, Belle positioned herself in a seductive pose."Hey handsome, I'm gonna take this young man straight to the Kage...alright? I promise he won't get into anything...", the lip biting ceased. Yet-- the lip licking replaced the sexy gesture. Little did the guard know, her genjutsu hex was drenching his psyche. With each word, each gesture of her tiny stature enticed him. After a few seconds of her presence...he fell head over heels for the beauty. Totally under her loving control, he waved them in. "Are you sure? Thanks....you're the best", melodies of her voice caressed his ear drum. With a simplistic shift of weight, The master manipulator was facing towards her cloud beau."C'mon...I'll take you....", the signature smile could be seen a mile away. Snatching her stray black strands to the back of her ear, the cute expression was spent to bring Regula in her direction. Through the gates they'd go, if he grabbed her now out reached hand. The soft hands awaiting his embrace. Regula would wonder what she said to quicken this process--seeing as distance impaired his knowing of such happenings. All he'd notice was the heel's slight raise upward. Meanwhile, the love struck guard drooled over her beauty in hopes she'd grace his being for all eternity. Tisk tisk...somebody else was the apple of her eye.

Entering the village proved to be a complicated process in the long run. Alteast they had a pretty good defense against foreign invaders. Though, the Byakugan could probably see right through all the mist. The young man wondered what it would be like to have such eyes other than the ones which derived from his father's genetics. The stories which preceded the white eyes, on the otherhand flourished throughout the lands. Just as soon as she head left she was back. This struck even more curiosity within the boy. 'Just how high ranking is this kunoichi?' he questioned to himself. There would have been no other way for her to get them both in the village so swiftly, or so he had thought; being almost clueless with Genjutsu and the like. Regula had no reason to be cautious, or so he thought. His job was to have each of their villages on good terms. There was no harm in being too friendly. He took gentle hold of Isabelle's hand. "Thank you, Sweetheart," he slipped in the last word almost shyly. The boy was an odd shinobi. He spoke the truth and did not like to deceive others. Yet, still maintained the cold demeanor of an Assassin. Speaking such words proved almost difficult when it implied emotion. And that, he never expressed well beyond smiling.

[INDENTTT]A slight smile was rewarded to the boy's awkward notion of affection; with his hand firmly in hers, they became one with the swirling mist. Vanishing among the thickness, Isabelle led him to where he wished to go. The Kage's office. The woman's spell continued it's work on the guard, the man obviously wished for her return. The only remnants of her aura was the distinct sound of the high heels sticking the pavement. Soon enough, even this would leave the area. Just like that, they were gone.

Rose would stretch out happily to having finished the exams. It was rather great competition but thankfully he made it past. Unfortunately, Rose didn't like the outcome that he was given when combating others. He was ill prepared in his eyes. He barely made an offensive combat and, if he wasn't mistaken, he barely was able to take out one person. " I must train and create as many puppets as I can..." He thought to himself as he walked through the gates. Knowing that with him now having the title of Jounin, he can't dally as much as he did before. Gaining power was, or rather should, be all that is on his mind. Nothing is pretty about being weak.
[ITTT]They were here. The love struck guard had this ongoing spell eating away at his will. Even though two years had passed, the spell hadn't weakened. Then again, her genjutsu was always inescapable. Waiting for her friend's final say In things, they stood in front of the gates. Isabelle wondered of she'd turn back, if someone would make her turn back. Today would be a trademark in her life, one that signified a major life change. Smiling towards the man who firmly laid his soft hand within hers, Isabelle spoke."Thanks..."

Honchurue arrived at the gates to look for some shinobi from his village when he spotted a female by the gates. Breaking his usual quiet demeanor he called out. "Excuse me ma'am but all shinobi of the hiden mist must report to the Mizukage's Palace immediately. Sorry to bother you with this."

Technique Used:
Passive: • Destiny Depending on your element, your fighting style as well as your mobility will change. All of these abilities are freestyle, and cost no chakra, and are thus like free taijutsu/weapon styles that you can always activate. The strength of the following abilities is equal to your current Rank, but cannot be higher than A-rank in strength maximum (even with Bloodlines passive technique strength increase) LIGHTNING: Tempest - A lightning elemental's abilities are similar to a fire elemental's, but more precise, and more efficient. They can charge lightning in their legs to engage in colossally long-ranged jumps, catapulting to their desired location (+3 speed). Similarly, they can create lightning from their body, which can quickly shock and paralyze nearby enemies who couldn't see it coming.
• Nature Provides Due to the nature of their powers, an elemental will regenerate 5% of their chakra (boosts not included) every post, up until they have 50% of their maximum chakra (boosts included).
• Elemental Body You can lace your body entirely with your element at almost any time. The rank is a default C (powered to B), but you can expend chakra to increase the rank of the defense. You will look entirely like a physical silhouette of your element; an ice sculpture, a sort of living lava lamp, etc, depending on your element. While in this state. you can use your own body as a source for your techniques, and will reduce the strength of techniques used against you by 1 rank. This lasts for up to 10 posts, but can be deactivated with but a Thought.
Thunderstruck • Lightning and Magnetism manipulation to the extent of your rank, no further. At a young rank, your lightning and magnetism might not be the best, but at higher ranks, the lightning and magnetism manipulation is superb. With both manipulations, at Kage rank, for example, you can make an electromagnetic storm and direct your raiton and magnetism techs more directly.
Thunder Sonar • Objects that hold lightning that you've made can be tracked by you from anywhere, sensed by you, and that lightning can be given back using the passive "volt siphon" technique for a small restoration of chakra for more raiton techniques
Cecil appeared in front of Isabelle stepping out from behind a building. "Hello Isabelle, I don't believe I assigned you a mission, yet your going out of the village with a friend. What am I to assume that your doing?" He knew full well of what she was doing but he wanted to see if she would tell him the truth. He would try to get Isabelle to change her mind if he could if not then he would have to kill her.

"Stay Frosty..."
Kaijuu stepped out next to Cecil standing silently behind him. His job was not to speak merely to provide backup. Knowing from cecil their target was a genjutsu user Kaijuu gently set his left hand on Cecils shoulder. Depending on how skilled Isabelle was Kaijuu and cecil could be placed under one the moment she said something or looked to her so he was being proactive and preparing himself to kai Cecil out the moment he sensed a genjutsu to prevent from becoming dead weight.
After placing his hand on Cecil Kaijuu did look up and see Isabelle. He noted her physical beauty but was unswayed by it his black eyes conveying no emotion as they gazed at her. Kaijuu was over half a century old and Isabelle may be a rose but a flower in the end is just a flower.
[ITTT]The unfamiliar voice of Honchurue seemed to alarmed the young lady. It was the fright one got when knowing of their wrongful deed. This was hers. Before her mind could fully formulate intelligent words, the fine lips opened into words. "Well I-", her rueful words were suddenly seized by Cecil's random appearance. Great. Just great. Now Isabelle's heart pounded in her ears. The pounding only crescendoed into a blast of repetitious pounding. Totally lost for words Belle began to move backwards in a single cautious motion. Cecil's trained eyes proved that he knew the truth, exactly why she was here in this space. This time. For 'that' reason. Calming herself, Isabelle eased the creases in her smooth, pencil dress. It fit her immaculately. Showing every single curve grooved by adolescence."All of this for me huh?"
It was then that she realized Kai's hand nestled at the crest of the Kage's shoulder. Of course, they knew her little tricks. Hehe, well some of them. Reaching into her chain-linked clutch purse, Belle would find her black lipstick. Applying it was a little sluggish, it helped calm her nerves. It was her battle lipstick as well. "So we've fought before...so you know what I got. Wanna do this the easy way or hard way honey? As a matter of fact, let's strike a deal." Belle was up to something. She knew defeating Cecil with his newfound power would be strenuous. She had an idea. A good one indeed.

"I will hear what you have to say Isabelle but know this, your life hinges on what you say. If Turpis was still Mizukage, he would of killed you before your lips opened to speak. I however am a lot nicer then him." Cecil waited for Isabelle to speak, he would see what she had to say. If it did not interest him then she would die.
Kaijuu stood silent and motionless his black eyes appearing dull as he watched Isabelle closely. She was betraying the village she swore to protect something that Kaijuu himself could never comprehend. How could she do that? It was beyond Kaijuu and because of it no matter how beautiful or charismatic Isabelle would appear it would fall on deaf ears in Kaijuu's mind. The kage was right he was quite nice as Kaijuu would not be nearly as forgiving if it were up to him.
Honchurue saw the look on her face and then the Mizukage and Kaijuu arrived and he definitely knew something was and asked the Mizukage. "Lord Mizukage what exactly is going on?"
[ITTT]The damsel grinned lightly, her cascade of black strands lightly patting her face. All of this for her. Though this could prove to be a detrimental situation, Isabelle couldn't help but absorb the attention. It was nice to have an entire village on alert just for her. Nice. Belle swiped the hair from her eye's view, behind her reddened ear. It was getting cold out here, winter must have been upon them. Configuring her next words was a must, finally the reality of this situation dawned upon her. At close range, Cecil would kill her. His speed massively trumped hers. There was only one thing to do...one real option."Under one condition.....", of course she had to make this moment theatrical. The pause would cause the others to beckon upon her next words. Awaiting for her response, the response that everyone thirsted for."You tell me when training starts....", the words spewed from her finely black-trailed lips. The answer was simple, and they'd understand where she was going with this. Isabelle really had no choice but to stay, so she'd make the most of it. Belle bit her bottom lip, she didn't even want to face Regula. She had drug him into this, he could have been killed alongside her. It was best, they could still see each other Belle guessed. A tiny smile was offered to Cecil and his little miscreants. A 'Please Don't Kill Me' smile.
