Marlo was shocked at what the Computer club could dig up on Nick, all the information, his history with schools and police records. "Apparently, not only does he have a rap sheet with the club but with the police as well. His parents were drug addicts of Eater. That stuff steals your soul, mind and body. Maybe he is laced with it himself, turns out that his Saap was pregnant with him while doing Eater, so his mental stability is that of a common attack dog."
His gram buzzed and he dialed his pal. "Bug this number and any other number that doesn't have a name to it, I have a feeling that he is stealing Grams, we can use that as leverage. Find out the number of people who have had their Grams stolen when and where and reported it to the authorities."
He answered the call. "I told you that I don't answer numbers with out names." Marlo made himself sound on edge, pretending as he heard Kail cry out. Marlo needed to refrain from calling out to Kail, even if Kail did, he had to remain stone cold. Think my Love, think for yourself! Remember what I told you last night, remain the spitfire self that you are. Marlo sent his feelings flying through the air and towards Kail with those very thoughts. "Now, Nick, that is your real name is it? I have here a paper that really is your rap sheet, your parents were addicts of Eater, right? Your Saap was probably doing it while he was carrying you, so you are born with mental stabilities. Therefor, you are laced to be a addict."
Marlo sighed heavily. "I should warn you, Nick, dealing with spitfire people is like dealing with the devil. You may never know what they intend to do while cornered." He prayed that Kail heard the word spitfire, giving him a fighting spirit and hope.

"Ah but then again you do don't you seeing as you've answered twice now." Pitch stated with a chuckle. Hearing Marlo call him by his given name he growled. "I do not like that name and it is not in your best interest to aggrivate me right now. Or perhaps you do not wish to have your little toy back on one piece." Pitch snarled. "I have never done Eater and I care not for what those beings called my parents did while I was not alive." he continued. "Spitfires, surely you are not talking about yourself." Pitch laughed before he gave a startled noise. It sounded like the Gram hit the floor as there was a bit of a scuffle with another sharp cry of pain from Kail. Kail had heard Marlo and he kicked out at Pitch knocking the Gram to the ground. Pitch was quick to whip around and grab the boy before hitting him again. "Stupid brat." Pitch growled hitting Kail another time to drive his point home. He picked up the Gram, "I will call you in an hour I have your toy to deal with," with that he hung up again.

When the call ended abruptly as the first, Marlo sighed. "He is making this too easy. Pal, were you able to narrow it down even more. I see, thanks." He put his Gram down and turned to the Vice Presidents. "Tell them to start a fresh search in the Skylark district and to be careful."
"It appears that Nick really is the product of a Eater addict parent, he is so mentally unstable. Kail heard me loud and clear, he is fighting and he needs to hold on. I am going to the streets with the Seniors. Vice Presidents, stay here and call me, you are now the central hub, if any other Freshmen of sophomores find anything, tell them to back off and hide nearby. They are not ready to fight."
Marlo turned to Kails parents. "I will bring him home, have faith."
Marlo left the Deans office and waved for the Seniors to follow.

Pitch had been furious when he hung up again but Kail merely glared at the man. Marlo wanted him to be a spitfire and thats what he would be, he could hold on until the man found him. However the next hour or so was not kind in the least. By the time Pitch had exhausted some of his anger Kail was a drugged bloody mess. "Maybe i'll send him your fingers to start." he hissed to the limp boy picking up the gram he had used for his previous phone call. "Listen carefully because I am through with these games. I want this club completely and I care not how it gets done. If that means that somehow I need to be apart of your family then do it. You have two hours to complete this before you start to get pieces of the brat." Pitch sneered over the phone when it was picked up.

Marlo and the Seniors were already marching into Skylark District when a few of the Freshmen pointed him to a building of sorts and he did a quick search on the owners and Nicks name came up. "That lowlife, he had enough money to by this place from us. Well, we did sell it cheap to be used as a storage facility. Fool, he has made this so easy. His loopholes are closing tight around his neck like a noose."
=Woah, you are kind of dark about it.=
"Its more of a matter that he left these all over the place."
"Yeah Pal, good." Seniors flank the building, those who took ninja club, infiltrate and wait for my signal. Those who have fighting skills will rush in and pin him down, Be wary about weapons."
"Games? I thought that you were the one playing the game?" Marlo approached the door and signaled the ones guarding him to move on either side, he was going in alone. "Oh and if you want to be a part of my family, then you would have to marry me and be my submissive, you see, my Uncle still hasn't had any kids yet." Marlo sighed and as he opened the door with these words. "I am afraid that you don't have two hours, Nick." He stared straight at the man.
He took a step inside, carefully noting where Kail was but he didn't look at him. "I have the paper right here, it already has a signature, just needs yours and mine and the club is all yours." Fool, that third signature belongs the Universities Club President, he isn't a student at the High School no more. He doesn't count. Marlo pulled out the paper and unfolded it, showing it full front of Nick. Once more, when you do go and scan it, you will be rejected, the Bloodsoul seal is plagiarized. Not even the real thing.

Pitch growled when it seemed that Marlo was still too easy with his words, had he misjudged what the man thought of Kail. Hearing Marlo say that if he wanted to be apart of his family he had to be Marlo's submissive and marry him. He had been about to retort that he would never become a submissive to anyone when the door opened. Kail was next to Pitch still dangling seeming quite out of it as he had stopped trying to stand on his toes and not harm his arms. He seemed not to register Marlo's voice though his eyes were open. "I should have known you would find me here." he laughed moving closer to Kail in order to control the situation, tossing the Gram in his hand away to wield the knife in his other hand more accurately. Hearing the man had the paper to hand the club over to him raised suspicion in Pitch quickly. And a quick slash to the ropes holding Kail's arms above his head dropped the boy towards the ground and into Pitch's arm. He used his free hand to hold the knife dangerously to Kail's throat. "Sign it." he demanded. He didn't trust Marlo to not trick him in some way, he knew too well about the Bloodsoul's and their involvements.

Marlo kept his eyes dead locked with Nick, he pulled out a pen and scrawled his name on it. "Well you know, you still have to scan this right away as soon as you sign it, it probably wasn't wise to toss that Gram away as soon as possible." He shook his head in disbelief.
Marlo came closer, folding the sheet in half long wise and holding it out then snatched it back. "Put my friend on the ground and you can hold that knife to my heart instead as you sign it."
With Marlo's well trained hearing, he could sense those who are in the Ninja club circle closer, avoiding the sunlight, waiting to snatch Kail as soon as he was on the ground.

Pitch watched Marlo scrawl his name on the document with satisfaction. "I have no doubt you have a Gram on you, no you will be doing the scanning." Pitch sneered. Reaching out to take the paper he snarled when it was snatched back out of his reach. "Your friend, is that really what he is to you? For as much as he seems to care for you I hardly believe you consider him just your friend. Come now you might as well tell me what he really means to you, he can't hear you just now. You see your mentioning those beings called my parents made me think that maybe someone else should be exposed to that vile drug they so loved." Pitch laughed. "High as a kite and can't even function in the real world right now. I could kill him and his mind wouldn't know he was dead for days." Pitch continued as he considered Marlo's prospect of putting Kail down and the knife to the man instead. "Fine I will put him down, but first you must strip yourself. I want to make sure you have nothing on you." Pitch declared.

I have no shame I will not be easily embarrassed like others. Marlo tossed his pen to Nicks feet. "You probably don't have one on you, use mine."
"In the time since you were born, an antidote has already been made for the drug Eater, Kail is still in his early stages of the drug so everything will be negated. Unlike you, I am afraid that it won't help. Years and years went by and your mind is already deteriorated."
Marlo put the paper between his teeth, removing his jacket, then shirt. He continued to strip, not even phased by his body becoming even more exposed. His underwear was last. He stepped up, getting into Nicks arm reach. "Put him down. I have done as you requested, all you have to do is sign." He kept the paper at his side till Nick released Kail and slowly raised it.
He watched him sign in glee. "Oh since you told me to strip after you said I was going to sign it, I really can't scan it, my Gram, I really left it at the door, and it has to be you has to scan it on your own Gram. The whole club has to know that you are the new President, it can not come from the Former." The ninjas were coming closer, avoiding making sound, aware of their surroundings.
He scratched his head. "Unbelievable, you should have not have thrown that Gram away." He sighed. "No wonder the other's thought you a Lowlife." Marlo scuffed his foot on the ground, trying to dig a hole into the cement, he did it seven times. "ITS ON!" He yelled.

Pitch watched as Marlo tossed the pen to his feet, the man was right that he did not have one. He sneered as the man said that an antidote had been made for the drug and that Kail would be fine. "My mind is fine." he snarled as Marlo stripped. When Marlo finally stepped close completely unclothed he dropped Kail to the ground picking up the pen and snatching the paper. Holding the paper down with the hand that was holding the knife he signed it smiling the whole time. The club would be his now as soon as it was scanned. Hearing it had to be scanned with his own Gram he sneered again before moving to the Gram he had tossed away. He seemed to care little about Kail and Marlo now that he had the paper, scoffing when Marlo told him he should not have thrown the Gram away. He picked the thing up just as Marlo yelled. Wiping back around he prepared for a fight against the man.

Marlo stared at Nick, the Ninjas swooped down and rushed Kail away, doors and windows on all sides were suddenly broken and the Senior club members rushed in. They quickly subdued Nick, pinning him to the ground.
Marlo got dressed. "You see. I lied. This paper here, it has your signature, mine but the third belongs the Universities Club Branch President and the Bloodsoul seal, is a fake copy." He pulled his Gram out and scanned it, alerting false coding. "You see, a Bloodsoul can not give up the Presidency until they graduate, and by the time that happens you and I will be in college and I will be the President at the club there. So you were doomed to fail."
He ignored the profanities coming from Nick. "I am always thinking five steps ahead. Chain and gag him. We will keep him in the old club house in the old club room, in the closet there till he goes to trial then the school can have him."
=Impressive, you kept your cool.=
"Yes." Marlo hurried to Kail and pulled out a auto injection pen and hit Kails thigh with it. "Come to me Kail, return to me my Spitfire." He held Kail close. "You can not leave me alone again. I do not want to suffer with out you. Come back to me." He began to plead then began to whisper. "I'm here, you will never be alone again." He removed the tight collar. "Think Kail, think! Oh you Spitfire, come back."

Pitch looked to Marlo as he had whipped around noticing that Kail was gone. He yelled and screamed when he was pinned to the ground. Yelling that he was their new leader and to obey him. Hearing Marlo say he had lied and that the paper's seal was false along with an incorrect third signature he yelled again. "I should have known, you Bloodsoul's always lie!" he exclaimed before devolving into horrible names and profanities. Kail jerked when Marlo injected him in the thigh with the pen. For minutes the boy didn't respond as the antidote neutralized the drug coursing through his body. Finally after what probably seemed like forever Kail blinked trying to shy away from the light. "Marlo..." he choked out groggily when he heard the man's voice finally. "you found me..." he smiled through a busted lip.

"Welcome home, Mr. Spitfire." He smiled back then looked over his shoulder. "I hope you recorded everything."
=Sure did Bloodsoul, every angle and detail. Don't worry, I get my guys to right up a report on this so its an easy yes or no when they take the stand and get everything here as evidence. Until then, keep it real.=
"You too." Marlo picked Kail up. "Now don't fight, lets tend to those wounds and you need to give me a report later. Nick needs to be put to trial for what he has done to you and to the others. Do you want to take revenge on him?" He winked.
"Also, you need to clear the air with your parents and the school, they are worried sick about you."

Kail leaned against Marlo when the man welcomed him home giving a slight shake of his head. "What were you recording? What even happened, I remember kicking Pitch and then waking up here but..." Kail stated after Marlo talked with the other man who Kail didn't know. "OW!" Kail exclaimed when he was picked up, his back ripped up. "I can't really feel my arms so no fight here." he promised when Marlo said they would tend to his wounds. "I don't want to see him anymore, I just want him to go away." Kail frowned when Marlo asked if he wanted to take revenge. Hearing he needed to clear the air with his parents and the school he groaned. "I didn't do anything wrong and I did everything I could that you told me to do yesterday." he pouted.

"The deal to free you from Nick, once you see the video, you will understand and will remember if you want." Marlo just smiled. "Okay, I can see that." He laughed warmly.
"You did but you never did show up to school after Nick got his hands on you last night. So I assembled the entire club and the one from the university. And don't worry, he will go away, so I need you to face him with a fierce face for the last few times at court. I'll even let you throw the first punch before I do."
He set Kail down so an ambulance person could bandage him up. Marlo stating that their were a few matters needed to be taken care of first before he could bring Kail to the hospital for a full run down. He picked Kail up again and did it gingerly this time. "For now, sleep till we get to the school, Mr. Spitfire. All you have to do is apologize to them and make up with the school. Simple."
