((Preacher || Table 1 ))Preacher looked at Danny and shrugged. "Jus' curious. I guess it's aslright, though. You probly ain't got anything worth takin' in that booth anyhoo. Though a mediocrum of preparedness might do ya good." She hastily ate a spoonful of potatoes before shooting Bas a harsh look. He obviously knew nothing about living on the streets and how a belly got fatter when a kid truly starved. And Preacher was skinny, too. It was just that her skin was stretched tight over large bones and small muscles - it gave an odd illusion of fullness. She wrapped herself carefully too, and her voluminous clothing hid most of her brand of thinness. Suddenly, another person down and Preacher was jarred out of her thought. She opened her mouth to speak just as Axel did and stopped, anger simmering under her tongue. That man had a death wish. "Here I was, tryin' ta loosen the mood with a light joke, but you, Mr. Stick-in-the-mud, you want to fight or summat?" Preacher barked out a laugh and rapped him smartly on the arm with her spoon. thwack "I'll taje you on any day, though I'm scrawnier than I look. Are you tryna say you want to see under my clothes to check? Uwah, we got a pervert over here! My attitude mightn't be perfect, but I got a certain rough charm." She winked, just because she thought it might irritate Axel. And although her manner had turned vaguely jovial, Preacher's eyes were yellow cat-like slits in her dark face. "Are you falling prey to it, O Sir High-n-Mighty?" She leaned back and sucked on her teeth, an odd habit picked up from Tinker. It always sounded condescending when he did it. And her speech had been nothing if not condescending. After this banquet, she was definitely going to have to find some way to let off this steam.

[[Adalwolfa Westhofen || Table 1]]
Adalwolfa's mouth cracked a centimeter open and she let out a small croaking sound as the tension amidst her table seemed to gently rise. She could feel it build like a thick fog and it almost gave way to her tossing in a few coins to stop the eventual quarrel. She wasn't the best at negotiating, but she was in a rather decent mood after filling her stomach and wasn't looking forward to breaking up a fight. Especially when any form of beat 'em ups could have her kicked from the banquet. No siree.
Instead, sensing Preacher's tone morph to something more jovial calmed the ball formed at the base of her throat. She swallowed thickly and filled her mouth with a bit of the cherry pie Bas had cut her beforehand as she went back to listening. Suddenly, Adalwolfa found shorting a chortle along with his teasing. Minding her manners (or at least trying to; the attitude of the inner walls still ate at her unconscious), she tried to hide her amusement as if she were clearing her throat, but her attempt probably came to no avail.

[ Danny Fitz | Table 1 ]
Danny gave Bas a big smile at the compliment- even if it wasn't technically for her. She didn't lift a single finger in the creation of the Fitzgerald booth, but she wasn't going to ignore a kind word! "Well I'm glad! You can come by any time and eat food with me!!"
Much like they were right now, actually. Danny reached across the table and grabbed herself a roll, feeling completely at home with so much food. Rich families got rich feasts after all.
Preacher gave her some advice, and Danny tilted her head. "Hey that's not fair. My booth has lotsa special stuff. Like the stuffed .... thingy Shun gave me, and the bracelet I got from Elliot and all my food!! And-" She trailed on like that for a while.

[Shun Kuroda - Table 3]"You asked."Shun's expression remained the same as always as he spoke. Looking over the food that was still laid out, he decided to grab some sort of pasta to add to his plate. He didn't take much, since he wanted to try it out first. There definitely seemed to be more food here than what everyone could eat, which brought up a sort of bitter thought in the back of his mind once more.

[ Sebastian Schneider | Table 1 ] Another young man, or rather an unfortunate victim, had been herded over to their table. Bas did hope that Deacon got the right idea quickly, and ate before something else crazy happened. "Yeah, man, you're god," Bas assured Deacon after Axel had already practically said the same exact thing. But, Bas was starting to get into the habit of refusing to pay attention to both Axel and Preacher. The two were probably going to start fighting soon, and then Bas would have to bother himself by evacuating the table and removing anyone else who was sane with him.
Which... he had quickly determined that most of the people at his table weren't. Danny was a little bit of a chatterbox, but she wasn't too weird. Deacon hadn't spoken much yet, which meant he was in the clear as well. The other three people at the table, however, Bas had his doubts about. Finishing off his slice of pie, he turned his attention back to Danny.
Yes, she was talkative, but yes, she was also way better to talk to than Preacher and Axel at the moment. "Yeah, sure, I'll stop by some time, since I don't think this festival is really going to wind down any time soon." Really, he was just waiting to see how much of the populace got drunk off of cheap beer. He was going to bet a solid 90% of them.
"Wait a second, how much free s**t is Elliot giving away?" Of course Danny was talking about the Elliot that Bas was familiar with. It sounded just like his friend to be giving people bracelets.

[Alec Scott | Table 4]"More like its a mind game." He assured Andrea giving her a sort of grim pouted look, assuring her it was awful despite his repeatedly trying like a fool. "So..you are some kind of royal or something or..?" He asked her a bit curiously, his blue eyes gazing across the table in quick little nervous glances always focusing just below the eye level as it made him feel less awkward. Favardin's enthusiasm wasn't quiet his, but he was curious to here more about the two girls, or the quieter male who sat in silence watching them.

[ Deacon Prevost | Table 1]
Honestly? It didn't matter that Deacon didn't have an inkling of an idea as to what this argument was all about. He quite often welcomed schadenfreude. A great reminder that another person's life was much shittier than his. Granted, his life was far from bad. It was pretty good, as far as the way things went around here.
Really, he just liked to watch people get worked up over petty s**t. He'd be ready to bet that this ordeal wasn't any different.
"All of the tables lined up in this mess, and we get the table that's gotta have a feud." Deacon said with a little smirk, unsure if he'd be paid any mind.
After pulling a bite of meat off his fork, he gestured it lazily between Axel and Preacher. "Hey! Here's an idea... Stuff your bickering with the food in front of you, and you take the argument somewhere else when you're done."

[Shun Kuroda - Table 3]The potato splattered on the side of his face. Slowly, Shun looked up from his food and gave Cyril a rather icy stare. He had a knife in his hand and there, for a moment, was a temptation to fling that in retaliation. He refrained, though. "You must come from a fortunate enough place where food could be so freely flung about," he said lowly, wiping the potato off his face.

The feast seemed to be going off splendidly! Ever watchful and attentive sharp eyes from the coordinator would snap to each guest very frequently, making sure that there weren't any acting out or causing a scene. She would make many rounds around the tables, her tight lipped expression never changing, and perhaps taking her duty far too seriously rather than enjoying it. With folks mingling, dining, there seemed to be nothing amiss or bothersome for the organized woman... Her clicking heels persisted, and would sometimes pause to stare perhaps a little too long at any particular individual who might have been stuffing their faces too fast, or being too messy... but other than that, she kept busy with shooing away people who tried to sneak into the banquet when it wasn't their turn. That is... until an unsavory group made their appearance. They were your typical party poopers. A rag tag gang of mischievous, trouble making adolescents, strolling up with enough swagger in each step to make older individuals roll their eyes with annoyance for their kinds youth these days. Smug, cocky, expressions were etched on each grubby, smirking face, a trio in front seeming to be the head honchos of the little pack. Hairstyles done in radical fashions, clothes disheveled or altered to look 'cool', their presence was noticed straight away by the party planner, who stopped dead in her tracks when she honed in on them casually waltzing to the tables of food. So nonchalantly, so entitled like... If her face wasn't already sour enough looking, it certainly was now. Furious clicks echoed as she hurried to the hooligans as they started taking what ever they wanted, pocketing some things, and shoving actual invited guests away from the table to make room for their own. "Excuse me! You need to wait your turn!" the shrill voice pipped up firmly from the petite woman, who had marched her way right up to the gang, the leader taking a nice slow bite into a succulent piece of chicken leg as he watched the enraged woman. A gathered chuckle traveled along the punks, before the leader straightened himself up, and pulled his lips into a snarky sneer, "It is our turn, now, lady.." he replied back to her in a slow baritone of a voice, towering over her as he took a bold step forward. "In fact... we're taking all of it." he announced, glancing back to his pals, to give a gesture with his head at the whole area. Once the motion was given, the group wasted no time in rushing to the tables that had people eating at them, and either swiping food right off of the tables, knocking them to the ground, or even throwing them right at the guests! The place was being trashed, a piece of shepherds pie being throw right into the shrieking event planners face! Food was being stolen from the neat layout, pushed onto the ground, thrown around... absolute chaos ensued! Prompt 2 Things have gotten out of control with the arrival of the party crashers! What does your character do? Will they try and ward off the punks, will they join in, will they flee, or maybe hide? Perhaps they'll rally the actual guests together to come up with a plan! Power in numbers, they always say, right? Should the choose to try stopping the gang: Roll a single ten sided die {1d10}, and quote me with what your character decides to try doing to get rid of one, two, or however many gang members. I will then quote you back later on as one of them, with a response, and whether you were successful or not. Guidelines: - For this portion you can interact with others regardless of their table. - Make sure to quote who ever you are engaging with, so they know to respond. - Feel free to RP with others, even once you've completed your prompt. - At the top of your posts, please put " [ Character name | Table # | Action they take ]". In terms of "action they take" give a simple word or two on what they do about the matter. ex; flee, defend, hide. - As a side note, there's at least 13 gang members. - Any questions should be PM'd to me, please! You have until May 15th at 11:59PM EDT to respond to this prompt

[Cyril Lor ll Table 3]Cyril returned tthe icy stare. Cyril reached into his pocket and gripped his own knife just to be safe. Cyril carried a knife because he often vandalized the walls by carving them. The knife like somewhat used but nonetheless was still good for defending oneself. As he gripped his knife he said "Jeez lighten up, slums."
