I find that a lot of times when I hug the scary people they get confused and run away or become friends. Win/win I think.

I-I'd be to s-scared they'd do b-bad things. v.v L-like try to e-eat me! O-or put me in a f-fish tank...o-or be mean and s-scary... v.v;;

There are quite a few different types, then different classifications of each type and even then the way some of them can come about in this world can be different. For the most part, they're all essentially the living manifestations of anger, fear, pain and hate. Some of them are no trouble for a well-seasoned agent of light...others however...well, there's a reason we're occasionally assigned missions in squads." Wow. Have you ever been assigned to one of those squads?
