Catherine had tears forming at the corner of her eyes as she thought about the curse, Jessierys, their children, and her siblings. She ran a hand through her hair as Maximus continued to speak. Was there even a cure to lift the curse off them? Catherine leaned into Maximus's embrace, snuggling into the crook of his neck. But, when he mention about revealing to their children about the truth did Catherine lift herself from him to only have his eyes meet hers again. She gave him a small glare at first but, it soon soften. She could not be mad with Maximus. "But, even we know that is only half the truth. I do not doubt their love for us, Annabelle and Alec have always adore the children. They are the reason why Tiberius and Chloe weren't curse as harshly like the rest. But, that does not change the fact that my brother and sister stayed in Lyemar out of their own love for Jessierys. They still believe her to be a saint," she growled at the end. Catherine then stood from from her bed and pace the room. "I don't blame them. Jessierys helped my siblings and I to get our revenge against our own grandfather and the very guards who rapped me," she growled with her eyes glowing red. But, when she saw herself in the mirror to see how terrifying she looked, it scared Catherine. Her eyes stopped glowing and her growling cease and slowly did her fangs go back to hiding.

"As for Tiberius..." she pause. Turning to face her husband. "It is not just them he holds a grudge towards but... also us," and a tear escaped her.

Maximus sighed at Catherine's response, it is possible that they love Jessierys, but what if they didn't. What if it was just a "theatrical sentence" they must hold? He knew Catherine didn't want to tell the children about her siblings, but they were old enough and it has been many years. It made Maximus feel ill that Tiberius feels such hate towards family. Though when she spoke of the men who rapped her, he growled with danger in his eyes. "and that, my love, will never happen again, ever." If only he had the strength of a vampyre back then, he would have saved all the women and girls that were rapped there. It disgusted him. . .He turned his wife around to look into her eyes, the danger began to fade. "I am not sure what has become of your siblings. But they protected us. If they think Jessierys a saint then they have hope. Which is good. That means that Jessierys can be taken over, we just have to hit her weakness. Which I am sure I know what that is. . .But as for our children, we must tell them that. We must tell them that their Aunt and Uncle risked their lives and freedom for us, and that they have hope."

He placed a gentle hand upon her cheek. "I am sure Tiberius blames us for letting his Aunt and Uncle stay back. But that was something we can not control, Catherine. That was their choice, even though it really wasn't a choice. It was either they join her or we die. . ." Maximus gave Catherine a peck on the lips then hugged her. It was going to be a long conversation with Tiberius and Chloe. Luckily, he knew his daughter very well. She will help Tiberius with his hatred. Maximus stroked his wife's hair, hoping to have her become more relaxed. "I love you. . ." he said touching her mind. It was true, despite his secrets. . .He loved Catherine more than he could put into words and definitely wanted to imprint with her. But it wasn't the right time. He needed to tell her of his family first, so she doesn't find out on harsher terms. Once she knows then he planned on imprinting with his wife, to make their love more enhanced.

((I had Maximus defend Annabelle and Alec, just to bring hope to their family ^.^ I hope that is okay.))

Chloe smacked his hand away trying to look stoic.

"No."

Didn't work. She soon was grinning from ear to ear like a goof ball. When he mentioned making a game out of it her eyes narrowed, focusing. She loved playing games. Especially with her brother involved. He always found a fun way to add some sort of training to her clumsy self. Not waiting for him to finish she ran over to the door and opened it tapping her foot on the ground.

"Come on, brother! I want to strike before the moon rises! And here I thought you were the fast one."

She giggled as her brother came towards her and slipped out the door trying to blend with the shadows. Every time they trained she always did something to give herself away. Mostly due to pure excitement and waaaaaay too much energy. She was like a little kid hyped up on candy.

"Alright, as long as you are telling me the truth." She watched as Castelo reached around her for her glass of wine. "Hey! That is my wine, go get your own," she teased and slapped his chest playfully. Saerabella giggled and kissed him again. He always loved to joke around with her, luckily she loved his sense of humor. She took the glass of wine from him and took a sip herself. "hmm, just what I needed. I absolutely love Lily. She knows exactly what I like," she said with a giggle. But then the thoughts of her daughter and Angel being together flooded back. How was she going to tell Castelo? It wasn't like he absolutely hated Angel, he did make Angel the Baron and the protector of their daughter. What would he do if he found out though, that his little girl is growing up? Saera was conflicted, but Castelo needed to know so that he didn't catch them together without a scene.

The Lady took a deep breath and looked up at her husband. "Castelo, there is something I need to tell you." She went ahead and drank her whole glass of spiked wine before saying anything else. "There is something you need to know about Eona. It is nothing bad, well it shouldn't be bad. But I don't know how you will like it, but. . ." Saerabella wrapped her arms around his neck and locked her hands, just in case he tried to storm off. "Eona is becoming a young lady, dear. She is smart and knows what she wants with her life. She is starting a new chapter in her life. . .and she loves a certain man very much. . ." She stopped, maybe she could make him guess. It wouldn't be much of a guessing game, but it would be interesting to see if Castelo has been paying attention to their daughter.

((Castelo shouldn't overreact too badly Have him be concerned and have him act as a good father would. Just to make some drama but not too much drama for people to handle lol))

"Why would I lie?" the lord asked before letting out a 'oof' from being hit in the chest, followed by a chuckle. He enjoyed making his wife smile, she and Eona were the only ones he would act funny with. Sometimes he would cast a joke to others, but not as often as he would with his family. Castelo did look at Saerabella with concern when she said there was something she had to tell him.

Castelo slowly grew still as his wife spoke, easily seeing she was trying to approach delicately, which the lord appreciated. But once she got to the point, it only took him a few moments before he realized who Eona was seeing. Angel. He personally didn't have anything against him, but something about him courting his young daughter feel waves of anguish run through his body. "W-what?" she said in a deep, low voice, looking at his wife. He tried his best to remain calm, but he shivered lightly in anxiety. "W-when did this happen...? You knew about it?"

Saerabella tried to bring the topic of their daughter loving someone gently to her husband, she was his little girl and knew he would be upset. Though, she was surprised that he didn't overreact like she expected him too. She gave her husband a gentle and amusing smile. "Castelo, she has loved him for a long time. I noticed a while ago, but she just told me herself today. I found the two out by the training grounds. It was quite adorable darling. She had her head rested on his shoulder. I could tell that she was falling for him," she watched for a reaction. "Darling, Angel is a perfect match for our daughter. He protects her and has always protected her. I know the fact that he has to drink from vampyres to survive is a little concerning. But I know Angel would never hurt our little girl, Castelo. He loves her deeply. I can tell. I am sure he has a plan to keep her out of danger," she shifted her weight slightly in his arms and leaned against him, but still looking up at her husbands face.

"Remember, Angel risked his own life to save Eona when she was younger and he would do it again. Listen, you are the father and you have a right to talk to Angel about Eona's well being and happiness. But don't break our daughters heart, love. She is happy. . .I gave her my necklace today. We will be visiting our Spell Castor sometime so that she can carry the tradition of our women." The necklace has a bit of the souls of her past female relatives, it was a tradition to have a ceremony, by a Spell Castor, to place a piece of the woman's soul into the gem. It was a symbol of their first and true love. If the young woman did not truly love the man and he did not love her back then the ceremony would not work. The gem would turn black, but if the ceremony has been completely it would glow a gentle blue color.

Catherine then saw the anger in her husband's eyes through the mirror when she mention about being rapped... Her cheeks blush when Maximus turned her around to face him and Catherine looked at the ground as he spoke. Then returning her gaze to his. Could he be right? Was there still hope for Annabelle and Alec? Even for Jessierys? If only Catherine knew the grudge Tiberius held towards them. Like Maximus, she could only guess because of Annabelle and Alec.

Catherine pressed her body onto her husband's when he hugged her. His lips soft and warm. She sighed in defeat, knowing he was right about telling Chloe and Tiberius. "You are right. They must know what their aunt and uncle has done to secure their safety," she said. "And I love you," she replied. And without hesitation did Catherine press her lips onto Maximus to give him a good long kiss.

Tiberius smirked at Chloe's excitement. "I was just giving you a head start," he chuckled and ran after her. He now ran through the halls of Baelin Palace beside with his sister goofing around. These were the only times you saw Tiberius let his guard down, when he is with his sister. He jumped and flipped, showing off to Chloe through the halls. When they accidently scared a few maids or servants Tiberius couldn't help but laugh. Scaring humans still can be amusing sometimes.

In Lyemar you couldn't play like this inside the palace. Especially when Claudius was around, Jessierys's father. He is such a serious man but, Tiberius couldn't help but to admire his strength at times.

Chloe loved seeing her brother so carefree like this. It was hard to see this side of him back there. But here.... It didn't take much to see him smile and laugh with her now days. When he laughed at the startled servants she laughed along with him. It was funny to see them scatter sometimes. Especially the ones who she knew had crushes on him. They ran through the halls without a care in the world. As they closed in on the hallway where they're parents room was at she slowed down and moved slowly trying to stay hidden in the shadows.

"Tiberius. One of us should come in the balcony. Do you want to? Or should I try?"

Castelo took slow, soft breaths as he did his best to relax. He knew his wife was trying to be gentle with such a sensitive subject for him, but he felt that Saerabella was throwing all of this at him at once. The lord really hadn't noticed anything romantic between the two, but he should've expected it. Being explained how Saerabella found their daughter and the duke didn't really help him cope, showing his distaste with a slight grimace. "This..is rather sudden though," he said softly. "I mean, how does she think he is 'the one'?" he emphasized that last part. "What'll happen if Angel falls in love with another, or Eona falls in love for another. Eona hasn't really..been out much, has she?" he said rather awkwardly, unable to really figure out how to word his thoughts. Castelo's arms gently hold the lady against him, his hand rubbing along her back gently as she looked down upon the lovely face.

"I remember fairly well, my dear. It's hard not to forget that..rather scary day," he sighed softly. Though his expression changed to that of embarrassment as his wife told him about the necklace. "O-oh..But..that necklace looked so beautiful on you.." he said lowly with a slight blush. He remembered the necklace well, Saerabella was very fond of it. Castelo didn't blame her either, it being such a precious family heirloom. But it would be weird to see it around his daughter's neck instead of his wife's.

Eona couldn't help but relax a bit as she heard Angel chuckle after she had just started to blurt out things. But as she felt herself being spun around to look into his eyes, the blonde couldn't help but let out a small gasp before they were quickly guided towards the sofas that were in the middle of the library. Soon she was sat in the position of her legs being on the couch and her back being against his chest. "It is peaceful in here Angel. I really like this feeling of the two of us being alone together and sitting like this." She whispered softly before placing her hands on top of his that were surrounding her. Closing her eyes for a bit, Eona couldn't help but smile to herself. Then she moves her head up, the blonde looks towards Angel's chin before giving his neck a gentle kiss. After giving his neck a gentle kiss, the blonde pulls her head away and smiles at the love of her life. She couldn't get over the fact that she could love this man and probably live her life with just one lover and that would be him.

Saerabella knew that this was a lot for Castelo to take it at once. But he needed to know before hand because she knew after today that Angel and Eona's relationship will be open. If Castelo saw them without knowing first then it would be a mess. She sighed when he spoke of it being sudden and what if Angel fell for another. Saera giggled at her husband. "Castelo, if Angel was sought to find another then he would have already. They were meant for each other. I know that man loves her, I can see it in his eyes. Plus the way he reacted when I found them, it was adorable. As for Eona, I do not believe she will want another, darling. She even told me herself that she has loved him a long time. But never knew if he felt the same. I took forever to tell you that I loved you and I did that so you wouldn't marry that other woman. I wanted to be the woman you married. So I had to face it and if I got rejected then so be it, but look at us now. We are married and have a daughter, Castelo. I think the two are good for each other." She smiled, especially to the fact that he tightened his grip around her. It was so soothing.

As he talked about the "scary day" of Eona's near kidnap. She sighed, it was a rather scary day for them all. Everyday she is grateful that Angel had saved their daughter. If he had not then she would not have her daughter today. She laid her head on her husband's chest and sighed softly. "It was a beautiful necklace, but I haven't worn it in years, Castelo. It is Eona's turn to wear the necklace now. Besides, my neck will hold another necklace of our token of love some day." Saerabella giggled at the thought, she always wanted something that came from Castelo that she could wear around with pride and happiness. After a few minutes, the thought of Eona came back. She wondered if Eona was telling Angel how she felt.

Tiberius hasn't have a clue that any of these maids had crushes on him. In honesty, he doesn't think he is very liked among his new clan unless you were his family. He only thought like this because of his Lyemarian background. But, running through the palace halls with his sister made him feel carefree and at peace. It thrilled him. If he were human then vamps could probably hear the quick pump of his blood. He chuckles. As they were nearing their parent's bedroom, he heard out his sister's question.

When they quit their running to hide in the shadows, he looked to the windows to see some sun's light hitting this side of the palace. He shivered before looking at Chloe. "You go to the balcony. I'll sneak in through the secret passage," he whispered and smirked.

As Catherine pressed her body against his own body, he sighed happily. Even with the frustrations of their family, he always felt happy when his wife was around. "And, of course I am right," he teased. Maximus held Catherine close to him, his hand left her waist and stroked her hair. Tangling his hand into her hair, the kiss they were in deepened. Their breathing quickened and hearts pounding, things started to get heated. After a little while, he heard his children's thoughts. So Maximus stopped the heated kissing before they arrived. "We have company on the way," he chuckled and released Catherine from a tight grip.

Maximus's thoughts were swirling around in his head. How were they going to tell their children about Annabelle and Alec? and how was he going to tell his family about his true identity? There was so much to think about, so many scenarios going through his head. . .He returned to the bed and sat down, he was beginning to feel dizzy, his eyes were glowing a very dim red. Which could hardly be seen unless one looked very closely. Luckily, he had dark eyes. Maximus was hungry, he could not remember the last time he had fed. Maybe later tonight. . . he thought to himself. Where could he go to find a decent feeding area? The Lyemarian's already took over his last area. . .He decided to think about that later.

She glanced over her shoulder to see why her brother shuddered. Sunlight. Of course. She pursed her lips and looked back at him. He so needed to get used to the sun. It was great being in the sun shines warm rays. But that was neither here nor there. The only reason she was even able to go in it so easily compared to the rest of her family is that she would sneak off to build up a tolerance to it. The flowers had always looked so much prettier in the sun than in shadows. With an arched eyebrow that said it all, 'you big baby' she nodded and sighed.

"Alright. I'll go out. You go down the creepy way. Ready?"

She held out her fist for a fist bump. She didn't even know where she had seen this first, but she had loved the idea ever since and always tried to get her brother to do it before they set off to do things like this. It was better than always trying to kiss his cheeks like she used to do. That always seemed to land her on her rear end.

He fist bumped his sister and smirked. "Ready," he replied and disappeared into the shadows for only Chloe to watch him go. Walking as silently as he could.

Tiberius envied vampires who could walk under the sun's light. He couldn't help but to even envy his own sister just a little. She seem to be the first out of the four of them to adapt to the sun's light quicker. How was that possible? Or was mother just right, girl's do mature faster then boys. Tiberius shook his head at the thought as he snuck his way through the secret passage from the hall that lead into his parent's bedroom. This reminded him some of the happier times in Lyemar as a teen. Like the time when Uncle Alec try train Tiberius and Chloe how to fight to see what their future ranks as Lyemarians would be. Their father was there watching but so was Jessierys. "Jessierys..." he thought.

The secret passage led to a door behind a tapestry and quietly open the door, sliding it to his right. Smiling wickedly with eyes slightly growing as he could hear his parents heartbeat from behind the tapestry.

Maybe later tonight. . . he thought to himself. Where could he go to find a decent feeding area? The Lyemarian's already took over his last area. . .He decided to think about that later.

Catherine made a purr when Maximus made a tease. She wrapped her arms around his neck and one hand slipped up into his dark hair. He set her body on fire but, in a good way. Oh, how she wanted her husband badly. Right here and right now. As she began to pull him by the collar of his shirt towards the bed, still kissing his lips while being caught in this passionate did Maximus bring her back by mentioning, "We have company on the way." She raised a brow and laughed with him, Catherine knew who he meant. Although, she will admit after he pulled away from her did Catherine wanted to pull him back but, she will not have their children catch them in the act of passion.

Catherine walked to her dresser after hanging her cloak onto a rack to brush out her long brown locks. As she did this did Catherine thoughts went into ones of happiness. Remembering from the times her children were born and watch them grow. Tiberius became so serious and Chloe so sweet. They were opposites who couldn't be separated. Then, it made Catherine wonder. Was there any way she could have more children? Sure, most vampires became sterile once turn but, there were still those rare vampires. The ones that seem to be pop out like beautiful wallflowers. No, like roses. The vampires born as they were by birth. Catherine always did wanted to have more children... As Catherine tied her hair into a braid did she notice her husband's lost gaze. "You alright?" she asked, turning in her seat.

Then notice a slight bump from behind the tapestry that hung on the wall. But acting as if she didn't notice.
