i think they are different...
both kinda cute though,

actually their both smart
have magical powers(to some extent)
and are very nice
but their personalities are kinda different

They have similar qualties, but are different. They both do magic, they both are kind, they both are very adorable 4laugh . But Fai-sama teases more and Fai-sama makes stuff (like Chii) and he is running from that one guy, the king. I doubt that Yukito-kun is running from any kind.

They're alike in some ways, but different in others. They both have light hair, are sweet and genki and have tall, hot and often sullen loves. (You could make a case for Fai and Kuro-tan not liking each other, but to me, they do.) They both have gifts in magic rather than physical fighting, and are both extremely cute!!
Fai, however, likes to tease more than Yuki, and also seems less innocent and naive. I could be wrong though, who knows what Yuki and Touya get up to in their free time. wink
Their bigest symilarity, however, (in my oppinion, of course) is that they both fit the "formula" CLAMP seems to follow for ukes to a T. Hehehe. wink heart
If you don't know what "uke" means, you probably don't want to. xd blaugh
