He was their first child, and both of them being veteran shinobi, it was a nice change of pace. A few of his special characteristics? Well, he was blind. Blind as a bat. That's what they thought when they'd had him, due to the characteristic coloration of his eyes, but as time moved on and he grew, they thought otherwise (maybe a little color blind though). Neither of them actually knew he was an inheritor of a rare gene on his mothers side, one that gave him psuedo-sight using the sonic vibrations in the air. He never told either of them because he assumted that was how everyone viewed things.
It was a normal upbringing, being taught discipline and basic life skills so that he wasn't dependant entirely on them. He also underwent some shinobi training every now and then from his father, but the majority of his time was spent helping his mother with the chores. One of which was heading into a nearby village to purchase groceries and other needed items. With her encouragement, he eagerly sought out new songs and instrumental tips from local musicians. Sometimes the 'errand' would extend for hours, and each time Piko would come back with a wealth of new musical knowledge to add to his repertoire. Other than that, he would often spend time with himself in the forest where their cabin resided.
Years came and went. Eventually Aimi become pregnant with another child, and nine months down the road it was discovered that they'd had another son. It would've been a happy moment if not for the state of their marriage. Becoming unhappy with their quiet lifestyle, and discontent over the girlish nature of their firstborn, Tarou became increasingly angry and violent. He'd been scouting mercenary groups and hanging around with ruffians, their influence clearly reaching through as not even a week after Daiki's birth he'd hit Aimi for the first time. It all spiraled downward from there.
In Daiki's early childhood Piko did his best to shield his brother from his father's abuse. Many times he curbed his temper as best he could, and failing that, took upon himself any blows that he 'gifted.' Eventually it got to the point where Tarou threatened the lives of him and his mother, and that was the day that they'd finally become tired of him. Throwing him, and his things out of the house, they moved from their residence to a small village many miles away outside of Soragakure. The rest should be obvious.
Personal Attribute: See no evil... smell no evil?: In addition to being born blind, Piko is without his sense of smell. Due to this his sense of touch, and sensitivity to his bloodline's sonic vibrations is increased. When placing his hands on an object, or person, he is able to sense the vibrations within them to get an accurate depiction of the inside. They can detect things within a range as determined by the rank rules and guidelines. If an explosion occurs this ability is disrupted as by the guidelines. • Sound Block - Rank: D The user can shut off their sensory ability for a few seconds in order to stop themselves from hearing, and therefore prevent the sound from an enemy explosion from damaging their otosan.. The cost however, is that you lose sight of everything else that was happening as well, and when the jutsu ends it cuts your "sight" range in half for two posts until it can regain all of it's hearing sensory back. When the twins are together they are able to fight in a very special way. If one twin was to punch the second on the inside could also launch out their fists from the body of the host twin. • Merging Heal - Rank: D-S The twins possess the ability to distribute wounds throughout their collective bodies to lessen the severity of them. This is only able to be done when the twins merge with each other and nothing else. A D-rank bit of chakra would lessen superficial wounds like small cuts, scrapes, and bruises. An S-rank would lessen a life threatening wound. This does not fully heal them and they should seek medical attention anyway. This lessens the severity of a wound by two ranks lower from what the rank of chakra was spent. Merging Heal takes one complete post.

The doctor was trying to breed genetically superior soldiers that could fuel illegal operations across the villages. After determining it an anomaly, Zokuji was left in the care of the older subjects and cohorts. Being the eldest child, Zokuji was subjected to the harshest treatments delivered as they tried to determine his limits. When Sonagakure eventually came across the den, Zokuji was one of five children left. Although the rescue came before permanent damage to his psyche could be done, he never forgot his experience or the way they shaped his mind. One of the squads that initially raided the den contained a member of the Hyuuga clan that instantly recognized his bloodline. Upon being brought back to the village and determined a null threat, his savior adopted him and brought him into their home. • Eight Divination Signs: Sixty Four Palm Strike - Rank: C Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline. Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a special technique passed down through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to see the inner chakra coils system. Using the Juuken style, they can force their chakra through their hands into the tenketsu of the opponent's body through 126 strikes. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32 and finally 64. This damage forceably closes 64 tenketsu, stopping the chakra flow of the opponent. This then limits their opponents ability to use jutsu at rank C and lower.
• Eight Divination Signs: Heavenly Spin - Rank: C Hakkeshou Kaiten is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline using the Juuken. Kaiten is a special technique passed down through the main family line. Kaiten takes advantage of several of the unique abilities of the Byakugan eye. Byakugan gives the clan member an almost complete 360 degree view of their surroundings. This allows the member to see all angles of attack.
If an attack is near, the clan member will release a large of amount of chakra from their tenketsu. The member then begins to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex that can nullify almost any attack.

The biggest bonus you can give yourself for a personal attribute is 1/2, so your gene mod of doubling is denied.
Strike out or remove the passives you have listed for styles you don't know yet. Also I'm not sure where you're getting that 1/2 for perception from your gene mod. Stat caps aren't points, they are what limits how many points you can get.

Instead, she was born into a simple family with a long lineage of ninja service. Though they weren't a clan, all the past ninjas of Zeppelin's family had an affinity for wind based jutsu, so much so, that it started to influence the family entirely. Zeppelin grew up with the dreams of joining in to the, so to speak, "family business", but that took a sudden turn on her 10th birthday. Zeppelin took the ninja stuff pretty seriously, so her parents got her what could be called the official ninja starter kit. There were kunai, shurikan, a fake head band...all the tools an aspiring ninja would need. In addition, her father gave her a piece of chakra sensitive paper, joking that "this would be the real test if she was ready to follow the family." Everyone, confident that their daughter would have the wind element, watched at Zeppelin poured her chakra into the paper. It wasn't unknown for some people to not have wind as their main element. Hell, her father's main element was water, but they all had it somewhere. Much to everyone's surprise, however, the paper had absolutely no response to her. She visted doctor after doctor, but no one could find anything wrong. It appeared as though she lacked the ability to tap into and utilize chakra...she was crushed.
Her family comforted her as best they can, but there was only so much they could do. Her dream had come to an end, and that was that...or so she thought. In the few months to follow the heartbreaking discovery, Zeppelin fell into a slump. She lacked her usual chipper attitude and moped around the village, watching the other kids go off to train. That was, until one day and old man spotted her, face buried in her knees, across the street of the village academy. The two talked for a while, and Zeppelin told the man all about her troubles. The chakra paper, the doctors, everything just flowed out. The old man gave his beard a few strokes of thought and nodded. "Yes, I know what this is...You're just not elementally in tune. Taijutsu Specialists, Genjutsu Specialists, Medics. Yes many great ninja surpassed struggles like this and became great fighters." This news flooded the little girl with a rush of emotions. Turns out she wasn't broken after all. All she needed to do was find an area she'd be perfectly suited for. Her body wasn't built for Taijutsu, and she wasn't exactly the sharpest tool, so Genjutsu was off...but a medic? It was perfect for her. She'd be away from combat, so her "disability" wouldn't come into play, and she'd still be playing a vital roll. With hopes restored, she quickly rushed off to enroll in the academy's medical trainee program...and to give her family the good news. She may not have been just like daddy, but at least she could carry on the family legacy.
