Kain walks away with the memorized pokemon. "you know.. you'd think you would learn."

Entering a clearing, Isaac saw the Woobat, who was fighting with a Noibat over the half eaten sandwich. "HEY," Isaac yelled at the Woobat, who upon looking up and seeing the angry trainer charging at it, flew away before Isaac could catch him. As he turned around, Isaac saw that the Noibat was now happily munching on the sandwich, now that the competition was gone.

"I'm starting to get annoyed here," Isaac said retrieving the Pokeball containing his Magnemite and sending it into battle. "Thunderwave," Isaac called out. Electricity began arcing between the magnets on the Pokemon's sides, before pulsing out in a wave of energy. The electrical attack struck the Noibat, causing it to drop the sandwich, as it shuddered from the paralyzing current running through it's tiny form.

"Bloody hell," Isaac grumbled as he walked towards his fallen food, "All this trouble over a sandwich. At least you just have to hook onto the outlet at HQ whenever you are hungry," He said to his companion Pokemon, who was hovering after him, beeping in agreement.

Shaking off the paralysis, the Noibat lunged at the Magnimite, its furry maw gaping. The Bite attack latching on to the Magnemite, the magnet Pokemon let out a screech of pain as it tried to shake off the bat Pokemon. "Fine," Isaac growled, "If it is going to be like that. Magnemite, knock it off with Discharge!"

Once again, Magnemite began to gather an electrical charge. This time however, the charge was greater in strength, arcing from the magnets on the sides to the screws on the body. The Noibat's eyes widened in alarm, and it released its hold on the Pokemon as it attempted to fly out of range. the evasion attempt would come too late. Electrical energy radiated outward from the Magnemite, catching the bat Pokemon before it could get more than a couple of feet away. Crying out, the Noibat plummeted to the ground, unable to keep itself aloft. Recovering just in time to keep itself from crashing, the Noibat let lose with an ear splitting Screech.

Covering his ears, Isaac fell to his knees from the pain of the sonic attack. Shouting as loud as he could, he yelled, "Use Flash Cannon!' It seemed unlikely that anything could be heard over the screeching sound that seemed to be louder than anything that Isaac had ever heard before, so he was surprised when Magnemite began to rotate its magnets and gathering light energy within itself. 'I guess he must have had the same idea,' Isaac mused to himself, as his Pokemon released the collected energy as a beam aimed straight for the offending Noibat's mouth.

The beam of light energy caught the bat Pokemon on the nose, sending it tumbling backwards with a flash of dissipating energy. "Thanks for that," Isaac called out to his Magnemite, rubbing his ears trying to somehow get them to stop ringing.

As he looked at the Noibat's fallen form, the bat Pokemon struggling to regain its footing, he was suddenly struck with a massive realization. He was in the safari! He was supposed to be catching Pokemon!. Isaac groaned, as he smacked his head in realization of his oversight, "I'm a bloody idiot." He fished in the pocket of his hoodie for a moment before retrieving one of the Safari Balls he was given at the beginning of this whole mess, he threw it at the Noibat. "I really hope this works," he muttered to himself as the ball sailed towards the Pokemon, "My ears still hurt."

A similar troublesome Shinx appears in front of the two. "hey will you be nice and just leave us alone if I give you this?" Kain brings out a berry he found on the road earlier. grabbing the berry it runs away. "good."

Sitting in the grass the Cacnea cry's just out sight from Kain, hearing him walking by.

A gogoat eats same grass out of site. "well its been a long day of horrid situations hasn't it?" Kain says looking at Vindel. He nods at him and slumps back under Kains Hat. He decided to bring his red top hat with his sense the sun would hurt much too much, it does clash but he doesn't care right now.

with a sigh Kain continues on his journey. "what is wrong with me?". a speedy zigzagoon rushes by without even giving a look.

The Safari Ball bounced off the Noibat's wing, and with a red flash, drew it inside. After a moment or two of shaking, the ball went still with a 'click'. Isaac let out a sigh of relief at the successful capture, and at the knowledge that his ears were now safe from further torment. His Magnemite was bouncing around in the air, beeping with excitement over the victory. Standing up, Isaac walked over to retrieve the Safari Ball. Holding his new capture in his hand, he smiled. "All this trouble over a ..... MY SANDWICH!" He exclaimed, whirling around.

By this point the 'Sol' sandwich was in a rather sorry state. Half eaten and covered in saliva from the two bats who had tried to chow down earlier, it was no longer appealing to Isaac. Recalling his Magnemite, he bent down and picked up the remains of his lunch with a sigh. He looked mournfully at it for a moment, before smiling at an idea.

The Noibat seemed surprised to be let out of its ball so soon, and even more surprised as Isaac held the sandwich out for it. "Here," Isaac said, "Since you wanted it badly enough to fight for it, you can have it." Squeaking with delight the Noibat grabbed the offered food and sat on Isaac's shoulder, happily munching away, as the pair headed back to the safari entrance.
