Ashada is a healing soul who often acts as a mediator between people and their painful emotions, or a peacekeeper between individuals facing off against one another. He has created a magic that promotes Sorrow and Tears, something that is inked to Healing by way of assisting individuals through their grief and through their pain through cleansing methods.
Utilizing a moderate control of sleeping agents and magics, as well as a mixture of tinctures and spells to induce laughter and levity, Ashada heals by maintaining positivity whilst drawing on the pain and sorrow of his patients, or he plays the risk of being lost to the despair the magic works so intimately with.
His patients are kept calm or even put to sleep through various methods and are allowed to face their sorrows with a peaceful, distanced mind so that they can look upon them with more clarity. This craft can be used to manipulate feelings of sorrow and anguish into a target and even drive them to depression, self induced coma, and even death, though Ashada has very rarely used this blessing he has worked so hard to craft in such a cursed way.
Undeniably good natured, Ashada sees the best in even the most twisted of souls. He is willing to reach out to anyone who has a wish to save themselves – but more than that, Ashada will hold on to those who are too afraid to give up, and guide them to a reason other than fear to stay.
Yet even an angel of mercy has its limits, and when Ashada reaches his there is plenty of opportunity for cruelty. However, his spirit has thus far proved stronger than the potential for evil that lurks within him and the worst thus far that he has ever done – is walk away entirely. Which perhaps, in its own way, is far crueler than any act of violence could possibly be.
