Wow, such many negative things about americans!!
There actually are many negative things such as their ignorance, and often times stupidity...but ...
when many foreigners thnk of America the first thing they think about is...
HAMBURGERS!! Americans love food and money...
and they're obsessed with celebrities.
But there are good things such as contributions to music (rock music was invented in US)
and in science

It's pretty pseudo intellectual to leave offensive GENERALIZATIONS like that unjustified. It is not as if everyone outside America is a scholar with high-class moral. I guarantee it. D; Sorry for adding negativity, It's just painful to read some things in this thread!

Going waaaaaaaaay back to Guam and Puerto Rico, I mostly just think it's funny when people say they're sick of all the illegal immigrants from Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Guam. sweatdrop As for accents, one of our neighboring cities(and rival schools) has a totally different accent than us.(It is a generalization, actually one of my best friends lives there because he moved from our city.) Anyways, we make fun of them at school. xp

Yah, i agree ignorance and stupidity is universal. you can't confine it to one country or race of people. And american is still a young country, and it's somewhat lack of individual culture is caused by the blending of cultures from those who have immigrated here.. Since most countires have a distinct set of ethic groups, this results in uniform customs, language and traditions. America as a whole is not one ethnic set ( though it may have been if native americans weren't driven off their land)
