"Yes. It's hundreds and hundreds of shadowlings trying to rip you apart and usually succeeding." Tracey drawled, forgetting his perky, over friendly veneer thanks to sheer loathing of B0nez and his complete oblivious ignorance of how much of an annoyance he was. He'd done shadow run more times than he could count and just thinking about it made him ache with sheer need for fear. It derailed him and took his breath away, making him sit back up and curl against Ferros' hair again with a barely audible sound of distress. His wings mantled about him protectively, there was commotion in the room but everything seemed to recede jarringly, leaving him alone with the sensations.
"We can't do Sun run alone either." he winced and closed his eyes, adding quietly. "I wish we could."

"Sun Run's too easy," Roar snorted, glancing about the room for anything to eat. Since his prey had been taken away, he was growing bored, and Jerry would more than likely track him down soon.

Peyton made the biggest 'do not want' face when Dakatoa pulled her cap back up to smile at her, and the flush that had been fading suddenly flared scarlet before she reached out and smooshed her palm into his face to get him away from her.
How do you compliments? Peyton had no idea. She wasn't entirely used to receiving them from members of the opposite sex, or any sex..
Luckily Bix had her back, or at least an agenda that served to pull Dakota's attention away from her and onto himself. It left her alone to scuttle along the table top until she was on the other side of it, away from touching distance.

Even if bix had not sent that text yet, the noise levels coming from this corner of Deus was enough to attract the attention of a certain woman anyways. Curiosity was sometimes a good thing, but in this case... Ceres was not that sure to be honest.
Still she walked through the crowds, until she settled next to a familiar body. Looking across at the girl, she gave a friendly smile. "Dare i ask exactly what is going on, Candace?" Using her head to indicate towards the group, she could not stop herself from laughing too. While she didn't know what was so funny...laughter was contagious.

Peyton was lucky when Bix came to distract Dakota, because once the sun hunter invaded Dakota's space well..
"I SAID NO!" His voice was getting just a bit high pitched, looking around for anyone to save him. And he saw the text and he paled. "DON'T SEND THAT TO CERES BRO, SHE'S LIKE MY OLDER SISTER. SHE DOESN'T NEED TO KNOW THAT YOU'RE KISSING ME...."
Distress Dakota was distress how, even what...why.

Chama blinked and then looked thoughtful.
"I don't like to be torn apart..." She murmured and then folded her arms together, looking thoughtful. Her head turned to Roar and offered him a scowl too. Why were all the sun weapons so big? "I wish I could smash more things but I am too small of a weapon and Dakota uses me more for defense..." She flared sadly, her wings drooping. "I like fighting things better than defending things."

"OOoooooh!" Bix shoved his phone into his pocket, never sending the text. He gave Dakota a joking shove. "I see how it is.. Dakota only does gay stuff with Marcus." He had that picture saved. Should he get that out too?
Julie would have approved.
And then his Ceres-sense was tingling and glanced her through the crowd. "Oh thank god.. someone who finds me attractive.." He sighed in relief before once more pointing at Dakota. "You let me down bro. You let men down."

Dakota was so glad when Ceres popped up, pointing at Bix. "Ceres, you forgot something. Can you please take him back...." And away from Dakota please.
"The only disappoint is for you man, you and me are the only ones here to even remotely enjoy Candace doing anything." If he was going to do it, he was going to do it big. YOLO.

"It's true." Marcus had come to make sure Dis hadn't melted yet. Looking bored, and slightly amused, Marcus was rather calm about everything. "To my knowledge, the only man he's made out with has been me. But then I tend to be placed into situations I don't always agree with. Don't I Desidero?" The hunter hissed at his weapon, who was now staring at Ceres. Smiling. "Is Takeru about?" Marcus looked calm... in the sense one was about to murder their own weapon calm.
