Aila waved Danny off as she got up and began pulling her pants and vest on, making sure that her belt was tight before she slipped her boots on. "Don't worry about it." She said tightly, ignoring the protests of her injuries as she made her way outside to begin work for the day.

Danny sighed, but didn't stop her. Manga always said that unwanted help could be a hindrance. So she decided to help in a different way. Since Aila had refused help with the farm, the Skh'et took it upon herself to clean up the house. There wasn't much to clean; clearly Manga had done some deep cleaning before she left. But little things here and there. While the farmer was in the fields, she cleaned out the stables. When she'd washed up, she went inside to cook. The entire time she kept one eye and an ear out for Aila, just in case the other woman needed something.
