And Shouyin acted. With his right arm he'd grab at the back of Allen. Rosary, shirt collar, hair, whatever was closest is what he'd grab onto and pull at, forcing Allen back underneath the blades. Now while a sword strike didn't take much time to come down, the half-golem would be sure to hold him back and make sure he took it.

Apparently our hero wanted those pieces, and he didn't like Allen just enough to take them.

Accelerate. Then, while accelerated, a quick shift of his katana so that it was facing back towards him, and then sliding it between his body and one of his arms in a backwards stab. Aimed, of course, at Shouyin. Three seconds worth of movement were crowded into a single second, before speed slipped back down to normal.

Unless Shouyin could dodge in that single second, he'd have a katana blade going through his side or chest.

The half-golem's eyes were good, this had been proven many the time in Leviathan. Although, it wasn't like that mattered terribly, though it did account for Shouyin being able to discern Allen's attack, much as he'd caught such things with Vahn and his neoshift or whatever back in those innocent days. Obviously he'd seen Owle redirect herself to float above him, and even if his hearing wasn't as excellent as his eyesight, it was enough to know something was falling after him. As per the Anchor, he couldn't hear her mental scream, but meh.

In that one second of opportunity, he'd begin a hop backwards. The blade would pierce his side slightly, and he'd wince in pain while Owle landed on the dull end of the sword. Landing on both feet he'd look at Allen, green eyes burning. No actions as of yet, there was other s**t to deal with.

Two floating gauntlets snapped reins attached to the shell of a horse's head. Daggers, shields and armour plates flew back as invisible hoofs began their galop. It was moving fast, really fast. Run them through Fast. His enemies were nice enough to put themselves in a line, and he was the only one with momentum and a polearm.

Gauntlet leved the lance straight at allens chest, and since it had no arm to worry about it could avoid the unfortunate angle the massive horse put him at. Yes, soon the two foolish chalangers that fought amonst each other would be stuck together forver. Via "pinned together by bigass lance" means of eternal friendship.

Not wanting to take any chances, it let go of the reins with one gauntet. One hand would steer, while the other would go for the floating sword.

If Shouyin didn't do anything to stop her, Owle would soon fall off the blade and onto the floor. She was about the size of a basketball; she couldn't stay balanced on a blade for long without help. She would be out of the way of the lance, though she might end up in the way of the invisible hooves.
