"Yeah, and I was pissed until you called yourself an innocent bystander." She couldn't even finish the sentence with a straight face. "You certainly look like you're having a good time." Especially in comparison to Jerry and Melvin.

Melvin was beyond relieved that SOMEONE knew how to follow directions and go to jail without being put in it. Breathing out, he looked at Jordan and saw the man just staring at him, pissed. Considering he was woken up to come here and take a leave day, he could understand why. Did he care? Well, he wanted out of the cell more than anything so he was caring as far as that went and the after repercussions that were having someone see him in jail in the first place.
"Hello Jordan. Harrison. Candace." Melvin uttered, before hearing Rep and snaring a glare back at him. "Roped in? YOU brought me here! How the hell is that roped in? Last I heard, innocent bystanders didn't break tables."

"You broke a--my god.." Candace had to clamp a hand down over her mouth to keep from laughing anymore. Jordan looked more livid than she had ever seen him, and fortunately she had more respect for Jordan than to just--
Nope. She was laughing.

"It wisnae a ******** table, it was a bar counter ok. I just kicked the ******** table over trying to get to you." He didn't like being accused of breaking what he hadn't, if the table broke after he flipped it that was just incidental damage. Like the chairs that broke when he threw them out the window. For escape.

At the sudden arrival of Jordan and Candace, Jerry's face had gone crimson, shying back in the cell, "D-Don't give me THAT, Rep. I d-don't even know what I DID." He huffed, hurrying to the bars to try to peer through and see if Candace had also rescued his guitar.

Harrison yawned, and leaned against the police counter. He didn't look too out of it, thanks to the sunglasses. They'd let Jordan go on up ahead, and he'd promised to settle accounts, but he could hear them shouting greetings and accusations into the spartan, echoey hallways.
"Hi," he said back.
He took out his wallet, humming an out of tune How Much Is That Doggie In The Window under his breath.

Oh because a bar counter was so much better to break than a table! ******** she wanted to hear this story! What else had he done to get arrested?! And how was Jerry in involved in all of this? "Thank you for improving the situation with your clarification." She sighed and shook her head while she reached into her purse and took out her wallet.
"Hey there, Jerrbear." Candace greeted him with a smile, looking much better now. "You owe me for this, 'Kay?"
She heard Harrison behind them and she turned away from the jailbirds. "Did you get how much their bail's set at?"

"Well trying wasn't really helping because I sure as hell didn't see you around." Then again, his memory was rather foggy.

Jerry shrank back from the bars in embarrassment, twisting his hands,"I d-didn't get as far as how much Bail actually was..." How had this all even happened? He could feel the waterworks bubbling back up in his chest, but he kept them bottled- not in front of Candace.

"No, really. Shut up before you get another couple of charges tacked on and clean out our entire bank accounts," Jordan growled.

Rep cut himself off about to proceed on his rant and gave Jordan a baffled look. "Well someone has a case of the Mondays. And its no even Monday any mair."

Jordan's growl actually had Candace stopping to stare at him. Whoa...she had really never seen him this angry before. He was livid. On the one hand Candace wanted to see him explode because it would be something different, but on the other hand...
..No, Jordan would not be happy later.
"Rep," She said gently, looking from Jordan to Rep and back again. "I think for once it would be in your best interests to listen and cooperate." Did he seriously think he'd done nothing wrong? Maybe he was still drunk?

Harrison winced at Candace's question, and leafed through the bills.
"More than we can really ******** afford, " he muttered.

"That's just great," Jordan muttered, and stepped aside for the officer on duty to unlock the cell, which the man did with a lazy swagger that said he was in absolutely no hurry and didn't really care if anyone was unhappy about it, and might, in fact, take great delight in having an excuse to pin something else on this particular group of strangers.
Jordan fixed the delinquents in question with a glare that said you'd better not.
