[ [Entering tower]] Just as he entered the Tower, all sounds vanish. Be it the sound of wind, steps, his own breathing, even his heartbeat. This unnatural silence strikes fear into him. Is he still alive? Or has he died upon entering the Tower? He has read the plate nailed on the door, but after experiencing it firsthand, the 'Silence'[Absence of Voice] is certainly not the same as he has thought it would be. No point standing here. He is halfway up the Tower now. Other peoples that departed before him has already passed through the door. Some kind of light passes from that door-is there any kind of illumination in the room behind the door? Suddenly, there was a Voice. Given the location he's currently in, it must be 'IT'. 'IT' sounds displeased and disappointed. "You dare take the powers of the others, when I created you, gave you purposed, and promised you a Kingdom. You dare raise your punitive claws against me? Even reforged you will never be on the same level that I am."What...did 'IT' mean with that?Rei isn't sure. At all. What did 'IT' meant with 'against'? He's already 3/4 way up, but his calves started to hurt from all that running. Strangely, he haven't ran out of breath. Did this tower made him resistant to fatigue? The door spoke of sacrifice and she laughed at it. What was this compared to what she had offered earlier? This was a joke, a mockery to her at this point. "I gave up sound and life all together when I took that bullet, then some white tower brought me back. Why all this 'sacrifice' come out and face us Voice, Pride, whatever you are."

It was cool and quiet inside the Tower, Mengyao hesitating only a moment before he took the first step. He would give up his hearing; there was nothing left to hear, after all.

It sounded annoyed, but it wasn't the only one. Mengyao gave a derisive snort he couldn't hear.

The child stumbled, unaccompanied by the sound of the scuffle. Unburdened by the sound of his misstep. It felt almost unreal. As though he could cease to exist in this lack of sound. He could still feel the tower rumble, deep in his heart, and shake under his feet, but it carried no weight. Like he was floating, not walking... And then there was the Voice. He was wrong, this was not the tower of Elysian calling him home. This was the one who had created him. Made him an empty reflection, nothing more. The child felt fear then.
