Slash stepped forth upon hearing his name. He never trailed too far from Hexynia. On the rare occasions he did stray from her it was when his Goddess wished privacy or to check on their children. Faintly he bowed to her, lowing his head in submission. "Yes, my Goddess? What can I do for you?"

Slash had only seen a glimpse of Tyche here and there. Rumors mostly were what reached his ears of the alien God. The thought of meeting him face to face was an interesting prospect he had not thought to ever occur. Yet there was other Gods, new ones, whom, without a doubt could be useful to his Goddess. "As you wish, My Goddess. I will see what interaction I can get from the alien." He tilted his head and smirked a bit. "I can't say how readily he'll speak whatever secrets he holds but if anything useful comes from him I'll be sure to return to you and let you know." He paused a moment. "I will also make a visit to the Love God. I believe I saw one of his offsprings outside of the temple here not too long ago. I wonder what they were doing here." He crossed his arms and swayed his tail in thought. Eyes closed Slash tapped his foot for a few beats. "It's problematic that a good portion of potential allies holed themselves up in that dark void."

Slash nodded. "A good idea, my Goddess." Eyes open he looked at her with a small smile. "I believe I last saw Rend heading towards the carnival. As for Sear, he was patrolling the outskirts on the temple not too long ago." He knew that it was pointless to tell their sons to stay put. Too many times when they were younger he told them to stay put only to eventually find them out and about. Personally he understood the need and desire to roam. It was painful to be caged up like some sort of beast. Even if the temple was roomy and spacious. "I do not think they are in harm's way at the moment though. They should be safe."

Slash nodded and soon bowed again. "I will, My Goddess. I will not let you down." And with that he waited a few seconds, giving her another small smile before retreating off to go make preparations for his next few encounters.

Slash slowly wandered into the temple. He seemed preoccupied by his thoughts as he knelt down before the alter and bowed his head in respect. "My Goddess... I return with some information from the Extraterrestrial."It wasn't an large amount of information but the way the God worded it... it was like a bombshell was dropped upon Slash. He had no idea how much of it his Goddess knew or didn't, but still he wished to report while it was fresh in his mind.

Relieved when Slash saw his Goddess step forth, a smile appeared on his face. These small moments where she showed her more caring side, although minute and rare, Slash treasured. He truly loved his Goddess, unconditionally, in every aspect of the meaning.

"He claims that the Cursed were once like us. That history repeats itself. That there are five Cursed Gods whom were all wronged by our kind. That it drove them to hate us enough to try and start their own world. Yet they are just as divided as we..." Slash paused, still not fully able to comprehend the thought of them being once on equal footing. All.. normal.

"There was a disagreement of sorts which caused this whole thing to escalate to what it is today. I fear... from the way he spoke... it was going to happen again. I believe that's why he stepped in to talk to you, My Goddess, and the other two Gods. I don't know why but... I feel that he was warning me. Warning us. Everyone. I..." He sighed and rubs the side of his face in frustration. He was never one to lose his cool like this but he just couldn't believe those things are the same deep down inside. He couldn't believe that they were in the process of making a mistake that was made a long time ago. He couldn't believe it. Or perhaps didn't want to believe.

Slash watched the expression change on Hexynia's face as she spoke. It changed from the usual to something unnatural for his fearless Goddess. She seemed gravely concerned with the matter at hand. Yet Slash himself was still trying to understand it all. He was unaware of what life was like before his placement in this world. Though it seemed the other Gods knew of what was before. Without another second wasted the hellhound bowed to Hexynia. "As you wish, My Goddess. I will not let you down."

He would venture forth to speak to Syrridan next.
