"Yeah, Lugias aren't very common around here." Lizzie said in a sarcastic tone. The concept of meeting a Lugia wasn't very startling with her, considering that she had known Psywater for a very long time. "And I came here to find the legendary Pokemon. Why else?" Lizzie answered Remmy's other question. "Did you see it when we were at that Ranger's hut? It didn't look like a Lugia. That I know."

Psywater let out a low growl at Squeek's taunts, wishing that he could do something. Well, maybe he could. He opened his mouth and let out a stream of water to knock that Emolga off of the human's head and soak him silly.

Koorie snapped her head to where she was being adressed and raised an eyebrow, then frowned deeply. "If anyone does take him up on one of those, we will be the ones left cleaning up the mess." Granted it would have been interesting to see how low she could have made the price drop.

Hesitating for a moment, she took the gloved hand of the other's and gave it a firm shake. "Koorie. Koorie Shizuku." She jerked her head towards the Vulpix at her side. "And Miu."

After the prissy Glameow shooed him away Miles recognized a pokemon he'd seen before on Dave's travels and bounded over to say hello. Of course, he had to leave and return with his trainer, who he dragged along by a good grip on the blonde's leg. He didn't want them to get left behind. "Mileth, what'th got you tho - Oh." He stood and looked the smaller trainer over. "Hi," he said, reaching a hand behind his head to rub at the base of his neck as he fell into step with the group.

"Unfortunately, I've learned that those who are truly responsible hardly take charge of their own mistakes." Koorie wiped her hand on her pants and shrugged. "You'd assume right; we're probably all here for the same reason."

Miu watched with her ears pressed back, then perked them forward and relaxed a little. She stepped forward and sniffed at Lexis, tails twitching.

Tiger's eyes widened and he stared after the Glameow. Well that was new...Dante's never acted like that and I've barked at him tons. He thought. He watched her walk away with a quirked brow, wondering what in the world that was about. All he did was say hello. He would have to remember to ask Dante, Cara's Persian, why that Glameow acted like that. After all, they were both cat pokemon.

Cara had looked over towards Tiger when she heard the bark and following, rather loud 'meow' and managed to see her somewhat stunned Arcanine staring after a Glameow that was walking away from them. She couldn't help but giggle and wrap an arm around Tiger's neck and hug him. "Don't worry buddy, I don't think that one was entirely your fault. I don't think Miss Kitty over there is a big fan of dogs"

The offer, despite being somewhat tempting, was most certainly out of Osmond's price range. When the farmer glittered a pair of persuasive eyes in the officer's direction, he avoided eye contact, and carried himself onwards, ignoring how much he'd hate himself incredibly for his choice later. It was only Marlo would seemed to go fully for the choice, money or not. He was tugging on his trainer's pants legs again, groaning and sighing. Heck, if Osmond didn't want to ride it, he would! Though they'd only marched a short distance, walking had become a pain for the Raichu. When even his own attempt at convincing Osmond was out the ballpark, Marlo chagrined and carried on with the cop, following the crash and swell of the Rinual Mountains brigade.

The offer was tempting, but after watching the Duduo's for a few minutes, Jade was thinking of passing on them. She knew that she would be able to barter him down, if she wanted to, but she just wasn't sure that they'd be of much use. They seemed to be unwieldy beasts, and she couldn't imagine them being useful if the path grew steeper.

On the other hand, maybe she shouldn't pass one up. Even if she didn't end up riding one, she could lead it, and it could carry packs, or someone who ended up injured. Hmm. Maybe it was a good idea, and it wasn't like she couldn't afford it. Being a pirate did have it's perks.

This was incredible problematic. She could see a use for them, but she really wasn't sure if she wanted one or not. Oh, why not. What could it hurt?

She made her way over to the man, intending on bartering him down as far as she could manage. If she was going to have one of these Duduo's, she was going to get the best deal out of him.

Lexis smiled and pulled the pokedex out of her pocket and scanned the willing little Vulpix. "Thank you Miu." She said and checked to make sure it had properly recorded before putting it back in the deep voluminous pockets, standing up.

Glamour tipped her head, and brought a paw to her mouth, licking it clean as she waited. She twitched her ears and ran up her human, curling on one shoulder like a little queen. "Glameow."
