Tray looked at Beck then at Toby, she recognized when the Prince was annoyed. She walked up and put her hand to his shoulder. "Easy now Toby, you can tell us more about yourself later, alright? We have plenty of time." After that she walked passed the two and headed for the camp walking faster then both of them.

Beck let out a small sigh of relief and shot her a 'Thank you!' look before following. Toby blinked and nodded before walking after them with a small frown, putting his hands in his pockets before following them. A few minutes later they all arrived at the camp. A few other guys were up practicing their swordplay. One guy saw Beck and smiled, disarming his opponent and placing the tip of the sword at his throat before lowering it and holding out his hand. The two shook and set down their things as he walked up to Beck. "Sir. I'm sorry if I'm intruding on anything but would you please spar with me? I know you are good with a blade but I'm curious with your fists." Beck looked at the man and chuckled with a nod. "Sure. But after I've eaten." With that Beck looked at a few cooks. "Tray...please show Toby around the camp. It's a bit bigger than he might think." with that he walked over to the food area and grabbed a plate that was ready, taking a fork as well before he walked over to a few tables and sat down, starting to eat.

Tray nodded at Beck before looking at Toby and directed him to follow her. "Okay Toby, now you can tell me about yourself if you want. Unless you would rather have food first?" She asked as the neared the small mess hall tent, the wave of fresh food was already reaching her nose.

Toby looked at her and nodded. "Let's have some food first and then you can tell me about yourself." with that he walked towards the smell of food. Toby was a few inches taller then Beck, had a rather bulky body and his hair was brown and spiked. He looked at Tray over his shoulder and smirked a pearly white smile. His hazel eyes looked at Tray as he said "I'd like to know you a bit more."

Tray sighed and she shook her head at the boy. "My name is Tray that's all you need to know about me Toby." She said as she folded her arms. "Just have yourself something to eat then I'll finish showing you around alright?"

Toby frowned and nodded, walking over to the line and getting two plates that came with utensils. He then walked over to Tray and held out one of the plates. "Just in case you get hungry." he said with a small smile.

Tray gently took the plate from him then. "Thank you Toby." After that she walked over to start dishing her plate up. She was rather hungry.

Toby smiled and sat beside her, beginning to eat as well. "So...what did William mean by battle?" he asked after taking a small bite of the pork. Needless to say he was rather surprised at how hungry Tray was. But in his eyes she was still a beautiful woman, no matter what. ----------------------------------------------------------- Beck finished his food with a satisfied smile and got up, slowly stretching as to not hurt himself too much. The prince grabbed his empty bowl and gave it to one of the washers before walking over to the large circle that held his opponent within its inner lines. "Well. I'm fed and ready to go soldier." Beck said as he began to stretch.

Tray looked at Toby when he sat down beside her then looked at her food. She said nothing as she ate her food. "He'll explain more about it during the briefing tonight." She said.

Toby looked at her and nodded, eating a bit more before asking "So Tray...what do you like to do?" with that his eyes were looking at her, waiting for a response. Toby ignored the sudden cheering of a crowd outside the tent. -------------------------------- The soldier ran towards Beck and threw a right hook, which Beck ducked and threw an uppercut, pushing him back with a left jab and dashing forward, dealing a heavy right straight. The soldier was hit and took a step back and looked as an elbow came and got him on the forehead. Beck then threw a low punch to the man's stomach and wrapped his forearms around the man's neck, kneeing his stomach a few times before letting go and pushing the man with a small smile. "You are a heavy hitter aren't you?" asked Beck as the man stumbled back and tripped, panting and wiping the blood from his forehead with a nod. The crowd that formed around the two cheered with each blow that Beck delivered. "Yes...but I see you like to chain attacks." with that he rolled up his sleeves and legs to show wrappings. He took them off and tossed them to the floor with a rather loud thump. They were weighted bracelets. "Now that I know what to expect...the battle is now mine." grinned the soldier as he began to dash towards Beck.

Tray sighed mentally in her head with annoyance. This was the time then, where just about every recruit Beck found made a play on her or at least tried to get close to her. It was unavoidable since the majority of the solders were men anyway but she always hated this part of the recruitment. She tolerated it with Beck because of course he was the prince but the rest of the men, she simply grew tired of it all. She took a bite of her food before answering. "I don't like to do anything." She put simply, which was really true, in these troubled times Tray found it difficult to find anything fun.

Toby blinked and chuckled, eating a bit more of the food before saying "Well then let's find something fun to do." he said and gently took Trays hand, standing up and throwing away his bowl before starting to walk towards the opening of the tent. ------------------------------- Beck dodged and blocked the man's attacks with ease. Once the man threw a right the Prince spun in him and grabbed the wrist and forearm, spreading and planting his feet for stability as he threw the man. The soldier landed on his back with a thud and gasped for air as it all was pushed out of his lungs only to be replaced by pain.

Tray blinked in surprise when Toby took her hand and started to walk her out of the tent she didn't even finish her food. What was with this boy? Normally by now her cold shoulder would start to be noticed and who ever was trying to get to know her would get the hint and back off. But Toby, either he just wasn't noticing or he was that determined.

Once they were out of the tent the people began to disperse as Beck was the winner. No injuries for him like usual. Beck was picking up the guy he beaten after a handshake and took him to the medic tent before walking into his own for the battle plans. Toby was walking through the crowd, holding onto Tray's hand as he went. Once they got into a clearing Toby turned to Tray and let go of her hand with a pearly white smile. "Now what do you like to do?" he asked again, but this time in a more curious manner. He asked so he could get a grasp at what she liked and make something fun accordingly. "We all need to have fun sometimes." he added.

Tray sighed and folded her arms. "I don't do fun." she repeated. To her he was being far too persistent, it made her a little suspicious, especially since he took her to a clearing with no onlookers. "And I don't see this as the time or place to talk about this."
