The cycle of eyes growing larger and larger was fortunately broken, and Canon blinked, the surroundings of the office coming back into focus. When the ghoul called out to her, Canon perked up immediately, delighted to meet some new. Who was possibly a hypnotist. Canon scampered over, and politely jabbed her tail in the direction of the pink ghoul, and the two boils with her. "Well met! I'm Canon Indy!" she said, beaming. "Are you here for the job, too?" Dragain Sleep well! I've got to get ready for work now.

And then Lizzy started to sparkle. It was enough to make Shun take a step back and away from her. It was unsettling whenever she did that. Seriously. His eye twitched a little at the sight as well. "I was here before you arrived," he said, finally speaking up. Though, his attention soon shifted to the one who introduced herself as Canon. With the way she was beaming, he was a little leery that she might start sparkling herself. Thankfully, this wasn't the case. "Shun Kuroda," he said quietly, giving his name in turn. As for the question, he just nodded in response to it. The Reaper was still somewhat leery of those he wasn't as familiar with. It was always hard to tell what new faces around could be true students versus wolves in sheep's clothing. Or so to speak.

Lizzy had to admit that while Canon's eye was amazing, her tail was even more amazing... A tail that might even rival Levi's! She had never seen a tail quite like that, and she found herself curious about the type of monster that she was... Would it be rude of her to ask outright?
"It's nice to meet you, Canon!" She greeted again, sounding the most cheerful that she had been since her arrival at the school office. At the question, she nodded in reply, "I am! I think most of us are... I wonder if it's a job that's big enough for all of us to be hired?"
The advertisement did not say a lot... It was also a suspicious looking ad, now that she thought about it.
"No, Shun, I meant when did you arrive back in school?" She asked, tilted tilted at an angle.Zee Oddwyn Aww ;; Have a good day at work! I shall check back tomorrow~

A part time job... now that was something Verusha could get behind! Hey she liked to go to the maul, or concerts, and the like, so some extra bucks would certainly come in handy! Maybe she could even get that new mp3 that she'd seen last time she went to the electronic's store! So it was to no surprise that the reaper had made her way to wait in the office with... the various other students who seemed up to the challenge as well. Slightly surprised, but not entirely, from the turnout, the ghoul wore a confident grin, her firedog looking rather disgruntled about the mass amount of students in one place... how annoying.. and crowded!

It seemed there was quite the hullabaloo about this whole part-time job fiasco. Honestly the Nergal boil, fresh from his exams, could use something to do.
Sharra stretched his arms out, to let fingertips rest behind his head, winding into dirty blonde strands. "Hey all..." He greeted the assembbled students as a whole, and goodness there were quite a few of them. Apparently the lure of a little extra pocket change was a strong, siren-like call. "Geeze..." From what he understood, there likely weren't enough jobs available to go 'round. "Huh..." musing aloud, the demon chuckled softly, "wonder what sort of talents they're looking for in an applicant, now really..."
The job posting seemed vague.
And desperate. Just a bit of desperate there.

The wall was so nice and comfy, not work related at all, that Belladonna half considered just leaning against it for the rest of the day. Surely they would ask her what her job was and she would reply with the straightest of faces that it was to keep this wall standing. Mostly because she really, really didn't want to do the work she was sure she'd have to. Which really begged a variety of questions about why she had even bothered to show up, desperate to make her own way or not. Thankfully all these were curtailed by the sight of Gene and more notably her very fabulous looking scarf. With all the finesse of some terrible ocean dwelling creature that swims through its brethren to seek out the one it wants to devour, Belladonna made her way between the crowds of people until she was standing awkwardly close to the ghost ghoul. "That is a magnificent scarf. I can't knit at all and I've tried!" Obviously that was an indicator of how very difficult the task was. "But you do it so well..." The witch trailed off in her praise to instead turn her biggest, most glittery eyes to Gene for no other reason than she could and that Gene was her friend and rather good at knitting and that scarf was so lovely and she wanted someone to talk to. All truly fabulous reasons, really.

Xiu's question took Alex a little aback, though the large smile never left his face even in his slight confusion. "Van Rotte, of course! I never told you that?" Oh well, he shrugged it off, sure that if he had told her that she'd probably just forgotten. Frost was getting tag teamed by some very huggy ghouls and Sophie was asking him a question so he turned his attention back to her. "Job? Is that what everyone's here fo---" He caught sight of a short and unhappy looking red head not all that far away, and it was strange to see her looking so....not cheerful? And not socializing either. He would have frowned if he still had the capability to do so. "BELLADONNA!" He shouted towards her cheerfully. "Come and meet my sister!" Anybody who was still questioning who the zombie ghoul was now would know the answer. AyeAvast hi sorry my phone submitted before I could preview and edit ddjfjffkggkhjgkfh

"EEEEPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!" Joachim let out rather ghoulie shriek as he clutched his sides and fell to one knee. He din't expect anyone to attack him while he was in the office, in fact as far as he was aware he didn't even know anyone in the room. His eyes were wide as he took in a few deep breathes of air trying to still his over beating heart, "What what... who..." He peered over his shoulder in fear until he realized he recognize the face of the culprit that had molested him. "Muka.... is that you...?" With this recent, or possibly long term considering the last time they had meet, weight gain Joachim almost didn't recognize his friend. Merel on the other hand squeaked happily waving her little paw at him.

And suddenly, Belladonna was in her face. How could the ghost ghoul tell without even having to look at her face? Well...Gene only knew of one ghoul who was so...blessed in the entire school, and that was the little Witch. She gave a smile at the ghoul, perking up visibly as she saw her old friend.
"Bells! Hi!" She chirped, pulling the ghoul down to sit next to her. She giggled as she looked towards the object that the Witch was so fascinated with. "Oh? I just found a tutorial on GooTube, and...well I guess it just came naturally." A giggle as she wrapped the half finished product around Bella's neck, biting her lip a little as she figured out measurements. About another foot would do.
"This one's for you, m'kay? You have to promise you'll wear it." She eyed around the room, picking her next target. Ah, Mei!
"Mei! C'mere!" She called out, all smiles. Oh, so many scarves to make, so many friends to keep warm!

Clearly Terra and Chaya were a match made in hea--Halloween. And Frost just got dragged into the middle of it. The poor boil. "I will have to cook for both of you!" Because she had missed out on the bacon. But she would not mind! She would add bacon in her meal!

Big, round, amazed eyes. Chaya's tail started wagging double-time; anyone nearby was liable to get smacked by overenthusiastic spectral hound tail. "Will you cook bacon?" Chaya breathed, in a voice normally reserved for unholy visitations.

"N-Night you friggin' s**t! Let go!"
Night's 'greeting' was returned with the usual flailing of arms and stammering. Just like all the times before. In truth, the black dog hadn't expected to encounter Night here, in fact, he didn't expect to see the black cat anytime soon and still greeting him like old times. Seeing him here and now... it was almost like nothing had changed. But it had and just when they were starting to get along.
"I'm just looking." He grumbled out, sliding out from under the black cat's arms and fixing his scarf.
If it hadn't been for the horsemen and that stupid gem, they probably would have been good friends. But even now, there it was, hanging there like some sort of prize. In spite of its seemingly harmless appearance, Tybalt regarded the gem as a taint. Night had shown it to him once before and during their fight something had come over Night. Something dark and corrupt, no doubt caused by that very gem.

The last thing West needed was money. He had seeds pouring out of every orifice—or credit cards at the very least—and as long as his parents didn't disown him for not visiting in more than a year, he was pretty much set as far as cash was concerned. Even if they did cut him off, he had plenty of possessions to sell and an uncle he could stay with after he graduated, at least until he got on his feet. No, he didn't need the promised money. He needed companionship. He needed cheer. He needed hugs. From everybody.
They were horrible, these sweater-making, hug-giving, red-and-green-wearing urges, but the boil had found that if he remained calm and didn't demand that the Christmassy feelings mingle with his own natural wrath, they were at least tolerable. And it... helped to be around students, so here he was.
The demon might have been JOY-afflicted, but that didn't make him any more outwardly social, despite the whole hugging thing. He entered the office with a small, forced smile on his face, his brows simultaneously furrowed in frustration. Everything would be fine. He would just stand here soaking it in for a few minutes, and then he'd be on his way.
