This ram would not get the best of her. She tied her fluffy cute sweater around her waist in order to have better control over the situation.
"You and I... we were destined to meet," she told the ram. "And I will defeat you in combat, mark m--"
The ram, unlike idiot superheroes in many movies, took advantage of the budding monologue to ram Amarus in the face. Hahaha puns.

Amarus was now slightly dizzy.
"That was very dishonourable," she muttered, before going after the ram with enthusiasm again. Looks like that worked a lot better than launching into serious-monologue-mode.

This is it. The ramocalypse.
Not really, but it was a face-off again. And in the last moment, Amarus was bested by a jack-damned ram.
Well, looks like she had defeated Tseng to restore her honour... and now she had lost to a ram. This seemed more of a step backwards than a step forwards.
Or was it? At least the ram wasn't mostly naked and screaming EXTREMELY.

Than just knew he was going to be terrible at this. The Fae-Hound tried his best to glower at the ram that he'd decided would be his. Tossing the lasso was the seemingly easy part, as then the thing decided to pull with all it's strength, causing the pup to yelp and dig his heels in, clawed fingers rather desperately circling the rope. "COME BAAAAAAAAAAAACK!" He wailed, wondering why on earth the ram wouldn't like to come along. It was much nicer at home than in this pen.

Growling in determination, the Fae-Hound yanked with all of his might, and the ram gave rather suddenly, jerked backwards towards the fence. Well! That was progress. With a sharp-toothed grin, Thannas continued to tug on his rope. So help him, he was going to catch this stubborn ram! >8C

With that gust of determination, Than was able to pull the creature back again on his next attempt, good eye squinting with exertion. If he could just pull the ram back a liiiiiiiiiiittle bit further, then they'd be able to catch the silly creature. "C'monlike...." Than whispered, "Than would like to pet thee, silly creatureling!" This ram clearly did not understand what was good for it.

It was a true contest of wills going on here.
Apparently Than's coaxing had done little more than to annoy and vex the creature, and the ram dug in its heels and pulled with all his might, causing the Fae-Hound to once more be flattened against the boards. "Than is NOT pleased!" He grumbled, trying to wrap the rope further about his hands, something that was likely to result only in dismay and rope-burn.

It was a true moment of glory, the ram straining from its end, the pup from his own, claws and hooves similarly dug into the ground beneath them.
And then the rope snapped, sending the pup tumbling with a yelp as he ended up on the ground in a pile of cerulean robes and over-stressed twine. Snuffling faintly, he very carefully unwound the ropes from his palms, noting the ripped, reddened skin from doing so. He was definitely going to have to try that again later, when his fingers hurt less.

Nessa wonders back over to the fence where she had been the day before and got the cute little sticker posted on her forehead. She was ready to gives this another try but she wasn't sure if she should try the other method of wrestling with the rams since the one before failed. " aww why not." she mumbled to herself taking out 10 silver seeds and placing them in the box. She takes off her new sweater and drapes it over the fence. THIS IS IT, STUDENT TO MINIPET!My HP:25/30.
