Mori could hear the ranting of the guy about the tools. Tensing, hunching over afraid if he were asked something. Glad when Kirito passed it off as the men being drunk, delirious or something. Groaning lightly just from any touch on the recent bruises, they still stung as was evident since they only just occured. "T-thank you...Kirito..." Bringing his arm across his stomach, his hand resting gently on his side, he rubbed it a little. He'd been kicked in the side hard, at least he didn't think there were any broken ribs, since he was pretty sure he'd be in double the pain then. "Kirito...I shouldn't stay here...you...you could have been killed by those guys and they only came here looking for me." Hanging his head.

Mori pouted, "But...It's bad having me here." Defensive about it, he didn't want to add more trouble to anything, or have anyone like Kirito hurt. Feeling a knot in his stomach about this, and the way Kirito was speaking. Being pulled in for a hug, he burrowed against Kirito a bit, hugging onto him. It didn't seem to change anything with how he'd tried to debate this, to argue he shouldn't be here, when Kirito got so into it, that he wanted to protect him. He never had anyone like that, say something like that about him, that wanted to do that. "K-Kirito...thank you....You...don't know how much that means...hearing that." saying quiet as he'd clung onto him again. Trembling a little sniffling, tears had rolled down from under the bandages. It stung still but he couldn't hold back crying, he wasn't sad it was just this was..a lot. And what's more was he wanted to tell Kirito...about him, what he was and could do but he wasn't there yet...not ready to tell.

Mori felt him wipe the tears that had first trailed down his cheeks. And he felt them moistening into the bandages, one free hand finding the part where the bandage had been clasped down and tugged unraveling it. The wetness on it was bugging him. Keeping his eyes shut, still burrowed against him. He'd let go when Kirito had to clean his neck off and cover it. He'd been surprised by that request. Sniffling, it'd been a moment then he nodded, "I...I'd like that, I don't think I'd be able to sleep otherwise," after the event that had happened. Still feeling on edge like Kirito. He felt the air against his eyes, since he'd pulled off the bandages.

Mori curled up close against Kirito when he felt him lay down next to him. His head resting against his chest, listening to the nice soothing rhythm of his heartbeat, as he was hugged on cuddled close. "Goodnight Kirito, you too, sleep well." He just lay there, not realizing as he listened to his heartbeat, cuddled into the warmth of Kirito's, that he'd started to lull off to sleep. Breathing softly, slipping off to sleep.

It was awhile into the night, in the background of Mori's mind, things were stirring. Whining in his sleep, "Noooo," he saw that scene play over, more vividly then he expected the creeps there, but it had been different than what had happened, it was spiraling out of control. He saw Kirito hurt worse than what had happened, and things just went red, he'd attacked the nigthmare the same way he had those thugs, and things reversed back years to another incident where a similar thing had happened. He'd been knocked to the ground, being beaten and he was little, he had known what he was doing but wanting this to stop, he'd snapped and saw the perpetrators laying dead. It jumped ahead, he saw Kirito there, hurt like the thugs, as if Mori had done that to him. Gasping, Screaming, Mori jolted up, "NO STOP IT!" Scrambling up, he'd smacked into the wall where the bed was flush up against, hitting the back of his head on it. Crying, curling up shaken, still having the images stuck in his head. "KIRITO!" Sobbing.

Mori trembled when he'd been pulled close to Kirito. Hearing him, his words breaking through his thoughts. It had woken him after a bit, but he shook, sobbing, clung to Kirito. "Kirito, kirito." Feeling him there, very real very okay from what he could tell. It had just been a nightmare, "N-nightmare...y-yea, just...a nightmare." agreeing shaken in his arms, the rocking slowly calming him. His eyes were open, still no vision but it had hurt less this time opening them, and he just...it was habit needing to feel that, opening his eyes when he'd looked to see if Kirito was alright. He couldn't see him he knew, but he still had to do that. Closing them again, "I-I'm sorry...Kirito...I'm sorry I-I woke you..."

went to baby cousins christening...still at reception party thing lol...tired...and liquered lol i had one drink but it got me all @.@...i think the person making em overdid it...put too much.))

Mori clung on sobbing lightly. moving one hand wiping the tears. "i...you...weren't here...i mean...you were...those guys...i saw worse then what had happened." meaning he had the nighmare of those guys suceeding in their task but also cost kirito his life. "there...was just...red..." the blood. trembling curling up against kirito. "i...dont want that to ever happen...im...glad it was just a bad dream." he neglected to add in that other memory of his.

Mori nodded as he'd been clung to Kirito. Curling up, he'd taken a bit to fall back to sleep. He heard Kirito's soft breathing as he'd nodded off, Mori following soon after. Nestled in against him, it seemed that any nightmares hadn't stirred up at least, so he slept peacefully now. Staying curled up even after Kirito had woken. He heard the rustling around, waking and had jumped a little. "Kirito?" Calling out, wanting to make sure it was alright still here.

Mori heard Kirito, relaxing a bit. Smiling hearing his suggestion, "Uh....Alright, that sounds good." Chuckling lightly with his hair being ruffled. "Right...guess fresh air would be best, can't lay around here all day." Smirking a bit. "So yea let's." He'd come in on certain days to go to the market for veggies so he knew how it was, but it'd still be nice to go again.
