Suddenly she was kissing him and he reciprocated as his body leaned toward hers and his arms wrap around her as they held the kiss as his eyes briefly fluttered closed and then when the kiss had finished and he stared at her right as her lips opened to talk...
They were interrupted.
Dark green eyes actually gave an indignant flash of annoyance instead of pushing away from Freya or behaving guiltily, instead he hugged the ghoul tighter for the moment before he pulled back a bit and he stared at her, "..What? Still not done," he said coolly, "not like we were doin' any hankypanky in here," he just leveled a stare.
He was not ashamed at all of kissing Freya in public or even showing affection, as far as he saw it they didn't go overboard. "We're almost done."
Shoo. Go away, store clerk.

She did not go away.
Freya stared at the woman, wondering what she could be thinking, just standing there staring at him. She wasn't embarrassed either, but the amount of time she'd spent being stared at was making her feel a little awkward. Finally, she decided to break contact, and pulled away from Kettil to slip back into the dressing room.
"Is fine." She whispered. "I'll change back, and we can goes."
Now she kind of didn't want to buy any of the clothing from this sto-oops wait just kidding she totally still did.

Kettil grunted in response to Freya's words but he let her go so they could get done and just leave this place. He crossed his arms and still stared holes into the shop clerk without any sort of guilt for it. It was her fault for being a prude - as he viewed it.
Plus she ruined a perfectly wonderful moment between him and Freya. She'd been about to say something and now it was lost or so it seemed. He waited faithfully for Freya outside of her little curtain refusing to budge.
He would almost be on his best behavior for Freya's sake so she could show back up at the store but that wouldn't stop him from plotting some things and possibly doing them while Freya was busy with the transaction...

Freya took longer than she needed, to put her outfit back on. This may have been because it was made with lots of little snaps and buckles that needed to be reattached, but in truth, it was because she hoped the woman would just go away before she had to leave. And sure enough, the woman rolled her eyes at Kettil's display and sauntered back to her post. Freya peeked her head out of the curtain as she snapped her belt back into place, and looked down the hall.
"Is she gone?"

Kettil rolled his eyes right back at the retreating figure not caring if she saw or not. As far as he was concerned her authority meant nothing to him. He was all about respecting staff of shops but this lady had been a bit troublesome since they'd gone into the dressing room. As tilted his head back and smiled, "All clear," he announced cheerfully.
"Everything in one place?" He asked back at her, it was almost disturbing how his expression went from cloudy to cheerful within a matter of seconds.

Freya breathed a sigh of relief and pulled the curtain away. "Ja! All ready! Okays, I am takings.." She started to put the ones she was buying in one pile, and the ones she wasn't in another. It was clear that one was far smaller than another.. she would be begging her father for forgiveness when he saw the bill later that month.
So, nothing new, really.
She picked up the smaller pile, the ones she wasn't taking. "I go gives these to her. Be right back." She leaned up on her tiptoes, and kissed him. When she sashayed away, she hugged the clothes in her arms without realizing it.

He nodded a bit at her as he gave her a small kiss and a grin, "I'll be here," he promised in his usual chipper tone. He will be here the entire time.
Kettil watched her leave and waited until he was sure that the store clerk would be engaged in some sort of conversation - his time was brief and thus he couldn't really spend too much time planning or really doing much of anything but what he could do?
The Muut idly stepped foot out of the dressing rooms and gave a gander about and the first thing that caught his eye was a pair of female mannequins, he carefully shifted the pose of one to make it seem like that it was spanking the other and then messed up the clothing on the both of them. He wasn't going to destroy store property but he was certain it was going to scandalize someone.
Another set of mannequin (torsos) on a nearby display wearing just feminine undergarments were posed to be making out and groping each other. With some regrets that he couldn't get more done he quickly slunk back into the dressing room to wait faithfully after he tied very firm knots into some of the curtains.
...Yep. This is who Freya was dating, she must be proud.

Freya dropped off the clothes, and let the woman count them, before coming back around the corner to the dressing room to pick up Kettil and her clothes. She found him in relatively the same spot she'd left him, and gave him a tiny smile before popping into the room to pick up all of her clothes. She helfted them into her arms and then started walking out.
She was completely oblivious to the shenanigans Kettil had been up to, but if she'd seen them, she would have been so proud. She might have even suggested Kettil consider becoming a Trick or Treater with her one day. He certainly had the tricks down.
Walking towards the register with her prizes in hand, Freya looked determined and excited. But the best part was that she realized she wasn't going to have to lug her bags around everywhere. Kettil had already offered.
It brought a spring to her step that got her to the register faster.

Kettil beamed happily at Freya with his hands tucked behind his back as she entered the dressing area once more. He looked like the perfect picture of innocence, when she'd gotten her clothing gathered he followed after her with a sort of a lazy gait to his step. He stopped behind Freya and just idly looked around.
He didn't enjoy the store but he enjoyed the clothes that Freya got from it.
Such is life. When the bags were ready he made good on his promise and picked them up to carry them for her.

Freya was all too happy to burden Kettil with not one, not two, but four bags filled with clothing. She kissed him on the cheek and pointed to the exit triumphantly. "TO TEH BOILS STORE-oh my-"
Passing the mannequins that were groping one another as she marched out, she burst into a fit of giggles and scurried away before someone could blame her for it. Fine work, fine work.
They passed a pretzel stand as they walked by, and she stopped to give the store a long whiff, before forcing herself to move forward. "If yehr gettings pajamas, I thinks yeh should has pajamas that match mine. I hopes they has them!"

Kettil only smirked in reaction as he carried the bags and walked out after her with a bit of a tilt to his head as she paused to take a whiff of the pretzels, "When we get done at the store for the pajamas wanna share a pretzel with me?" He asked curiously. Any chances he saw to get her to eat were usually chances he took advantage of.
"That'd be neat if they did, but whatever you pick out for me I'll wear it," he said with a laugh. Yes, even if it was pink and silly looking, he'd wear it for Freya.

"Pretzels are bread and salt." She said casually, as if she was just reminding him of something he should already know. "That is unnecessary fat and then salt makes yeh bloats. No no no pretzels are bad." There were so many foods that were still on her absolutely not list, even now. It was ingrained into her very being, to stay away from certain things without even realizing it. In fact, when she looked up at him, it was as if she'd said nothing outlandish at all.
"Okays I will picks pajamas that match mine then!" She toddled closer to the men's store, happy as could be.

"We could get it unsalted," he counted simply. "Either we get a pretzel or we buy a lunch somewhere nice," he said as an alternate choice.
He just wasn't going to let it go, nope. His voice had also become very firm showing he wasn't going to budge on the matter.
"Sounds good to me," he said in response. It seemed he was fairly easy going about clothes for himself.

Freya's eyes lit up at the idea of going to lunch with him. "We can does that, then! Whatchyeh has in mind that is nice?" Somewhere nice indicated a place with options.. and options were Freya's best friend. Other than Kettil, of course.
She took his hand and led him into the boil's store, a dark store whose name was nothing but an odd, wicked shaped symbol. As soon as they entered, it was hard to see anything, and the music was too loud. Freya squinted as she walked through the aisles, looking for pajamas.
"--- --- thinks ---- was --- --- ---?" Her voice was drowned out by the music.

"Hum, maybe one of them nice restaurants like uhh...Applesquees?" He knew it wasn't exactly a fine dining eatery but it was as good as he could afford for the both of them, "Maybe Sparkins?"
He let her take his hand and lead him in; the darkness of the store didn't unsettle him as much as the loud music did. Kettil couldn't hear a word of what Freya said and he simply held a bit more tightly to Freya's hand showing his discomfort in this particular shop, "WHAT?" His voice struggled to rise above the throb of the music.
