I have a question for the newbie raffle thing.. when they say you have to have one character or less does that mean.. you have to have only one quest character or none? or does that mean characters enrolled?

"One character or less" is in reference to enrolled characters only. You can have as many quests as you want, however you can only play those quest characters during events that allow quest characters. An "enrolled" character is an official character you can RP here at any time~

Quite the same here, but, I got a quest character, and no enrolled ones. If -and it is a big IF- I was to win the newbie raffle chara, could the art be of that character or should I create a new one?

The newbie custom raffle is going to be art of YOUR character! So it will be your quest character. Or, if you decide you don't like your quest and want a different character, you can make a new quest and get art of THAT quest character. The newbie raffle would turn one of your quests into an "enrolled" and official character.

Regardless of which character you pick, they'll need a quest thread. So~ If you did win the raffle and like your quest student, you can get art of that quest student. As it would be considered official staff art, that would turn that "quest" into an "enrolled student," allowing you to RP your character here at any time~

I was sent a Tart Poms Phantom and I'm pretty sure it was a mistake as I don't think I won one. What do I do with it?

That depends. Is your reaper one that uses a weapon or familiar? Or does he use a weapon AND familiar? What kind of familiar is it? If it's like... an animal/pet familiar that's not made out of magic then he can have it. If it's made out of magic, then it's a no go unfortunately. And if he has a weapon AND familiar he can have his weapon but not the familiar~

He has no weapon, only a familiar. His natural ability is "Elemental Summon - Able to create an elemental creature". I'm not sure if that counts as being made out of magic since it's made out of FEER (or if in this case they're one and the same).

Alternativly since it is a quest character and not a set-in-stone enrolled student, for the sake of the even could I say it's just a normal a** familiar, and RP it so? (and that totes doesnt sound like I'm trying to get around rules or anything lmao)

I interpret "elemental summon" as being able to summon a bonus sort of elemental creature, not a familiar personally? So it's totes okay to RP reaper+familiar~
